• matilde (7/5): Good value for money with some issues - Good value for money and excellent position. The room was clean and warm. It has been recently renovated so the design is very contemporary. There wasn't a lot of attention to details, and we did have some small issues. When we arrived the key was in the wrong locker box (which was resolved pretty fast), the led light of the kitchen had a remote that wasn't working, so we had to sleep the first night with the light on. While no apologies were offered, they solved the problem on the second day. The shower overflows after 3 minutes of use, making the bathroom completely flooded. They provide two individual blankets for a double bed, and no extra layers whatsoever. They only provide one big towel, no hand towels, for the whole stay. Overall, it could be easily improved for a smoother stay.

• Sawsan (4/5): - In spite the good location, communicative host and renovated room, but the facilities were poor and also lacked essential stuff. for example the day I arrived I had to deal with a problem with floating water in the sink at the bathroom. The host was kind to send maintenance the next day but such maintenance should have been checked before hosting guests. in addition despite the fact I asked for dish sponge to clean the dishes (I stayed 4 nights), the promises to bring a sponge were not met. Moreover, limited number of towels. I wouldn't book it again... the facilities were poor and also lacked essential stuff. for example the day I arrived I had to deal with a problem with floating water in the sink at the bathroom. • rana (10/5): - Отличное расположение,через дорогу маркет,метро рядом.Номер чистый,есть все необходимое,только не было чайных ложек.Но это не испортило наш отдых.Так же по утрам бывает шумно(вывозят мусор со двора),но если закрыть окно то не слышно.Отопление 10 из 10.
• SimonaBas (1/5): - Posizione centrale. Soggiorno purtroppo sotto le aspettative. Ingresso del palazzo fatiscente. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato il letto privo del normale lenzuolo: c’era solo un coprimaterasso con macchie, cosa che ha dato un’impressione di scarsa pulizia e igiene e non ci ha permesso di dormire in modo confortevole. Inoltre vi erano asciugamani per una sola persona. Abbiamo provato a contattare in più modi la struttura per ricevere assistenza, ma abbiamo ricevuto solo risposte automatiche generate da intelligenza artificiale ed è stato piuttosto sgradevole non ricevere alcuna risposta. Non consiglierei il soggiorno in quanto la struttura non garantisce alcuna attenzione nei confronti dei clienti.

• Glavač (10/5): - The property is very clean also very cozy the bathroom gives a luxurious vibe and is also a pretty big so plenty of space for a couple I liked everything except the mattress on a bed could be a little more soft for my preferences but othervise everything is just great 10/10

• Romana (6/5): Nice location but the apartment had some issues - The location was excellent, right where you want to be, with lots of great brunch spots and restaurants nearby. Paid street parking was available and the area was surprisingly quiet. The lighting with lights inside the apartment was nicely done and helped create a cozy feel. The host brought us towels after we reached out. However, the apartment had several issues. Room had only one window with a frosted screen pointing to internal courtyard or passage, so there was almost no natural light. The window was small and wasn't transparent so the space felt dark and damp. When we arrived, there were towels for only one person instead of 2. The apartment didn’t quite match the photos and it seemed like the other unit (which shares the main entrance) might been the one shown in more pictures, and it had more windows and light. The main door splits into two apartment units with only internal doors, so we could hear people in the hallway very clearly, as if they were inside our room. Communication with the host was only via Booking, I tried both WhatsApp numbers they used to contact us beforehand, but got no reply and assumed they were automated Bot messages. During our stay, the kitchen sink’s siphon began leaking and caused a large puddle. We reported it, but it wasn’t fixed, so we couldn’t use the kitchen sink at all. No kitchen towels. Overall, a great location, but the apartment experience was quite disappointing.
• Yaniv (9/5): - Good location, clean and tidy apartment We arrived to the apartment at 1 AM and discovered that we had been given the wrong code to enter the building. Luckily someone came out of the building a few minutes after we arrived and we were able to enter.

• Travel (10/5): Beautiful room - Superb room, clean and very nice smell of the room. The location is just perfect nearby to everywhere. The shower drain needs to be fixed properly, it gets flooded after i took a shower. You can see the photo below.
• Borgyos (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing stay at this property in the 7th district! The location was perfect—close to all the main attractions, cafes, and shop. The room was modern, very clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any questions I had. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Budapest! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip!
