• Stefanie (8/5): Hat alles gut gepasst. - Die Lage ist gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind zwei spannende Museen. Großer Apartment-Komplex, Zugang erfolgt kontaktlos. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Zu Beginn hat es mit dem Zugangscode nicht auf Anhieb geklappt. Nach einem Anruf konnte das aber geklärt werden.

• Adam (10/5): - Apartment is run by a company and they have on call customer support that is quick to respond. Apartment was tiny but clean and modern and we could use both the bed and the couch for sleeping. It was in close walking distance to the city centre but outside of the touristy places so we felt like locals. The apartment had "building code" and "apartment code". It was not clear from the "building code" that i should first press first digit, then wait a bit and then put in the code. I was attempting to put it all together and was failing. The customer support was prompt to respond in WhatsApp chat so it was fine. The isntructions had a small note about how to lock the apartment when leaving and it was not working properly so I sent them a video and hopefully they will fix it. Because the locking sequence was not working, we simply carried a physical key with us around.

• Olga (9/5): - Нам важно было, чтобы была парковка, это очень удобно, так как в Гданьске с парковками проблема. Квартира подходит для длительного проживания, в ней всё есть: плита, посуда, кофеварка, посудомойка, стиральная машина, фен. Всё очень даже чисто и аккуратно. До всех достопримечательностей идти 10-15 минут , даже здорово, прогуляться можно))) Можно было бы оставить пару капсул для стирки. Так как покупать ты не будешь, а стиральная машина есть))

The property was advertised with a double bed, but in reality it consists of two separate beds that move apart during the night. This made it very difficult to sleep properly, and both of us experienced back pain as a result. We reported the issue during our stay, but no effective solution was provided. The compensation offered was minimal and did not reflect the inconvenience.

• Vladimíra (10/5): - Vše bylo naprosto perfektní: vybavení celého bytu včetně myčky, nádobí, kávových kapslí, čajů, čistého povlečení (oddělené přikrývky, nikoliv jedna velká, a dostatečně záhřevné) - dokonce včetně sáčků do koše. Perfektní byla i komunikace s personálem: odpovídali hned. Poloha je téměř v centru, není potřeba využívat MHD (všude kousek). Internet běžel naprosto bez problémů. Hned naproti je Žabka (otevřeno 6 až 23 h) a velmi blízko jsou i restaurace. Ani jedno minus. Takový poměr cena výkon jsem ještě nezažila. Vše bylo v naprostém pořádku.

Na pewno świetnie, że macie garaże. Na pewno świetnie, że w apartamencie jest herbata i kawa. Kontakt z Zarządcą, też był wzorowy a nawet świetny za wyjątkiem tego co poniżej. Bardzo wysoko oceniam relację jakość - cena. Gdybym miał ponownie zagościć w Gdańsku, to oczywiście mógłbym wybrać pobyt u Was. Gdyby ktoś mnie pytał o adres do zamieszkania w Gdańsku, poleciłbym Was. Dziękuję za Wasze starania. W łazience jest zapchany odpływ z umywalki. Ciekawe dlaczego personel, n.p. osoba sprzątająca tego nie zgłosiła do naprawy, bo przecież przy sprzątaniu korzysta się z wody choćby do umycia umywalki. Próbowałem zgłosić usterkę do Zarządcy zaraz w pierwszy dzień, ale telefon był zajęty. Automat zaproponował wciśnięcie "jedynki", jeśli chcę aby Zarządca oddzwonił. Więc tak zrobiłem. Nikt nie oddzwonił. Więc postanowiłem dać sobie spokój. Wcześniej przed przyjazdem do Was dzwoniąc na numer Zarządcy też dwukrotnie wciskałem jedynkę, gdy numer był zajęty, ale też nikt nie oddzwonił. Więc powinniście usunąć opcję z wciskaniem jedynki, bo to u Was nie działa. Ale były też bardzo udane i bardzo mnie zadowalające kontakty z Waszą infolinią. N.p. Gdy zadzwoniłem z pytaniem, czy jest możliwa zmiana kodu do drzwi apartamentu, bo była sytuacja, że jedna osoba mogła mi ten kod podejrzeć. Pani z którą rozmawiałem zmieniła mi kod natychmiast, co było dla mnie bardzo zadowalające, bo nie musiałem się martwić, że ktoś niepożądany może wejść do apartamentu.

Wałowej a apartament przy Rybaki Górne 5). Bez pomocy ochroniarza budynku byłoby to wręcz niewykonalne ze względu na mnogość drzwi prowadzących w różne strony i brak opisu jak dojść do prawidłowej windy. Zgłoszenie personelowi problemu nic nam nie dało, gdyż pani była kompletnie niezorientowana na temat rozkładu budynku, mogła jedynie przeprosić za niedogodności. - Niesprawny czajnik, klapka czajnika była zepsuta, żeby zagotować wodę trzeba było ja trzymać uważając żeby się nie poparzyć. Miał być dostarczony nowy, ale nie doczekaliśmy się. - główne łóżko dla 2 osób miało 2 oddzielne materace, na skutek czego na środku tworzył się niewygodny dołek

Nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji w łazience. Na krótki wypad ok, na dłużej brakowało by troche przestronności w strefie jadalnej i zbyt mały stół do wspólnych posiłków na 4 osoby. Złożony system rezerwacji i odnalezienia miejsca postojowego.

• Grzegorz (9/5): Dobry pobyt - Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty. Łóżka wygodne, kołdry ciepłe, poduszki miękkie, kilka rozmiarów do wyboru. TV w salonie i w sypialni. Internet dobrej jakości. Aneks kuchenny posiadał niezbędne sprzęty. Łazienka czysta, odpowiednia liczba ręczników. Apartament ciepły, kaloryfery grzały, nie odczuwało się zimna panującego za oknem. Jedynie balkon, to raczej balkonik, ale byliśmy zimą, to nie był on potrzebny. Dobra informacja dotycząca wejścia do apartamentu, odebrania kluczy i pilota do garażu. Wszystko jasno opisane i pokazane w informacji od przedstawicieli obiektu. Duży plus - garaż podziemny w cenie. Apartament usytuowany między Muzeum II WŚ, a Europejskim Centrum Solidarności. Do każdego z nich po ok 7 minut spacerem. Blisko do Długiego Targu, Motławy, wszystko w zasięgu max 20 minut spacerem. Jedyny minus - to głośno pracująca lodówka - ale to już kwestia samego urządzenia.

• RosalieD (8/5): Modernes Apartment, tolle Lage - Sehr modernes und schönes Appartment. Sehr klein aber für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend. Gut ausgestattet, einfach zu finden, gute und klare Anweisung vom Gastgeber. Wir waren mit einem kleinen Baby da und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Lage ist super! Fußläufig zu all den wichtigen Sachen: 10 Minuten zu den Museen, 10 Minuten in die Altstadt. Die Foodhall um die Ecke können wir absolut empfehlen!!! Leider aber nur 8/10.. es roch leider unangenehm aus dem Bad (wahrscheinlich aus den Rohren) und der Kühlschrank ist laut und nervt. Aber sonst top!

• Julio (10/5): Excelente e confortável. - Apartamento novo, muito bem equipado, organizado e limpo. Fica muito bem localizado, próximo dos principais pontos turísticos , áreas comerciais e estação de trem. Na frente do prédio havia uma padaria e um Zabka, que atendiam bem nossas necessidades. O staff foi muito atencioso e rápido nas mensagens. Instruções do self check in foram precisas, não tivemos dificuldade.

• Helga (8/5): Goede uitvalbasis voor bezoek Gdansk - Modern, mooi en handig ingericht appartement (met parkeerplaats inbegrepen) in de buurt van de oude scheepswerf. Zeer goede locatie, zowel om de musea in die buurt als de historische stad te bezoeken. Prijs-kwaliteit zeker in orde. Wij waren zeer blij met ons verblijf hier maar twee kleine minpunten: -Uitgebreide incheckinstructies werden bezorgd maar waren op bepaalde punten niet duidelijk, dus dat is wat ons betreft zeker een verbeterpunt. -Het bed is smaller dan aangegeven (matras van 140 cm) wat wij niet zo comfortabel vinden.

• Nina (9/5): - Appartement très propre, pratique et fonctionnel, très bien situé entre le quartier de la Stocznia et le centre ville. La décoration était très jolie, les équipements fonctionnels et bien entretenus, cuisine bien équipée. Gros plus pour le parking souterrain, très propre. L'arrivée était facile et les instructions claires. Lit peut être un peu petit pour un couple, mais le matelas et la literie sont tout de même très confortables.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament, sztućce, naczynia, patelnie, garnki, herbata, kawa, cukier, sól. W łazience szampon, żel do mycia i mydło. Dostępne żelazko, suszarka do włosów, suszarka do ubrań, deska do prasowania. - brak instrukcji, jak odnaleźć miejsce parkingowe, tzn. oprócz bramy wjazdowej na parkingu są numerowane miejsca za szlabanami i dopiero pan ochroniarz z budynku wytłumaczył mi i innym błądzącym, że pilot otwiera tylko jeden nasz szlaban, więc najpierw trzeba pieszo znaleźć miejsce parkingowe - musiałam trzykrotnie dzwonić do obsługi, bo nie działał telewizor i mimo zapewnień, że przyjdzie serwis, to dopiero po trzecim (!) zgłoszeniu naprawdę ktoś przyszedł, cała procedura trwała ponad 36 godzin, wystarczyło powiedzieć, że nie ma dostępnego serwisu aktualnie zamiast wprowadzać w błąd, że "za chwilę ktoś przyjdzie"

• Alex (10/5): Great location. - Great location. The city center is within a 15-minute walk, and the industrial area with restaurants, museums, etc., is within a 10–15-minute walk. Clean room, parking space included, coffee capsules, tea, and a food court next to the building. Everything was as expected. However, they do send too many notifications and messages—I believe they could reduce the number of text messages and instructions. All good.

• Petra (6/5): Pleasant - Good location and quiet away from any noise The main issue was the bathroom drainage - there was a foul smell which became worse when we used the shower. We thought it may be linked to the heavy rain on Monday and issues with outside drainage, but the smell persisted during our stay and made spending time in the bathroom quite unpleasant. Even with the bathroom door shut, we also picked up the smell in the other rooms.

• Neringa (10/5): Stay in city center - New apartment is a city center, well equipped, just few minutes walk to WW2 Muzeum and to the old town. Free parking included, which was a plus for us who came by car. Nothing
• Guoda (9/5): Great value for the money - Very nice apartment, great value for the money. There was one problem with the parking space, that we ended up having to solve ourselves, the staff wasnt too helpful.

• Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, clean and spacious apartment. It has all the important facilities and the location is just fantastic. There's a shopping mall nearby and around 10-15 minutes walk to the old town

• Agne (7/5): Gdańsk is beautiful city we really liked. Locations is great very near to really good food hall. - Location Bed not comfortable to sleep. We paid for 4 people but 4th person slept on sofa which was hard as rock. Communication not very good as well.

• Paul (8/5): 4 day Xmas break with my wife - Lovely and modern apartment in easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go Even though the apartment was modern and clean it was quite small with only 1 cupboard to hang clothes and no drawers to put clothes. Also a toaster would have been good

• Miroslav (10/5): great place where to stay when in Gdansk - a very nice and modern apartment offering everything what is needed for short and pleasant stay. Fully equiped kitchen, nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Everything is close by walk - train station 10 minutes, city centre 15 minutes.
• Daniel (10/5): Exceptional - Very modern, clean and a perfect size for holiday home. Remote controls for TV’s were in wrong rooms which took time to figure out which was which and then 2 out of 4 remotes had no batteries. This was the only fault we found.

• Bilskis (4/5): Disappointing - Parking Apartment not clean, you can feel it is rented a lot and needs repair. Some items are just holding or falling apart. Smell just outside apartment is really bad.

• Yvonne (9/5): Excellent, clean well equipped apartment and within a 10 min walk of main attractions - Spotless and had almost everything you could need The only downside was the lack of curtains in the bedroom, although there was a net which you could not see into the room with, the sun could shine in and the room was very bright from early hours and woke you up
• Miroslav (5/5): Passable - The room was really clear and tidy. The kitchen was fully equiped. -This apartment is no adapted for 4 adult people. Maybe only for parents and kids. - Someone stood on my parking place which I paid for. And he occupied my parking place for whole stay in Gdansk. So I had to park outside on a street. And renter didn`t want to solve this situation... :(
