• Nauman (8/5): Honest - A good facility at a convenient location. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. Cleaning should be alternate day.
• Kami (9/5): A convenient stay with a well-equipped kitchen, though some small maintenance issues were disappoint - This was our second time staying at Canka, and it remains a hidden gem in Şişli—an underrated residence with spacious rooms in a nearly new building, equipped with a well-stocked kitchen. As someone who regularly uses the gym, I appreciated having access to the basement gym, which was very convenient. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The electric kettle did not turn off automatically after boiling. It was replaced only after we reported it four times, but ideally it should have been addressed the first time. The bathroom has two lights, and the mirror light was blinking. We requested it to be fixed, but it was ignored, which was disappointing. Although the kitchen is equipped with most essentials and even has a dishwasher, it suffers from small oversights, such as missing salt and pepper containers and other minor items like a small colander.

• Veljkovic (10/5): - Smestaj je fenomenalan, cisto uredno i jako lepo uređeno. U smestaju je bilo svega i od kafe osvezenja do svega sto je potrebno u kupatilu. Sve obezbedjeno. Domacin je jako fin i gostoprimljiv. Cak nam je ponudila i prevoz do Arene jer smo isli na utakmicu. Sve pohvale!!!

• Abagori (1/5): لاتحجزون في فندق Canka Residence نصيحه لكل نزيل عربي واجنبي - ابو احمد انسان محترم واخلاقه جميله فقط Terrible service and scammers. They took money upon checkout. They did this to more than one guest, accusing us of burning the mattress and towels. They took the security deposit and demanded another amount, taking 3500 lira. The hotel is unclean, they don't serve guests, they don't clean the apartment, there are no tissues, and the employee, Asala, is not good. She wronged me and took a large sum of money.

• Sulaiman Haidar (1/5): SCAM HOTEL - Nothing Nothing Nothing First of all , the pictures of the hotel was not as i saw , the hotel look too old and the furniture was completely used for decades. Secondly which is very important that they didn't declare that the hotel was too hard to reach by walking ( It is located on a very steep slope ) making it difficult for cars to pass and walking is very tiring, especially since my wife is pregnant and they didn't mention this is hotel description or in pictures. Thirdly , in my room view there is barbed wire on the building's fences, and there are many buildings around us. I think someone previously tried to break in or steal from the place, which is why I felt unsafe. The Manager didn't call or message me at all.

• Alice (4/5): Pior alojamento - Não gostei de nada foi umas férias de nervos Então a cama estava partida e o colchão já tinha visto dias melhores conforto 0 a mobília do quarto em pessimo estado nunca vi uma mobília sem funcionalidade a minha roupa não saíu da mala casa de banho a cabine de duche estava partida e sempre que eu tomava banho o chão da casa de banho parecia um lago sem condições nenhumas a cozinha nem uma taça para tomar café tinha eu para puder cozinhar tive que ir comprar loiça pedi na recepção disseram que não tinham e o apartamento estava muito sujo sem condições eu não sei como a Booking não tem controlo sobre os imóveis que alugam é de lamentar eu escrevi á Booking para arranjarem uma solução e não obtive resposta alguma eu fui para outro apartamento paguei de novo porque este dito cujo não tinha condições quanto á Booking não devo reservar mais com Booking

Това ми беше второто посещение, за разлика от миналия път персонала говореше английски. Имат страхотен котарак пред входа. Интернета беше слаб, за първи път ми се случва да ми искат депозит в хотел, и издавахме стаята по списък като в някаква почивна станция от комунизма, сауната и фитнеса бяха повече проформа, не предлагаха закуска което е по добре понеже при първото ми посещение нямаха веган закуска

• Dimitrina (5/5): - Момчето на рецепция беше приветливо и отзивчиво. В кухнята имаше твърде малко посуда. Ние стояхме седмица и за това време и чаршафи не ни смениха, хартия съвсем малко. Всичко се чува от съседните стаи, улицата до хотела също е шумна. Леглото мега твърдо и неудобно.

• Ulan (7/5): - Забронировал 2х этажный апарт на последнем 4м этаже, Цена была с хорошей скидкой , при заезде понял почему , в целом было чисто , не прокурено , мебель ,ремонт, сан узлы, принадлежности уже старые , особенно полотенца все были как половые тряпки ,хорошо что мы все взяли свои, дают одноразовые тапочки , набор из кухонных принадлежностей продают за отдельную сумму , предоставили посуду и инвентарь для приготовления завтрака , есть в каждой комнате кондиционеры ,еле но работают , шумоизоляция вроде нормальная , окна закрываются плотно, но из за склона на улице машины проезжают на газах , есть балкон на 2 м эт , в целом цена качество соответствует Из за большой семьи из 7 человек выбрал этот апарт, при бронировании выбирал из за того что было в букинге 8 кроватей , хотелось чтоб было по свободней и чтоб был выбор где лежать по месту и при бронировании в приложении оказывается не указал "гостя" маленького ребёнка 5 лет и при заезде начали просит дополнительную оплату за ребенка из за того что не указал что есть 5 лет ребенок , при бронировании номера я выбрал 8 кроватей и оплатил за 8 лежачих мест а при оплате когда заполняешь в приложении гостей указал 6 взрослых и не заполнил ребенка 5 летнего так как даже не думал что это принципиально так как при выборе я выирал оплату за номер с 8 кроватями , при заезде начали просить доп оплату примерно 130-150 долларов , я начал возмущаться что выкупал 8 лежачих мест и после переговоров с директором они решили не брать с нас доп оплату , настроение уже упало при заезде , после как поднялись в номер оказалось что мест в номере меньше чем в букинге были фотографии и описания , они обяснили что фотографии это общии фотографии всех номеров и они замешанны в разнобой даже когда выбираешь отдельно номер там могут быть фотографии другого номера , уточняйте перед оплатой , в целом решили этот момент , спасибо ребятам на ресепшене , находиться отель далековато от метро и больших улиц и улицы имеют очень большие перепады и подьемы , если вы с семьей на машине то эти моменты не проблема а если вы пешком то это очень боольшая проблема , парковка в этом отеле для авто стоит дороже чем уличные стоянки чуть подальше от отеля, мин 5 ходьбы , в целом нормальный отель за небольшую стоимость , но учитывайте заранее все эти моменты , в целом на ресепшене ребята все отзывчивые и помогают в любом вопросе ,Отдельное им благодарность !

• Saleh (6/5): السنوات القادمه بإذن الله لن تكون اقامتي فيه - اعجبنا وجود غرفه ودورة مياه ف الأعلى اتينا الي الفندق ف الموعد المحدد الساعه الثانيه والنصف ظهرا واخبرونا ان الشقه غير جاهزه وكنا ف غاية التعب والارهاق وانتظرنا الي الساعه الخامسه الا عشر دقايق ننتظر وكان يوجد عائله حصل معهم مثلما حصل معهم لم يعجبني انه الفندق على شارع ضيق
• محمد (8/5): إقامة هادئة بخدمة ممتازة وملاحظات - الإقامة كانت مريحة، والاستقبال مميز جدًا بتعامل راقٍ وسريع، خصوصًا من الأخ أبو أحمد. المبنى هادئ ويوفر شعورًا بالأمان، كما أن خدمة توصيل الطعام عبر الاستقبال كانت فعّالة. أنه لايوجد إلا مصعد واحد صغير جدًا ولا يتسع لأكثر من 4 أشخاص دون أمتعة، إضافة إلى ضيق الشارع أمام الفندق مما يصعّب توقف السيارات
