Appliances brand new. Keyless entry was effortless. A lovely sun-soaked balcony overlooking the quiet neighbourhood was a great place to sit in the afternoons. A personal preference is to be greeted on arrival by hosts. This way you can seek recommendations from a local if wanted.

• Michela (10/5): Bellissimo appartamento vicino all’Oktoberfest - Appartamento pulito, comodo, la cucina è super attrezzata e la proprietaria è gentilissima. Ci ha lasciato in casa latte, acqua, e degli snack. Il parcheggio è solo su prenotazione e a pagamento, ma non ne abbiamo usufruito, nei ditorni ci sono dei parcheggi a pagamento in strada (11€ al giorno) e la domenica non si paga. Bellissima casa davvero, ottimo prezzo, noi abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e si stava molto comodi. Niente.

Razonablemente bien comunicado, aunque algo apartado. No creo que el apartamento sea cómodo para 4 personas. El sofá cama definitivamente no me gustó (somos huéspedes jóvenes). Nos pusieron una cuna para bebé sin colchón.

• Médéric (8/5): Appartement propre, moderne et bien situé - Le studio est très bien agencé, bien insonorisé côté rue . La salle de bain est topissime avec une grande douche ( tous les produits sont là ainsi que serviettes de bain) dans la cuisine tous les accessoires sont présents ainsi que différents appareils ménagers . La bonne surprise avec dans le réfrigérateur bouteilles , d’eau , lait et un vin pétillant. Des pâtes, thé et quelques épices à disposition également. Et la terrasse extérieure bien exposée au soleil le matin est bien agréable car quartier très calme. Quelques bémols , un point clignotant sur une télécommande au mur dont on ignorait son utilité était gênante dans le noir , empochant de s’endormir paisiblement. Il a fallu mette un cache pour ne plus la voir . On entend parfois les pas du voisin du dessus . Le lit 2 places un peu mou pour moi . Enfin il n’y avait pas tous les parfums des capsules de café à disposition

I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare anche alcune bibite, pasta e frutta secca. Le indicazioni per raggiungerlo sono state molto chiare. La posizione è molto comoda, a pochi minuti dalla metropolitana. Quasi niente. Forse un po' scomodo non avere uno scolapiatti. Il divano letto prevede di appoggiare il materasso a terra. Manca il bidet.

Es bastante nuevo y todo resultaba más que aceptable: cama cómoda, menaje suficiente y bastante nuevo, limpieza impecable, la calefacción funcionaba perfectamente, el baño muy completo, etc. Las estanterias en las que se deja la ropa no tienen puerta y están situadas muy cerca de la cocina, por lo que al cocinar, se pegaba un poco el olor a la ropa

• Rebecca (10/5): Beautiful apartment! - This property is beautiful! Very new, modern and clean. It’s in a nice, safe area and an easy walk to the subway station with only a few stops to most of central Munich. The management was easy to communicate with - we only needed to ask for some extra towels and they were brought right away. It is a great value if you don’t mind being right in the city center - this apartment would have cost double (or more!) if it had been walking distance to places in the center but the quick subway ride was no problem at all so it was well worth it! We didn’t need parking so I can’t comment on that. There was a little street noise in the living room but only if the window was open. It quieted down later in the evening. Our son slept on the sleeper sofa there so he kept the window closed while sleeping (it was March so not hot) so it was not a problem. The main bedroom is on the back side and was extremely quiet!

La température est difficilement réglable ́dans l'appartement et le parking est assez compliqué à réserver et à utiliser.

• David (10/5): Tolles Apartment, zentral gelegen, sehr sauber, nur zu empfehlen!! - Sauber, modern ausgestattet aber vor allem ist viel vorhanden (Kaffekapseln, Milch, Mineralwasser, kleiner Champus), sodass man sich sehr willkommen fühlt, alle wichtigen Geräte vorhanden, genug Handtücher, zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Vermieter die viel Wert auf Details legen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe, für alternative Parkmöglichkeit wegen der schlechten Parksituation ist gesorgt. Keine Pflanzen (kein Muss würde aber etwas Gemütlichkeit rein bringen), aufwendiges Checkin Prozedere (aber Safety First), keine Be- und Entladezone vor dem Haus für An- und Abreise, kein/e Ofen oder Mikrowelle (für kurze Aufenthalte aber verzichtbar, für längere eher weniger)

Nos costó un poco entender algunas de las indicaciones a cerca de cómo entrar, porque esas se dan desde aquí en Booking, pero nosotros estábamos esperándolas desde su propia web.

• Benedetta (10/5): - Appartamento nuovo (monolocale /studio) in contesto ristrutturato di recente e dotato di ascensore. Arredato con gusto e attenzione ai dettagli, il bagno ha una doccia molto spaziosa e comoda. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario (stoviglie, pentole, sale, zucchero, olio, una confezione di pasta, tè, capsule del caffè) e sono presenti un frigorifero piccolo, la lavastoviglie, la macchina del caffè, il cappuccinatore, il tostapane, il bollitore per l'acqua. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo gli avvolgibili elettrici che permettono di oscurare totalmente la stanza. La zona è vicina al centro, vicinissima alla fermata di Implerstraße (U3/U6) e a diversi supermercati (Edeka, Aldi, Penny).

• Astrid (8/5): - The location was good, easily reachable by public transport. I guess if you're here for the Octoberfest it would've been great because it's so close to the area. The apartment itself is very new (there was still some construction on the ground & basement floor), the kitchen was nicely equipped for a vacation stay, and also everything else is very beautifully designed. There are actually a couple of things I didn't like: - We got friendly messages prior to our stay, welcoming us & how to check in and everything... but after a few interactions, I had the impression that this was probably some AI-generated response. Also, it didn't answer my questions (I asked for restaurant recommendations in the area). It's just very misleading. - We stayed a week and there was no cleaning service - would have been acceptable since this is an apartment anyway.. BUT there's also no cleaning equipment easily available. They claimed they have things we can use in the basement for cleaning, but the basement is under construction and there's no clear indicator of which things we can use. Do I want to make an extra effort just to clean the place? Of course not. - Advertised as having a place for luggage storage, but again the basement area was under construction, so there's no way we would leave our luggage there.
