- ClydeBarrow1967 (2/5): No wifi, no working fridge, broken drainage in shower. - Sofia was nice. She called the property owner about the broken fridge late one evening. Patient, kind and is the only reason this gets 2/10 instead of 1 alongside the cleaners who made the place look spotless. WiFi for the room wasn't working had to use downstaurs wifi signal was sketch (on and off all the time), fridge in the room wasn't working nor the freezer. Shower did not drain properly, it nearly overflows each time and takes 15 mins to drain. Bad smell when you first enter the room that persists (probably because of drainage). Mould on walls.
