• Erlandas (4/5): Not worth the price, terrible customer support - A very nice and cozy apartment, well-furnished, with an amazing view from the balcony. I booked the apartment for 3 days. On my way there I got a text saying the AC wasn’t working, only 30 minutes before check-in. I was offered two options: switch to another apartment or wait until the next morning for AC repair and spend the first night with just a fan. The other apartment they offered was terrible (3 times cheaper, old, worn out, low floor, no view), so I decided to stay and suffer one night. The next day they said maintenance would come around 9am, but nobody showed up until about 4pm. It was 40 degrees in the room during all 3 days of my stay. The maintenance guy said the AC was broken and needed new parts he could only get tomorrow. He never came back. After my stay, I asked for a 50% refund because I couldn’t sleep and was extremely uncomfortable for 3 days. After a long argument they offered only 10% and told me it was my fault for not switching, even though I clearly said I wouldn’t stay in such a bad place. They claimed nothing else was available and somehow that was my problem again. Customer support was rude. When I pointed it out, she apologized, but the whole experience was awful. There were small bugs in the apartment, the safe didn’t work, there was no fridge (only a freezer, so you can’t keep food or drinks inside longer than 30 minutes), and although they advertise free toiletries, there were none, so after a long trip I had to walk to a store just to shower. The apartment itself is nice and the view is great, but the way I was treated and the fact that nothing was solved, plus being blamed for everything, makes me not recommend this place to anyone. It was way too expensive for the service provided. Maybe you’ll be lucky, but if not, you’ll have a terrible time.
• Jozyanne (10/5): Amei tudo! Excelente custo benefício. Exceto o fato de não ter mantas ou cobertas disponíveis. - O studio está todo reformado, está lindo. Todos os detalhes são impecáveis. Não há cobertas, fui solicitar e me disseram que a reserva não inclui coberta, apenas lençol que está na cama. E, caso eu quisesse manta ou cobertas, teria que pagar por cada item.
• Rodrigo (9/5): Melhor opção da região. - A estrutura do hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos. A localização é um grande ponto forte, facilitando o acesso a diversas praias da região. Achamos tudo muito confortável e bem cuidado. Vimos que havia um telescópio, o que é uma ideia fantástica, mas seria útil ter um guia de uso, pois nem com tutoriais conseguimos manuseá-lo. É um lugar ao qual eu voltaria sem hesitar (aproveitando uma promoção, é claro!) Não tenho do que reclamar, apenas uma ressalva sobre o café da manhã. Sabíamos que não estava incluso, e o hotel oferece uma opção à parte com bastante variedade, porém com um custo um pouco acima da média. Como ponto positivo, o apartamento é muito bem equipado, o que nos permitiu preparar nosso próprio café confortavelmente
