Warm and comfortable space. The host - very responsive and helpful at every point. All of us appreciated the support over the course of our stay in Sofia and we would gladly stay again. The main issue was largely out of control of the host. Unfortunately the elevator was broken during our stay. Going up and down to floor 6 several times every day was not exactly the activity we planned for, especially with luggage. The technicians were working on the elevator shaft right next to the apartment during the day which was noisy and unfortunate for me since I worked remotely from the property.
