• Arlene (3/5): I am disappointed and will not recommend this place. - Location is ok if you don’t mind walking 5 minutes to main road , it’s quiet at night. The place was not cleaned the whole time we stayed, the drain in shower and sink is draining so slow it floods, and there’s no rug in the washroom so the floor is always wet ,the pillows is awful only one in each bed, there is no sheet only a comforter and the door in the washroom is a sliding door so if you stand near the door you could see the person inside.

• Mikhail (10/5): Nice roomy place to stay in a prime Bangkok location. - The location was prime. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the host and staff were very polite. I think the interior of the rooms needs new paint, but this is an easy fix. Hopefully they improve this.

Offers laundry services. No privacy from the bunk-beds to the main bedroom (no door) no table or couch, the fridge was too small. Too many mosquitos in room and bathroom. Didn’t really feel like a vacation rental.

• Sarah (8/5): Fine - We had a suite with a balcony. The room and bathroom were quite big. The staff were nice and gave us water bottles every day! The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom smelled awful, sewage smell from the drains I guess. The door and window to the balcony were not well sealed so we had tons of mosquitoes in our room.

As meninas que cuidavam do lugar são extremamente simpáticas e prestativas, nos ajudaram do início ao fim. A acomodação é simples mas muito confortável. O chuveiro era bom, as camas confortáveis, tudo bem limpinho, e o ar condicionado funcionava bem. No teto do banheiro tinham 2 baratas mortas e a cortina do chuveiro ficava caindo o tempo todo, pois o varão era de pressão. Entretanto, nada disso impactou na nossa experiência geral. São coisas que são facilmente resolvidas e não atrapalham em nada.

Stones throw away from the bustling Sukhumvit area but nestled in such a quiet lane that you will never realize how close you are to the chaos. Clean place & well serviced. Nana who manages the property is very friendly and helpful. Took care of all room cleaning & laundry requests as asked. Gem of a person and makes one feel at home. Will definitely stay here again. Nothing to complain about this place

• Sue (1/5): This place advertised a bath, which was a priority to me, but there was actually no bath - I did like the location, air-conditioning and coat hangers. However, this guesthouse was advertised to have a "bath," but there was NO BATH along with no understanding of the impact this had on my brief Bangkok trip. I booked this place specifically because it had a bath, and I spent time to find an alternative accommodation because it's not nice enough to stay without a bath. Also, on 25 Sep 2025 I arranged with the owner through Booking.com messaging to have a late checkout of 6 pm (for an agreed additional 900 baht), but when I arrived (24 Jan 2026) Nana (caretaker) advised that it is not possible. So rather than having a relaxing first evening in Bangkok, I was trying to find alternative accommodation and get a refund. I had to stay one night and then moved accommodation the next day. The shower head is terrible and water pressure fluctuated wildly. I prefer a pitch black room but this one has a lot light coming in through the door and windows. The polished wooden floors are beautiful, but when people arrived late it was extremely noisy on the stairs. Noise settled at 11 pm, bright lights remained on. Honestly, understanding and an apology for the inconvenience of false advertising would've gone a long way.

• Teraysa (9/5): Clean and quiet family owned hotel. Great staff! - This place was surprisingly quiet- being tucked away behind a couple of major hotels and a little away from the major streets. It was very clean and well kept. As others have mentioned there is no daily room service but it was easy to take out the garbage myself and the staff was very responsive to any request I made. During my time in Bangkok I ended up having a big problem with my phone and I needed assistance several times to get a taxi. Since it's a small place there is only one person to staff the lobby, Nana. She was so helpful to me. I felt bad for waking her up so early in the morning (4:30am) on a couple of occasions to get a taxi but she was always so extremely kind and helpful. I really appreciated that so much. It could be important for some travelers to know that this appears to be a home that has been converted to a hotel. The gate to the property is unlocked and the door to the upstairs rooms was unlocked. The door to my room was not very strong or heavy and had an old fashioned lock. As a single female traveler I NEVER felt unsafe. But I could see how other single female travelers could feel a little uneasy.

It is located right in the mix of downtown, but far enough away from the main street that it is very peaceful at night. The host, Nana, is such a nice person, and makes you feel very at home immediately. I will stay here again when traveling back through Bangkok. Excellent stay!! I had a King Room with Balcony, and it was gigantic. So comfortable.
