- Natasha (3/5): Read before you book! - Location as we always stay in this area. We stay regularly with Downtown Apartments, but this was by far our worst experience. On arrival, the WiFi did not work for the first half of the day and there was no clear timeline for fixing it, which required repeated follow-ups from us. The main issue, however, was the construction works directly outside the apartment windows. These started at around 7:00am and continued until approximately 10:00pm if lucky we got one day where they finished at 6/7.00pm. The listing referred to construction “nearby,” which we do not feel accurately reflects the reality the works are immediately outside the property and create continuous noise throughout the day. As a result, it was not possible to have a restful or quiet stay. Even with windows closed, the noise was significant, and opening them made it much worse. We raised this during our stay and requested relocation, especially as other apartments appeared to be available, but this was refused. Booking.com attempted to assist but advised they were unable to reach a resolution with the property. The customer service was appalling. They could have done something to improve the stay but they did not care. Overall, very disappointing handling of a genuine concern from a repeat guest. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet or comfortable stay.

- Dagmara Mierzejewska Gan (6/5): - Fajna lokalizacja,mieszkanie duże , wyposażone we wszystko co potrzebne.Kawa,herbata dostępne także nie trzeba się o to martwić . Brak internetu przez cały pobyt,musiałam udostępniać swój aby móc obejrzeć tv.Peersonel zapomniał wspomnieć że kilka metrów od balkonu znajduje się plac budowy i zawsze punkt 7 miałam niemiłą pobudkę .Brak internetu zgłaszałam 2 razy ,bez odzewu.Niektore naczynia musiałam umyć przed użyciem.

- Inna (10/5): - Отличный номер в отличной локации. Всё почти новое, в номере чисто и комфортно, все необходимое имеется в номере. Единственное ,рядом с отелем сейчас стройка и из за этого шумно из за окна,но это не по вине орентодателя и это все временно)

- Paulina (10/5): - Świetna lokalizacja. Wszędzie można dojść na piechotkę. Trochę głośno z rana było przez remont nowego bloku obok. Czasami już od 6:50 był hałas ale do zniesienia. Jeśli chodzi o mieszkanie czystość 10/10 Panie robia świetną robotę :) Wszystko co potrzebne znajdowało się w mieszkaniu. Jedynie brakowało mi deski do krojenia i miarki,żeby odmierzyć np. mleko dla dziecka do owsianki itp. Pozytywne wczesne zameldowanie oraz późniejsze wymeldowanie. Jedyny minus z lokalizacja śmietnika mieliśmy ale rozwiązaliśmy ten problem. Wracam tam ponownie w grudniu więc polecam mieszkanie :) Hałas z rana przez budowę bloku obok.
