• Julie (1/5): Photos mensongères, personnel malhonnête - Les photos sont mensongères, la chambre était minuscule par rapport à ce qui était prévu, nous étions 6 personnes dans la chambre dont 2 personnes âgées, nous avons appelé le personnel pour nous trouver une solution, ils n’ont pas su nous aider et se sont protégés en disant que « les photos utilisées sur le site sont non contractuelles », c’est inadmissible. Si nous revenons à Osaka, nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hôtel. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

• Safrena (10/5): 4 nights of Golden week stay in Eslead Namba Kuromon for our family of 6 🥰 We love the clean, calm & quiet street. K - Room is modern , beds are comfy, amenities are sufficient, internet is fast, bathroom is clean, location is perfect (walking distance to most attractions & have metros nearby). We stayed in level 11 & allowed to check-in earlier upon request. Building & street is quiet & peaceful ☺️ Nothing
• Peng Hsuan (8/5): 整體來說很不錯，但是離難波車站還是有一點距離 - 廁所是分開的，可以煮東西 備品很足夠，有一張大桌子，每日晚上家人可以聊天
• Rizky Indrameikha (8/5): Good stay - Family room was large and clean. It has what we need. It is located near the Kuromon Market, which is great. No staff.
• Cliff (10/5): - It locates 2 minutes walking to the market so you don't have any problem finding a place to eat, 7 minutes' walk to the train station. It is spacious for a family of four and has nearly everything you need.

• Karolyn (10/5): Great for family/group stays. - Loved the room amenities/facilities - especially the washing machine and dryer function in the bathroom! and kitchen.. room was spacious and very comfortable. It was also great that we could leave some of our baggage at the storage area while we transferred to Kyoto for a few days. There are umbrellas you can borrow in case it rains. Location - very close to Kuromon Market, not too close but not too far from Nippombashi station. Walkable to Dotonbori area. It is an unmanned facility but they are quick to reply when you send them a message. No common area to comfortably wait or stay at before/after check-in. But this is very minor only.

• Reyes (10/5): This was our second hotel during our 11 night stay and by favorite. - Clean, plenty of amenities . Washer and dryer in room. Great shower pressure. Spacios for Japan. Great location. Kuromon Market, Dontonbori Amerikamura and Shinsaibashi were all within walking distance. And Kyoto is only about an hour away. You can’t forward luggage to the hotel or from the hotel. Luckily, Yamato Luggage forwarding is only 4 minute walk.

• MO (10/5): I am so glad that I booked this place. - Place is clean and spacious. There are 5 of us; including 3 grown up daughters. Space feels just right. There is a washer in the bathroom and air dryer in toilet. Hotel provided enough hangers to hang clothes to dry. I washed and air dried for 4hrs overnight. So glad that all clothes remain clean. Near to Nippombashi Stn & Dotonbori. Close to Kuromon Market and it has supermarket there too. Got drug store, Family Mart and 7-11 too.
