Safe didn't work, eventually given actual key safe and the room missed 1 day of being serviced.
• Hisham (6/5): - It's natural to expect that a stay at a hostel would be similar to a stay at a hotel in terms of services and quality. There is no room service or telephone here, and there are smells coming from the bathroom.

• Kyle (3/5): One could do better considering the price - I understood that breakfast was an option but apparently not. The room was clean but no more than what one would anticipate. The hostel tends to have very few Western guests. Prompt attention to the blocked shower and toilet drains was provided but to no great improvement. The staff did not know the area and so inquiries as to tourist agencies were met with blank stares. There is no source of coffee or tea and the hot water source is a 1L thermostatically controlled container which is set at 70C. There ought to be dedicated source of hot water. There are NO cooking facilities or cutlery of any kind. Nevertheless the location is replete with restaurants. The charging of devices is not possible when one is absent from the room.

• Waldenburger (3/5): - Das Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Die Klimaanlage hat zwar funktioniert aber sie hat gestopft so das wir den Müllkübel unterstellen mussten damit kein Wasserschaden entsteht. In drei Tagen Aufenthalt wurden die Handtücher nicht gewechselt und das Personal wundert sich warum diese dann verschmutzt sind .

Номер грязный, везде волосы и не понятно чистое ли постельное бельё или нет. Свет ночью включается и выключается При увеличении температуры вода, вырубается электричество. Не соответствует стоимости.

• Rui (1/5): - Foi a pior experiência que me aconteceu na vida... Uma estadia de 3 dias neste hostel onde o serviço de limpeza do quarto nao existiu mais. Logo na primeira noite o autoblismo nao descarregava e fui à recepção comunicar a avaria,, pois nunca lá foram . Mas o cúmulo que nunca vi foi ao fazer o check out queriam cobrar 100 thb de cada toalha de banho porgue estavam sujas., ou seja sujas da utilização normal... Todo o staff eram muito antipáticos.

• Paulden (4/5): Should be way better - The beds are comfortable and its relatively new, however there are a litany of problems that fail this accom. Took 2 rooms 401 comfort room, smart tv only works if you have netflix account etc. No free to air.Had standard storm and water ran down inside walls, mopped up with thier towel, they charged 100bht to clean towel. Safe not working. 402 premium room, bathroom stank, pubic hairs in sink and toilet, tv broken. Moved me to 403 had no hot water for 2 nights. Safe not working Had to get second room card as i could not find original, found original and gave second back to desk. On checkout wanted to change 500bht for lost card, I had to push them to find and after calling staff they found it in thier draw, took over half hour and I actually had to ASK for an apology. Yes this is a cheaper end hotel/hostel but everything is new but being allowed to deteriorate and not fixed. I don't think the management serve the guest more so they put up with guests.

• Unger (7/5): - Die Zimmer sind groß uns hell. Die Lage sehr gut und ruhig. Man merkt leider, dass hier nur neue Farbe benutzt wurde. Die Flecken kommen bereits durch. Allgemein wurde hier sehr schlecht gearbeitet.

• Jack (9/5): - Hidden gem - recently renovated/ finished in early 2025. Great spot to stay if you want to walk down to the beach but also get a cheap fast moto into the city (and great if you want to stay slightly out from the seedy part of Pattaya). Close to Muscle factory gym, 7/11, some cafes, etc. Rooms were very clean, spacious, cozy, pool downstairs. No street noise or music noise. Value for money is great if you want "hotel like" experience without the price tag, and avoid being in an actual hostel (even though its called a hostel... didn't feel like one at all which is great). Beds were very comfy... not hard and not too soft. Shower had great pressure and clean. Wifi was good. I extended my stay here 4x times. Better than everything around the area. Staff are very kind and friendly. Nothing I didn't like :) Just recommended things to add: an "Upcoming events and Things to do in Jomtien / Pattaya" board, put fans out in the balconies, add a small lamp to the rooms. No complaints really.
• Gert (10/5): Schöne, saubere und komfortable Unterkunft - Ich habe in einem Premium-Zimmer übernachtet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sehr sauber, bequemes Bett, geräumiger Balkon, starkes WIFI - alles macht einen sehr guten und fast neuen Eindruck. Die Unterkunft liegt zentral aber ruhig unweit vom Strand - meine Lieblingsecke in Jomtien. Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kann die Unterkunft empfehlen.
