• Lothar (9/5): Gut geeignet für Urlaub in der Region oder die Städtereise nach Ostsachsen. - Auch wenn die FeWo nicht direkt im Zentrum von Bautzen liegt, ist sie sehr empfehlenswert. Wirklich sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet. Auch sehr ruhig, obwohl an einer viel befahrenen Straße gelegen. Parken problemlos im Innenhof. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum. Ganz nah ist es zum Bautzner Bahnhof.

• Krzysztof (10/5): Bardzo wygodny apartament bardzo dobrze położony w pobliżu starego miasta. - Wygoda, funkcjonalność i bardzo dobre wyposażenie.
• Gerald (8/5): - Große Räume, Sauberkeit Kein Radio in der Küche, keine Blumen im Fenster, sehr steril gehalten.
• Kevin (7/5): - Top Ausstattung, sauber und groß Nachbarn oben drüber oder daneben laufen wie Elefanten schwer auszumachen von wo es kommt.... Sehr hellhörig im Haus selbst.
• Franz (10/5): Geräumige und gemütliche Wohnung - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Ein Parkplatz befindet sich direkt an der Wohnung. Die Bautzener Innenstadt kann man bequem zu Fuß erreichen.

• Katrin (10/5): Großartiger Aufenthalt - Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer waren sehr gemütlich. Schöner Altbau in guter Lage Die Dusche ist etwas niedrig.
• Petra (8/5): Neue, moderne Wohnung! - Sauber, bequemes Bett, schnell in der Fussgängerzone, Parkplatz Wurden wochentags morgens vom bellenden Nachbarshund geweckt, der anscheinend allein gelassen wurde.
