O prédio é ótimo, moderno, com boa estrutura, e a equipe do prédio é muito educada e prestativa. Minha única ressalva é em relação ao atendimento ao cliente. Assim que fiz a reserva, mandei mensagem perguntando se havia maleiro e não obtive retorno. Somente no penúltimo dia, já por WhatsApp, me informaram que não tinha, sugeriram opções de guarda-volumes bem longe e ficaram de retornar sobre outra possibilidade mais próxima, o que também não aconteceu. Faltou um pouco mais de agilidade e resolução nessa comunicação.
- Lucas Pêgo (3/5): Atraso no check-in e na entrega do enxoval + ar condicionado barulhento e pouco eficiente - Localização, portaria, segurança, piscina. A diária da propriedade é de 20 horas (o que eu já não fiquei satisfeito). Vai de 15 às 11 horas. Recebi uma mensagem dizendo que o check-in atrasaria ainda mais e estaria disponível só a partir das 16h. Como se não bastasse, o enxoval (toalhas e roupa de cama) só foi entregue às 18h40. Me ofereceram um desconto de 10% só da primeira diária e da taxa de limpeza como medida compensatória. A unidade externa do ar condicionado (condensadora) fica dentro do quarto, separada apenas com um armário. Gera barulho e o ar não fica tão eficiente.
