• Ashrvini Nair (9/5): Spectacular! - The hotel was beautiful, and the location was incredibly convenient for a solo traveller. What stood out to me (aside from the beautiful property and the impeccable cleanliness) was the hospitality. The hotel only houses limited guests and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate you and check in with you daily. Ayu who was stationed at the breakfast area would check in with me daily, even going so far as to ask me about my plans for the day. I miss the place already! I loved my stay. My only suggestion would be to perhaps improve the breakfast menu to offer more variety.
• Julia (3/5): Schöne Anlage und freundliches Personal, aber die Umgebung und die Zimmerbedingungen haben meinen Aufenthalt deutlich be - Freundliches Personal und eine ansprechend gestaltete Anlage. Die Umgebung entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen. Rund um das Hotel gibt es zahlreiche Baustellen, viel Müll und zeitweise einen deutlichen Geruch nach verbranntem Abfall. Im Zimmer roch es muffig, zudem waren nachts deutliche Geräusche aus den Abflussleitungen zu hören, was meinen Schlaf beeinträchtigt hat. Die Matratze war für meinen persönlichen Geschmack sehr hart. Aufgrund dieser Punkte habe ich mich entschieden, am nächsten Tag abzureisen.

• Yeliz (10/5): Amazing two-week stay with exceptional staff, spacious clean rooms, and a perfect quiet location close to Atlas and Finn - Amazing stay at Aahana Village. I actually extended my stay for another week because it was that good. The staff were incredibly sweet, caring, and always attentive to every detail. I especially loved the daily housekeeping with personal messages and the cute towel animal art every day — such a thoughtful touch. A special thank you to Wahyu, Dedik, Wisnu, Aldo, Andre, and the manager Aris, who were all so kind, helpful, and really took great care of me during my two-week stay. The location is perfect, very close to Atlas and Finns, but still in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax. The room and bathroom were both very spacious, and the shower was huge and spotless. Everything was always very clean.

• Tony (10/5): Luxury Affordable Boutique Accommodation When Only The Best Will Do. - Wow , on arrival you are met with a very lovely smile, a seat to sit down with a cold towel and refreshing drink .Then shown to your huge room the rooms are beautiful really high roof brilliant air conditioning, huge bed with immaculate bedding, large TV, Huge shower ,lots of large glass water bottles replenished daily, perfect. Nice pool area with a bar next to it, The staff are amazing so friendly nothing they wont do to make your stay special .Gege(?) the barman was always obliging with his huge smile to make your perfect drink. I told the staff I was gluten free ,no problem every morning the chef made me a beautiful gluten free breakfast. This is a very new boutique hotel you wont be disappointed if your looking to stay in affordable luxury .Enjoy.

The rooms were beautiful, fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and very comfortable beds. The bathroom was incredible, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. It was absolutely worth more than what we paid. Our stay was amazing, and the entire staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I honestly have no words to describe how great the experience was.

El desayuno, debes elegirlo al llegar y no puedes cambiar esa opción. No tenían mucha variedad ni leche sin lactosa o así pero dentro del rango de precio estuve contenta.

So make it impossible to walk, forget about walk along with suitcase as won’t be possible at all

• Saerom (10/5): wonderful staying ! - 10 out of 10 you will sleep so well in Aahana village. it’s quiet but close to everywhere. 5 mins walk to the laundry shop and nail shop/ massage. easy to grab a bike to beaches or cafes/ restaurants. highly recommend 🧚🏽‍♀️ every staffs are super nice and friendly. especially who assisted us move rooms. (we booked standard 2 single beds at 1 floor but we liked view from 2nd or 3rd floor. I was willing to pay for upgrade. front desk staff gave room upgrade for free. I really appreciated it. I and my sister had an amazing stay and we will definitely come back 💯 작년에 새로 생긴 호텔. 깨끗한 부티끄 호텔 정말 손품팔아서 알아냈지만 발리 숙소 중 제일 잘 고른 곳! 무엇보다 주변에 소음이 하나도 없어서 잠을 푹 잘 수 있음. 침구도 좋고 서비스도 5성급 못지않음! 웰컴 티는 맛없지만 건강에 좋으니 드시고 웰컴 과일도 방에 올려주고, 5성급 호텔에서만 하는 턴다운 서비스도 3일중 이틀 동안 해주심. • Natalie (9/5): Would I stay again? Sure. But train your staff better maybe. - I liked the fact that the staff were pretty accommodating, at least on the first day. However, when I left my card at the front desk with sleeve and instructions to pass it to my friend once they arrive – they receptionist seems to have completely forgotten about it? Or used the card for another purpose... The food and staff at the restaurant were pretty good. Aquaman was friendly, accommodating and attentive throughout the short service and gave good recommendations. The rooms are really interestingly designed with both modern and traditional touches. For example, the door to the balcony, that was great. There are no elevators, so having the staff support for the luggage was a huge help. It also doesn't hurt that it's about 5+ mins walk to the main beach @ Finn's and Atlas Beach Clubs. 1. The receptionist staff at the checkout seems pretty jaded. She had a dead smile on like she just wanted the day to be over. Probably give your staff some rest time so the customers don't have to face someone that's quite unhelpful. 2. On the last day right before checkout, I wanted to have a drink from the glass bottles that they provide. The bottles come in a sleeve. I picked it up, and the sleeve slid off, which was't a problem. The problem came when I didn't realise the bottom was actually cracked. So imagine when I unlocked the mechanism which used suction pressure, was released. The water, glass bits and all actually fell into my bag. 3. THEN, at checkout, the staff asked me to wait as they sweep the room in case I left anything (code for in case I took anything from the room). She mentioned something along the lines of finding a broken item and how I should pay for it, but retracted her statement later. I suppose I got triggered by this as I understand Bahasa Indo. I didn't even make a scene or mentioned the broken bottle initially but when she said that I went off. Her face with that stoic smile kept cutting me off saying ya ok ya ya ok as if asking me to shut up was not the best experience.

We were so well taken care of by the staff, everyone at the property is very very kind. The room was gorgeous - full of natural light, super comfy bed, great amenities, and incredible bathroom with sunken shower. The pool and bar area were also great, don’t miss the happy hour special! Pool gets lots of light/sun and is surprisingly big. Easy location for grab scooters. We will be back! Thanks to all for a wonderful stay. It would be great to offer drinking water for no charge in the pool area!
• Inês (9/5): Wonderful rooms and decoration, lovely staff - This is a beautiful boutique hotel, just what I expected of a boutique hotel and more. Great location, very close to Finns, lots of shops, cafes and spas nearby. The staff is the loveliest we’ve ever encountered, always ready to help. The only downside, which is in no way the hotel’s fault, is the loud music and fireworks from the nearby beach clubs which sometimes go annoyingly late, when you want to sleep. If you’re okay with that possibility, I would strongly recommend staying at this hotel!

• Stev (10/5): If boutique was a hotel, this place would say “stay forever” & you’d actually consider it. - RECESSED WALK-IN SHOWERS + CARVED-IN BASIN + HEATED FLOORING = Best. Bathroom. Ever. This hotel absolutely blew my expectations more than any other hotel ever has. The moment you step in, the high ceilings are simply jaw-dropping to say the least. The central pool views — enchanting. The couch sits by the window, overlooking the pool, with ample natural lighting you can soak from inside for hours on end. For me, 3 days. 3 days spent at this boutique hotel before stepping out on the streets, remembering that there's a Bali out there to explore. The owner also has to be the sweetest person on earth — caring, welcoming, incredibly thoughtful. With so many elegant, ambient lighting — comes switches on every wall. Would benefit from 1 central hub.

Wir konnten nach unserem Check-Out noch den Poolbereich nutzen und vor Abflug nochmals duschen und bekamen frische Handtücher dazu. Perfekter Aufenthalt in Canggu zum Ende unserer Reise. -

• Sven (10/5): Neue Anlage, top Sauberkeit und 1+ für das Personal - Die Flexibilität: beim Buchen habe ich einen Fehler gemacht (falsches Zimmer). Ich konnte ohne Probleme in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln. Das Personal war extrem hilfsbereit und fürsorglich als wir etwas krank waren. Es wurde uns Suppe, Obst, Porridge angeboten und wir durften ohne Aufpreis später auschecken, nachdem wir uns erholt haben. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren sehr aufmerksam! Ich durfte die Eigentümerin kennenlernen, sie war wirklich super und hat hier eine echt tolle Unterkunft geschaffen. Es ist wirklich sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet. Auch ein Scooter konnte ohne Probleme gemietet werden. Wir können die Anlage uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nichts.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Best place in Canggu! - It is amazing spot in the centre of Canggu. Brand new, super cool, super clean, amazing staff! Big rooms with comfy bed for the best sleeping ever, yummy food, pool area and close to everything you might need around. Love it! Will definitely come back❤️
• Alina (10/5): A very nice surprise - New hotel in a good area of Canggu. Everything was great - from cleanliness to exceptional caring staff. The room is just like in the pictures: big, with nice design and details, comfy bed and immaculate sheets and towels. The breakfast choices were more than enough and very tasty. For sure I would stay again. The pool and the pool area is quite small in case the hotel is at the full capacity. It was nit the case for us.
• Annaliese (10/5): An absolute delight! - Not only were the rooms stunning, very comfortable and clean but the staff were the kindest I have met in a hotel. I loved staying here and would recommend! The rooms don’t have a private view that isn’t a walkway for other guests however it’s still a beautiful place to stay
• Tristan (10/5): A real hidden gem - me and my pa stayed for 2 nights travelling through, I wasn't sure what to expec - Friendliest and most accommodating staff we'd experienced through out our trip to Bali Not much to complain about, it's a brand new villa, hasn't been open for long, would be great once they get busier to include breakfast or something, though was a close walk to some excellent restaurants and cafes in the area
