Recomendo ambos, - Em geral de tudo, mas o principal para mim foi o atendimento humanizado e pessoal com a Helena, pronto atendimento e retorno nos questionamentos, muito preocupada na resolução das questões. Amei muito, com certeza será recomendado. Apenas uma observação que provavelmente é alheio a vontade do proprietário e anfitrião, o mau cheiro de esgoto externo na rua , como recepção de boas vindas deixa a desejar, mas isso acredito que seja uma questão pública que deve ser sanado junto ao órgão responsável, ademais não deixar a desejar em nada. Apenas tomei um banho e dormi no apartamento, não desfrutei de mais nada por falta de tempo kkk
