- Yaroslav (3/5): Avoid this host - Newly renovated apartment I don't recommend this apartment for a long-term stay; the management is dishonest. Upon arrival, they gave me the wrong address twice, making it seem like they didn't even know where the apartment was. Upon arrival, we discovered a broken toilet seat, no internet, and a bent bed frame, causing the mattress to collapse into the middle. The toilet was quickly fixed, but it took them a week and three complaints to Booking.com to fix the internet. We had to fix the bed ourselves by simply disassembling it and placing the mattress on the floor because they didn't even bother to fix it. The area the apartment is in isn't very safe, as the taxi driver warned us immediately, and then we understood why. The apartment also lacks basic items, such as a trash can or cooking utensils.
