They ask for a deposit after booking and the check in process is so long. For them to not have the water half the days we stayed there and the host didn’t care and there were roaches on the kitchen. They wanted to do a showing of the place one of the ways we stayed there and promised me a refund for that day, which I have yet not received like the deposit for damage items I have not received and said I would received after check out. Nothing was damaged everything was left the same way as when we arrived. WORST PLACE EVER. They made our vacation stay such a headache.

Karolína (9/5): Todo para una estancia agradable - El alojamiento está muy bien equipado y ofrece todo para una estancia cómoda. Un gran plus es la lavadora y el tendedero. En cuanto a la urbanización, las torres tienen una piscina comunitaria grande, bien cuidada, con agua limpia y a buena temperatura. Nos resultó largo y complicado el proceso administrativo antes de la estancia, aunque entendemos que la parte arrendadora quiere estar cubierta.
