The person I received the apartment from was very kind, understanding, and extremely helpful throughout the whole stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and very suitable for a large family. The view is absolutely رائعة and makes the place even more special. Also, all the important essentials are available, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment.

• Mehnaz Begum (8/5): Overall it was a holiday to remember we lived it and the main reason was the location - We had a lovely stay overall. The view was absolutely beautiful and really made the experience special. The apartment had all the necessities we needed, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The only downside was that the property would have benefited from a deeper clean, particularly the rugs, which could have been cleaner. Aside from that, everything else was good, and we appreciated having everything we needed in one place.

Despite waiting more than two hours until our arrival, he welcomed us warmly and explained everything in detail. Half of the comfort comes from good treatment, and that was truly exceptional here.

• BALAJI (10/5): Awesome stay, would come back - Amazing location with unbelievable views of Burj Khalifa, couldn’t have found a better property to spend the week leading up to NYE and NYE itself. Secure, very close to coffee shop and supermarket, easy walk to Dubai Mall. Enough room to sleep 8-10 people. Kitchen has all the utensils you need to cook meals. Very responsive and communicative team, easily reachable through booking.com as well as WhatsApp. Check in process was secure and a breeze (don’t know what an earlier reviewer was talking about). All in all, if you are looking for a vacation rental in Dubai which is literally in the center of it all, look no further.

No, thank you. - Location Infrastructure in the immediate vicinity (cafes, supermarket, Dubai Mall) View of Burj Khalifa Size of the apartment Bathroom/shower completely moldy. Definitely not very healthy. The bathroom fixtures are junk, everything is falling apart. It's too noisy at night; it feels like being at a racetrack. Another important point: the requirement to send personal documents (passports) to some WhatsApp number or questionnaire in advance. This is completely against UAE data protection laws. The 10/10 ratings are certainly not truthful.
