De plus, l’ambiance est vraiment agréable, Franz, sa maman et son papa, viennent et prennent le temps, si on le souhaite, de discuter avec nous. On apprend beaucoup de choses. De plus, ils sont serviables.

Franz est au petit soin pour ses hôtes : il nous récupère au bateau, nous donne des très bon conseils pour visiter, appelle pour nous les loueurs ou pour commander des pizzas, nous offre des rafraîchissements. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, avec gâteaux et confitures maison. Possibilité de manger le soir, délicieux également. Il y a une piscine d'eau thermale tres chaude avec des jets. Les chambres sont tres propres, nous avions une très grande terrasse avec vue mer. Il ne faut rien de plus. Ne rien changer surtout

• Sven (10/5): Super Hotel mit unschlagbaren, freundlichen Service und Hilfsbereitschaft - Sehr schönes Hotel mit herausragenden freundlichen Service und sehr gutem Frühstück. Das Abendessen war unschlagbar gut. Franz und alle anderen Familienmitglieder sind unheimlich hilfsbereit, freundlich und geben einem jeden Tag tolle Tipps zu Ausflugszielen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die beiden Thermalbäder im Hotel sind absolut toll und zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Allein wegen dem Hotel und dem Service ist eine Reise dorthin zu empfehlen. So was tolles findet man nicht mehr oft! Vielen Dank nochmal an das gesamte Hotelpersonal. Absolut nichts.

Hôtel très propre, très bon petit déjeuner avec des produits frais et savoureux provenant en partie du jardin. Le bassin thermal à 35 degrés est bien agréable . Rien à reprocher à l’établissement. Je m’attendais à un environnement un peu plus retiré et calme mais l’ile est très dense et il y a du traffic partout.

• Maria Grazia (10/5): Un’accoglienza unica come poche - L’accoglienza della Maggioressa è unica come poche: sin dal mio arrivo sono stata accolta calorosamente da Franz e dalla sua famiglia e si sono messi tutti a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. La struttura è una perla in quel di Casamicciola: sarà difficile non tornare con un clima così caloroso e positivo. La stanza aveva tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno per un breve soggiorno sull’isola ed è presente anche una piscina dove potersi rilassare. Nota di merito per la cena di cui ho approfittato durante il mio soggiorno: tutto squisito, dal primo al dolce (anzi, al limoncello)! Assolutamente niente

Ma “staff” non è la parola giusta per le persone de La Maggiaressa: sono come una famiglia. Ho mangiato benissimo, con una colazione abbondante e una cena persino migliore di quella di un ristorante nel centro di Casamicciola. Mi sono sentita al sicuro e davvero coccolata. L’albergo è un’oasi di pace. Avevo intenzione di uscire, ma alla fine sono rimasta lì per rilassarmi completamente. Grazie di cuore per questa bellissima esperienza! Alla prossima...

• Ornato (10/5): Magnifico! - Abbiamo soggiornato all’Hotel Magioressa a Ischia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura è curata, in una posizione ideale per godersi l’isola, ma ciò che ha reso tutto ancora più speciale è stato conoscere il proprietario, Franz. Con la sua gentilezza e accoglienza, ci ha davvero fatto sentire a casa. È un luogo in cui torneremo volentieri e che consigliamo a tutti.

Il posto è davvero incantevole, con un'atmosfera rilassante che ti fa subito sentire in vacanza. Le camere sono curate e pulitissime e tutto è pensato per far sentire l'ospite a proprio agio. Ma il vero punto di forza di questo hotel sono senza dubbio i proprietari, persone genuine, calorose e sempre sorridenti. La loro cordialità e simpatia hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, accogliendoci ogni giorno con piccoli gesti che fanno davvero la differenza. Anche il cibo merita una menzione speciale: ogni pasto è stato una delizia, preparato con ingredienti freschi e locali. Le stanze vista mare sono molto confortevoli e adatte a momenti di relax. Buona la colazione. WiFi funzionante che consente anche di lavorare a distanza. Casamicciola raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Stanze un po' piccole, ma comunque accoglienti e pulite.

• Eric (9/5): Knus verblijf met lieve medewerkers. - De behulpzame familie en medewerkers, die je een vertrouwd gevoel geven, je voelt je snel thuis in Hotel la Maggioressa. Een hotel dat naast gezelligheid ook een historie uitstraalt net de foto’s die er hangen en waarbij de medewerkers graag bereid zijn om je het verhaal erachter te vertellen. De bus stopt voor de deur. En je kan heerlijk eten in het hotel, niet van de kaart maar van het locale dagmenu en databus uitgebreid en uitstekend. We zijn twee dagen gebleven en werden verwelkomd bij aankomst en uitgezwaaid bij ons vertrek. Badkamer beetje krap, maar alles functioneert wel.

Kleine Zimmer, blitzsauber, tolle Matratzen, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Tolles Frühstück mit selbst gemachten Leckereien und wunderbarem Kaffee. Anreise ab Ischia Porto nach Ankunft mit Fähre etwas mühsam, da der direkte Bus zum Hotel nur stündlich fährt. Mit Umsteigen mehrere Verbindungen, jedoch mit Gepäck nicht ratsam. Alternativ Taxifahrt ab Ischia Porto ca 35€. Das wurde durch die liebe Familie vor Ort aber absolut aufgewogen, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen!
• Bonnet (10/5): Vous avez envie d’authenticité et de vous plonger dans un bain parfumé de savoir-vivre italien… - Nous avons eu un coup de cœur pour cette adorable pension de famille tout droit sortie d un (bon) film ! Pascuale l’a créée de ses mains habiles et créatives et son épouse d’origine allemande lui a offert sa complémentarité. Aujourd’hui, leur fils Franz reprend le flambeau et offre sa gentillesse et son exigence à cet adorable petit hôtel. Des terrasses magnifiques, vue sur mer pour la notre, une très bonne cuisine traditionnelle pleine de surprises tous les soirs, et l’atout de plus : une piscine d eau thermale ! Rien, il ne faut pas que cet hôtel change quoi que ce soit : on l’adore tel qu’il est ! Notre regret : n’y etre restés que deux jours entre Naples et Pompéi.

• mir96 (8/5): Grande potenziale in una struttura a gestione familiare. - Albergo situato a 5 minuti a piedi dal porto di casamicciola. Ben collegato con i bus, di cui una fermata proprio di fronte. Ha una gestione familiare difatti sembra come di stare a casa. Leggo le recensioni negative al riguardo dello stile ,del suo essere datato , sicuramente le persone che tornano qui lo fanno per l'accoglienza ricevuta dai titolari,la buona colazione e la buonissima cena. Di certo se ci si aspetta un boutique hotel o un extra lusso dovete cercare altrove mi pare ovvio . A ognuno il suo, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo! L'albergo ha una piscina di acqua termale non trattata che ogni sera viene puntualmente svuotata per poter avere nuova acqua il mattino seguente. Qualità prezzo per me è stato ok ✌🏻 Il bagno leggermente scomodo perché piccolino.

Confermiamo tutto quanto già scritto dagli altri. Franz e la sua famiglia sono splendidi, gestiscono la loro attività con estrema cura, impegno, amore ed attenzione al cliente. Abbiamo respirato l'atmosfera di una vacanza di altri tempi, la cucina è eccezionale dalla colazione alla cena, ogni boccone è una coccola. Cibo di qualità e genuino. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la piscina di vera acqua termale, oltre che la stanza assegnataci: caratteristica, accogliente e con un bel terrazzino circondato dal verde ischitano con vista mare. • Natasha (10/5): Great experience like no other in beautiful Ischia - This is such a wonderful little family-run hotel and guesthouse. Franz, Lisa and the rest of his family are the most welcoming, warm hosts, attentive to all their guests and with plenty of advice and tips for what to see on Ischia. They are incredible. The hotel itself is charming and unpretentious, like an old-fashioned guesthouse, with small terraces and balconies draped in climbing plants and flowers. There is a thermal hot-spring swimming pool in the courtyard, which very relaxing after a day out. The rooms are simple, a bit dated but very clean, with air-conditioning. We had a double room with a spacious terrace overlooking the pool with mountains on one side and the sea on the other. There are single rooms for solo travellers. They are also dog-friendly which is really appreciated, and there is a resident cat called Joe who is clearly the real boss of the hotel 😊. We had a car and street parking was easy to find. The breakfast buffet included fruit, Italian cake, yogurt, cheese and ham and great coffee. The hotel also offers a delicious home-made dinner for guests every night with fresh seafood, salad, and more - this is totally worth adding to your stay at least once. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to Casamicciola port, where there are some restaurants and bars, and a couple of small beaches. We intended to spend only a couple of days and ended up extending our stay because of the fantastic atmosphere. We really want to come back.

• Fabienne (10/5): Une petite pépite au calme - Accueil familial et très sympathique. Franz et ses employés sont très dévoués et toujours prêts à rendre service. Cadre un peu rétro mais ça contribue au charme de l’endroit. Tout est très bien entretenu. Nous avons dîné sur place les 4 soirs et c’était à chaque fois une très belle expérience ! Super piscine. Très calme et arrêt de bus devant l’hôtel.

• Mary (10/5): Gorgeous, relaxing treehouse with impeccable tucked away vibe - Every aspect of this hotel was sublime. I expected to have a wonderful stay but the staff and quality of the space exceeded my expectations. I was remote working and was able to access internet all throughout the property which meant I could even work on my front porch without fail. The hotel managers were warm and inviting and truly made you feal at ease. They were friendly and helpful and made it seem like you were staying with friends. The amenities were unreal, endless outdoor porches and lounging space, beautiful flora, and a warm spa like pool to relax after a long day. The hotel is a short distance from a local beach and was nice to stay on a quiet street. There is a bar/restaurant on the bottom floor that you can ask to attend everyday. The food was fantastic and the value was unbelievable. I extended my stay an extra day, I only wish I could have stayed longer. Truly felt like I was at home from the moment I stepped onto the property. Absolutely nothing wrong with this hotel. Perfect!

• Martina (10/5): Un paradiso pittoresco che non dimenticherò - Grazioso, pervaso di un clima trasognante, abbiamo adorato soggiornarvi anche se per pochi giorni. Colazione impeccabile, torte deliziose. Lo staff (inclusa la piccola Joe, romanticissima anima nel luogo) sempre a disposizione nel dispensare suggerimenti in merito a itinerari e tappe per un perfetto soggiorno sull'isola. Sono veramente felice.
• Luca 1190 (8/5): - In primis lo staff (anzi direi la Famiglia!), attenzione e curiosità agli interessi del cliente nell’isola cercando di assecondare tutti i bisogni e curiosità. Ambiente internazionale. Colazioni con buffet compatto ma molto variegato (sia dolce che salato) che cambia ogni giorno. Cene sempre gustose e ricercate, complimenti anche allo chef e a chi lo supporta. Le camere sono ok, piscina termale sempre calda e piacevole. Franz sempre presente con tutti! La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ritocco. Ma per come è ora sembra di entrare in una pensioncina a gestione famigliare che fa subito accoglienza e sensazione casalinga.
• Milena (9/5): - Our family of four spent 9 nights at La Maggioressa and had a truly wonderful time! The hotel is charming and tastefully decorated, but what really made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff for their kindness and attention to detail—especially Frantz, who picked us up from the ferry port and remained incredibly helpful and available throughout our stay. As for the location, Casamicciola isn’t the most lively area and isn’t particularly known for its beaches, but it is decently well connected by public transport, so we managed to explore the rest of the island just fine. We also appreciated being based in a quieter, less touristy part of Ischia, which came at a more affordable price. The on-site breakfast and pool were also very convenient and enjoyable touches. Overall, we highly recommend La Maggioressa to anyone visiting Ischia!
• Diego (10/5): inimmaginabile - Descrivere la Maggioressa, non è come descrivere altri soggiorni. Non è retorica, ma per la prima volta è stato come venire accolti a casa di amici. La Maggioressa è una famiglia, una comunità bellissima che offre un’ospitalità bellissima a chi ha la fortuna di capitarci. La gentilezza di Franz, Beatrice, Pasquale, Lisa, è la stessa che vorresti ricevere dai tuoi amici. La struttura, incastonata sul monte di Casamicciola, ha il fascino della Ischia che ho letto nei libri, e ti fa sentire come se fossi Auden, Boklin, Walton, o tutti gli artisti che frequentavano l’isola lo scorso secolo. Senza dubbio, il fatto che ci sia una vasca termale, con fontane di acqua a 35 gradi che scorre tutto il giorno, rende tutto ancora più importante. • Anna (10/5): Splendido - Struttura splendida, accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’unica cosa che posso dire è che sembra di essere a casa, già dal primo istante si viene accolti a braccia aperte, sono tutti disponibili e pronti ad aiutarti in qualsiasi momento. Il proprietario con i suoi consigli ti guiderà per tutta l’isola, super disponibile e simpatico. La struttura dispone di una piscina termale del tutto naturale, insomma rilassamento assicurato! Io consiglio di provare anche il ristorante dell’hotel, cibo spaziale e fresco, comprato il giorno stesso, noi abbiamo mangiato pesce e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. La posizione è molto buona, trovandosi a Casamicciola si è vicini a tutti e due i lati dell’isola agevolando gli spostamenti, l’hotel si trova a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Casamicciola,io la definirei una passeggiata, ed inoltre c’è la possibilità di prendere l’autobus direttamente difronte l’hotel per scendere al paese. Insomma se volete sentirvi a casa ed anche un po’ coccolati questa è la scelta perfetta, noi ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore. Nulla mi è piaciuto tutto.

• Stefania (10/5): - Incredibly charming house and very well located, with a thermal swimming pool and INCREDIBLE hosts! From the check-in Franz greets you like family with a traditional homemade lemonade and gives you tips to enjoy the island like a local! I came by myself and thanks to their recommendations I discovered the most amazing spots 🫶 The breakfast is amazing too with plenty of homemade goodies, do yourself a favor and try the jams 🤤 If you want to experience the real well-known Ischian hospitality this is the place to be! I am definitely staying in la Maggioressa again on my next visit to this charming island!!!

I highly recommend this place to people who value excellent service, home cooked food, and an atmosphere only a family-run hotel can offer. Will definitely come back! Also, the thermal pool was amazing!
