- AlexLKH (8/5): - All good 1) Need to request for new towels despite informing that i will be staying longer than 2D1N and sometimes the wait might take more than 30 minutes waiting time.
- Alexander (8/5): Nice apartment in the middle of a ghost town - The apartment was very good for the price. The working swimming pool was lovely, with a great view. The window next to the bed was great. The bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked. If you need to be in Malacca, it's amazing value for money. The complex had a very dystopian vibe. My wife liked it, I didn't. It's kind of falling into ruin. One of the swimming pools looks condemned and is cordoned off. But honestly, it's the vibe of the whole surrounding area, and it's not the fault of the apartment itself. Be careful of the stairs when going to the toilet in the middle of the night though!
- Chee (9/5): Comfortable stay . - Quite clean and comfortable. The set up for the keys in that security box means that checking in and out is a real hassle and it shouldn’t be that hard. Parking is only allowed from six floors upwards. As the keys are required for using the elevator and various doors, and you can’t check out until the car is fully out in the street . There are the inconveniences of the keys and the parking is at different levels .
- AlexLKH (8/5): Great stay, comfortable and superb location - 1) The room was clean and comfortable, quiet even though you could hear the walking sounds outside along the corridor. 2) 1st time using the Netflix provided (great entertainment) even though i stay here in this condo numerous 3) they provide me with 4 towels since i am staying here for 3D2N.... housekeeping services is available but since i am working outside and only come back late hours, upon request before check-in, they approve my request of getting the 4 towels on the day of check-in instead of requesting them everyday. 1) the lifts is extremely slow even though there is 6 lifts. some of them not working/not in service 2) not sound-proof enough as you can hear people talking/running along the corridor outside the condo
- AlexLKH (8/5): clean, comfortable and great service by host - 1) comfortable and clean 2) great location nearby everything you need...convenience store, restaurant, massage, pubs, etc 3) quiet but sometimes can hear some noise outside the corridor 1) stay for 2 nights but unable to provide clean towels for the 2nd night. 2) later they informed me that there were some towels below the kitchen sink but who knows, whether is there any cockroaches passby as the towels was not inside any plastic bag....just put there.
- Looi (8/5): Great stay good location - Great location. Everything you need is nearby. Need to make one big u-turn in order to return the keys. So inconvenient
