• Ash (1/5): Be prepared to be ignored ! - Nice location and comfortable bed The host did not answer any of my queries so I wasn’t able to use the sauna or workout facility. I paid for parking ahead of time and wasn’t able to use it since the host was unresponsive and never gave me the parking space number. Both contact numbers were useless as they didn’t answer and the concierge didn’t know anything related to the suite since it’s an Airbnb type situation. Very very frustrating

• Garth (3/5): Communication with your staff made it challenging - Clean, convenient and cozy There was a serious communication gap with your staff, they weren’t not using the booking.com app to communicate that caused me to get 3 parking tickets $75 each. I sent a correspondence requesting a refund and I was totally ignored. No response on my correspondence to date.

• Maryna (4/5): Headache - Very convenient location, everything is close by, very easy and quick access. For my purposes, it was the perfect location. The view is also beautiful. I liked that some of the staff responded quickly and were extremely helpful. Everything was strange from the very beginning. It's not mentioned in the description, but they ask for a deposit via PayPal. You can't cancel because there will be no refund. Okay. I called to find out if their page had been hacked, but the person on the phone was extremely rude and incompetent. At one point, the conversation stalled because the person communicating with customers did not know English and was using a translator. I want to say right away that they returned the deposit. The apartment itself was cold because the heating control was broken. No one helped us with this, despite our emails. There is a lot of damage in the apartment, so don't be lazy to report it. The cleaning was poor, there was hair in the shower. You also have to take apart the clothes dryer yourself and take out the trash before you leave. This way, they save on cleaning, which you have already paid for. I would call my experience positive. I didn't have time to correspond with them day and night, and my entire trip consisted of emails about this apartment. I cannot recommend them.

• Atzin (6/5): Place was nice, but it is very difficult to get in contact with anyone if there are any problems - Location was great, it was very clean and amenities were great. Instructions on how to retrieve keys were clear and easy to follow. Communication was lacking at best. We requested a later check out time and I was told I’d be given a response on the day of check out, however, I never received a response. Also, the parking spot provided was occupied. I reached out at 5:30 pm to ask what we should do, I did not get a response until midnight when I had already received a parking ticket which was very frustrating. I followed up the next day and never heard back again.
• Ehsan (10/5): - Beautiful, clean studio in a great location. Everything was exactly as described, and the place felt very comfortable from the first moment. Would happily stay again.
• Bergman (8/5): A convenient location. - The location was okay. There were too many steps for getting in, and a 400 dollar damage deposit was hefty for someone without a pet.

• Deyala (8/5): Great value for money - The location is premium, a street car stop is right at the entrance and you can be in union station in less than 15 minutes. The instructions were clear. The reception is friendly. The size is too small. The sink is right next to the bed and there is no space to unfold luggage.

• Melanie (10/5): Perfect location in a safe complex with everything you need for a short stay! - The location was perfect for my husband and I to visit Toronto. Centrally located and we felt very safe in this complex. The bed is firm but comfortable and the place was very clean.
