• Gamze (1/5): KESİNLİKLE UZAK DURUN!!! - Vatikan’a yakın tek iyi özelliği bu Bu bir EV, OTEL DEĞİL, 2 odalı bir evin bir odasını kiralıyorsunuz bu bilgi rezervasyonda yok. Tuvalet banyo mutfak ortak. Odalar Yanyana ve çok ses geçiriyor. Resepsiyon yok, anahtarı getirmeleri için 1 saatten fazla kapıda bekledik. Yatak ve yastıklar rahatsız, yastık üzerinde kızıl uzun kadın saçı ve erkek kılı vardı, yerler süpürülmemiş çok kirli. Asansör çok eski korku içinde kullandık. Anahtarı getiren çocuk hintli, İngilizce bilmiyor, hiçbir şekilde anlaşamıyorsunuz. Balkonlu oda tutmuştuk ama balkonsuz oda verdiler. Rezervasyonda internet var yazıyordu ancak internet çalışmıyor. Berbat bir deneyimdi, kesinlikle uzak durun.
• Deborah (6/5): It was fine. - It was very close to the Vatican and other restaurants. It was advertised as a double room but it was 1 room only with a shared bath. The other tenants were very demanding about getting into the bathroom when we would only have just gone in. Arrival arrangements were tricky and it took an over a half hour for someone to arrive with a key even though I let them know when we arrived by train and then by internal metro.
• Mellado (2/5): - La ubicación El colchón y la almohada en muy, muy, muy mal estado. No avisaron que la tasa se pagaba en efectivo y, como no tenía cambio, se quedó con la vuelta. El check in nos lo hizo una chica que solo cambió las sábanas de la cama, no hizo limpieza en la habitación.
• Anna (5/5): Ok na jedną noc - Super lokalizacja, blisko do Watykanu Zapytaliśmy o możliwość przyjazdu około 21. Właściciel poinformował że przyjazd po godzinie 20 wiąże się z opłatą +30 EUR. Pędziliśmy żeby zdążyć przed czasem. Na miejscu okazało się że musimy poczekać aż gospodarz przyniesie nam klucze, ponad pół godziny czekaliśmy na ulicy. Mielismy rezerwację dla 3 osób, pokój był przygotowany dla 2 osób, dopiero po naszym przyjeździe przygotowali drugie łóżko. Ostatecznie proces zameldowania trwał u nas ponad godzinę.
• Καλλίκα (1/5): - Αρχικά να γνωρίζετε οτι δικαιούστε 1 δωμάτιο σε 2κλινο σπιτι . Επειδή δεν ηταν κάπου ξεκάθαρο εμεις δε το γνωρίζαμε και βρεθήκαμε με άλλους ανθρώπους ξαφνικά. Η καθαρίστρια καθαρίζει μολις φύγεις κι εμεις για 4 βραδιά ειχαμε ιδια σεντόνια και πετσέτες όπως και τη βρωμιά στο πάτωμα. Δεν εχει σαμπουάν και τα βασικά είδη που θεωρω οτι θα έπρεπε να εχει κάθε χώρος διαμονής. Τέλος δε δίνονται οδηγίες κάπου σε ποιο δωμάτιο μένεις και στη ρεσεψιόν της πολυκατοικίας ειναι μονο μια κυρια που μας καθοδήγησε σε λαθος όροφο και δωμάτιο και επίσης δε μιλάει κανείς αγγλικά.

• Mora (7/5): Roma, città bellissiima. - Posizione ottima, vicino a la metro, zona molto ben collegata. a due passi dal Vaticano, molti negozi e ristoranti, La serratura della camera dovrebbe essere più sicura. Il bagno è condiviso ma era scritto nelle condizioni. Che per un problema della gestione ci hanno offerto di andare a un'altra camera in zona Stazione Termini. Non abbiamo accettato e hanno risolto il problema.
• Maria (8/5): Muito perto do Vaticano, muito central e confortável. - A localização é perfeita, mesmo junto ao vaticano, muito central mesmo. O quarto é bastante agradável e limpo. A cama muito confortável. Só fomos informados que havia uma taxa extra de 30€ pelo check-in tardio, no dia da chegada. Essa informação devia ser explicita.

• Maria Giorgia (1/5): Da denuncia, che schifo!!!!!! - La posizione, ma tutto il resto è da denuncia! Tutto! Arriviamo e ci accoglie un ragazzo che n9n è l'host. Abbiamo prenotato per 2 adulti e un bambino ma mancava un terzo letto. Il ragazzo, che dice di essere dipendente, chiama il " capo" ( lui lo chiama così) e gli dice che non gli aveva detto che doveva preparare un terzo letto. Il " capo" che è in vivavoce al telefono gli risponde di prenderci prima € 36 e poi di preparare il lettino pieghevole nello sgabuzzino. Chiude la chiamata. Appena il ragazzo apre lo sgabuzzino mi viene da piangere! Sporco, le lenzuola arrotolate in mezzo a quei scaffali pieni di polvere e il lettino messo così senza essere coperto da un nylon o lenzuolo. Ci prepara il letto e dopo dice che:" Capo detto me di dare € 46 euro". Contesto che io, come da prenotazione, avrei dovuti dare € 28 per la tassa di soggiorno e non € 36 come detto prima. Addirittura in 5 minuti è salito a € 46. Chiama il capo e gli parlo per telefono, dice che è la tassa di soggiorno per 2 notti per 3 persone ( nella prenotazione oltre ad essere scritto saldo di € 28, diceva che i bambini non pagano la tassa di soggiorno vista l'età). Dico che non è corretto e lui continua a ripetere che è la tassa di soggiorno facendo intendere che avrebbe tolto il terzo letto ( dove ovviamente era stato pagato precedentemente). Cedo solo perché erano le 18:30 ed eravamo stanchi del viaggio e non aveva alcuna voglia di perdere la quota già pagata per tutte e 2 le notti e mettermi a cercare un altro albergo ( serio ovviamente), così diamo €46 al dipendente e al telefono ribadisco che voglio LE RICEVUTE DEI PAGAMENTI ( quello anticipato di € 112 e delle € 46) Prima che il ragazzo andesse via chiedo se nell'appartamento siamo solo noi o ci sono altre persone visto che ho notato un'altra porta. Lui ci conferma CGE SIAMO SOLO NOI!!!!! Sconfortata vado a comprare delle lenzuola pulite e ripreparo i letti.

• Dana (1/5): Awful - couldn't wait to leave - Leaving...... In all fairness the accommodation ub y by ub 6thwas close to all facilities. Arrived late as discussed with host. 10.30pm I was charged 30 euro for this and it had to be in cash. He texted me to confirm but nobody was there to give me the keys. He stopped responding to my texts after I arrived. Finally he sent someone around. I was exhausted after a flight from Singapore. The accommodation was poorly maintained. Air conditioner wasn't working, wasn't gassed according to my husband. Compressor on overload. We slept in overbearing heat. No fire extinguisher. Difficult to open the front door and one side of the mattress appeared as though the springs had given way. The day I left all my food in the fridge had gone missing. Toilet seat was delamenating and there was mould in the shower recess. No coffee machine and the bathroom was shared. Overall a really disappointing experience. The owner should learn customer service skills and maintain his property so guests can have a positive experience of Rome.

• Serafyma (9/5): Superb - Great location and amazing view! Very clean and bright apartment with a lovely balcony overlooking the city. There were some check-in issues, but the friendly staff resolved everything. Overall, a great stay!
• Arias (9/5): Superb - It was perfect, the room smelled amazing and we had the apartment all to ourselves. The kitchen was equipped and it even had a hair dryer which was amazing because we forgot ours The owner was a little late to our check-in, but nothing serious

Rude owner.. - Nothing If you want to save yourself from the worst part of vacation, read this review and incidents : On the day of arrival, owner yelled on me and my family because we came late by 1hour from the scheduled check in time. I had informed him well in advance and he had confirmed that checkins are allowed till midnight but a fee of 30 euros. To which I had asked no question and paid 30 euros, I reached around 11 pm as the train on which I was coming got delayed by 1.5 hours. In the interim, I messaged him about the delay as and when I got network on my phone, given that if you come from venice to rome, network drops due to tunnels and hills on the route. When I arrived, he was so annoyed that he threatened to not let us in the room, yelled f words, consider you are with your family and a 8 year old kid at 11 pm, tired of 6 hours train journey, paid 308 euros for 2 nights and someone threatening you not to let in, that too after paying extra 30 euro as late checkin fee. Never the less, he restrained and convinced him to let us in, to our surprise, we got to know that we have to share the place with two ladies who were living there, it means no private bathroom, it is shared, contrary to listing at booking.com. To make things even worse, there were no electricity, when we told this the owner told he doesn't know what has gone wrong and he will get it fixed next day. We lived without electricity for the first night, no hot water, none of the electrical appliances working. Very next day I requested the owner to get it fixed before my phone died due to battery drain in absence of electricity,to which he said it will get fixes today. Alas! It didn't, the owner came at 9:30 pm on second day with a power bank as "gift" and returned me 25 euros for my suffering as a good gesture from his side.
• Miraille (4/5): Disappointing - The information about the room is misleading. Our room was supposed to have a private bathroom and a balcony. We had to share the bathroom with another couple staying in another room. The host was so rude. We also paid 21€ city tax and he did not give us a receipt. Also the apartment was not clean Stay away from this lodging.
• Shaeleya (1/5): Beware. Not at all what was advertised. - The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall the sleeping area was clean. The space was not ready for guests. The closet was unusable because it was not bolted to the wall, large artwork was balanced on the bedside table because it was not yet hung, the TV was still in a box leaned against the bedroom wall and was not hung or set up until the second night which was our last night. The internet also was not connected and the property owner did not take care of that until the night before we left. He also promised us loaner phones to use so we didn’t take up all of our data due to the internet that was advertised being nonexistent. He took photos of our passports using his cell phone and showed us the IDs of the other guests staying on the property. When we learned that the room did not have a private bathroom as mentioned in the ad, he told us that the ad never said that (I have screenshots that prove it did). The shower was filthy, with mold and mildew, with the plastic walls peeling, and there was no bath (despite being listed as having one in the ad). There were cigarette butts piled on the balcony, despite being advertised as a non-smoking property. Finally, he reported us as no-shows to booking.com after he failed to connect the internet as promised before the end of our first day and we said we would report that there was no internet at the property if it wasn’t fixed. I am including photos of the posting/ad as well as some photos of the actual property, which is obviously not the one pictured in the ad.
