• Anca (10/5): Wonderful and very clean apartment in the best location possible. - The apartment was very clean and the terrace is a wonderful addition. Andreea, the cleaning lady was very helpful with several additional requests I had. The staff in general is very prompt with responding to any questions and very accomodating.

• Marco (1/5): Servizi scadenti, bagno con odore di fogna e assistenza della struttura inesistente - La posizione Il bagno emanava un cattivo odore di fogna che non andava mai via, cuscini scomodi, coperta corta e nel bagno non hanno fornito shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Abbiamo contattato la struttura per chiedere shampoo bagnoschiuma ed un ulteriore coperta ma il proprietario non ci ha risposto. Rispondono solo quando all'inizio devi versare la quota della tassa di soggiorno, dopo di che non offrono assistenza e servizio. UNO DEI PEGGIORI B&B VISTI
• Diana (7/5): O locație superbă, dar locuința ar avea nevoie de îmbunătățiri. - Locația e foarte bună. Acesta este cel mai mare avantaj al locuinței. Camera, amenajată destul de ok. Ușa de la duș era scoasă și rezemată, în duș, de perete. Când făceam duș, toată apă venea în sala băii și nu aveam cu ce-o strânge, pentru că locuința nu a prevăzut nimic pentru a face curățenie, dar nici nu oferă servicii de curățenie. La fel, în cameră nu era nicio mătură sau ceva cu ce-ai putea strânge pe jos. După câteva zile de sejur, în care, în mod evident, am mai mâncat în cameră, pe jos se făcuse murdar. Măturam cu un șervețel de bucătărie, cumpărate tot de noi. Într-o zi, m-am blocat în lift la fiecare etaj. Mânerul ușii de la intrarea în bloc era defectat. Efectiv, atârna. Ușa, în plus, era mai mult descuiată decât încuiată. Cred că doar o singură dată am avut nevoie de codul de acces.

Obisnuiesc sa gatesc când inchiriez un apartament dar n am prea avut ustensilele necesare. Si n am avut umerase ceea ce e destul de bizar. Dar acestea au fost mici dezavantaje pt ca n am prea stat decât seara in apartament.

• Monica (1/5): - Location was good. When I entered the apartment there were 3 big black cockroaches running around as I opened the light. The floor was dirty and in the bathroom there was a ciggarette left over under the toilet. I discussed with the owner, but he said there is nothing else available to move, so I contacted Booking Customer Service. There is a month now since then and still didn't received my money back. I only stayed there a few hours until I talked to Customer Service and found another place. I don't recommend the place.

Lo dijimos y el hombre que vino fue amable pero el responsable por WhatsApp no fue nada atento… nos trajeron otras pero igual había pelos y al quitar las otras el cubre colchón estaba lleno de manchas no sé si de sangre o qué tipo de suciedad…. No teníamos almohadas sino cojines incómodos además… dormirmos fatal. En el baño la mampara de la ducha no aislaba bien y se salía el agua. Tampoco habían geles de ducha ni nada sino una botella que a saber quién usó… tampoco estaba muy limpio el baño. Me sabe mal valorar mal pero espero ayudar a otras personas porque yo no lo recomiendo nada de nada… sin duda muy mala experiencia.

• Ana Isabel (1/5): EL PEOR SITIO EN EL QUE HE ESTADO - Cuento nuestra experiencia: tuvimos que reservar a última hora porque nos cancelaron el hotel que teníamos ya reservado, la estancia fue horrible: el apartamento SUCIO, el ESTROPAJO DE LOS PLATOS CON PELOS, la puerta del baño rota, SIN JABÓN DE DUCHA, SIN TOALLAS para dos personas, le tuve que escribir al anfitrión para que nos trajera papel higiénico pues tampoco había dejado. De la estancia de 4 días, estuvimos 2 días SIN AGUA CALIENTE, calentando agua en la vitro para poder ducharnos. Booking me pidió una factura para ver el importe de esta reserva para compararla con la anterior por el problema de cancelación del otro hotel, pues bien 4 días después sigo sin factura. Se la pedí estando alojada allí y me decía que sí que sin ningún problema, una vez que ya nos hemos ido ni me contesta a los mensajes del whatsapp. Muy descontenta tanto con el alojamiento como con el anfitrión

• Alessandra (10/5): Bucarest 🥰 - Tutto perfetto! L'appartamento era molto grande, a pochi chilometri dal centro, quindi ci si sposta facilmente. Proprio sotto il palazzo ci sono due caffetterie, una accanto all'altra, aperte dal lunedì alla domenica. Eduard, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile, soprattutto il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, quando, con temperature esterne al di sotto dello 0, l'acqua del lavandino e della doccia era molto molto fredda forse per un problema della caldaia. Ho contattato immediatamente Eduard per esporre il problema e dopo circa un'oretta (forse anche meno 😊), il problema era già stato risolto. Se dovessi tornare a Bucarest nuovamente, saprò già dove andare 🥰. Anche il check in, previsto in teoria per le 15, ci è stato permesso prima senza alcun problema.

Camera foarte curata, serviciile la superlativ! Patul mare și confortabil, terasa cu siguranță își face treabă, acum nu ne am putut bucura de ea fiind frig afara! • Alex (8/5): - Nice stay, close to the main areas and easy to find, clean and big enough. As soon as I've arrived and took the elevator, wich was for one person capacity on my point of view, I've stayed at the appartament nr 24 which was in front of the elevator, so technically not bad but the annoying part is that there's a loud voice, calling out the number of the floors so at night can be annoying and disturbing. Also as soon as I've opened the door a strong smell was coming from the toilet, probably from the sink, where at the beginning I've really thought that someone used the toilet before my arrival, but after sometimes you get used to the smell.
• David (7/5): Sufficiente con potenziale - Eduardo è stato molto disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile per ogni tipo di comunicazione nonostante qualche piccola disattenzione iniziale (codice porta appartamento errato). L'appartamento è carino e minimale negli arredamenti e negli oggetti a dispozione. Ben posizionato, vicino al centro e alla metro. Purtroppo su qualche dettaglio c'è da migliorare. Il mio bagno aveva un forte odore di fogna che mi ha costretto a tenerlo chiuso e con la finestra aperta costantemente. C'era la macchinetta del caffè ma nessuna cialda. Non che sia obbligatorio ma basterebbe poco per rendere tutto molto più accogliente. Sicuramente un posto dove passare 1-2 notti ma non al top. Penso che il prezzo pagato ci debba essere una maggiore attenzione.
• Ramona (6/5): Staying below average, I will not come back - Location is definitely the main advantage, very central and everything at the doorstep. The place is fairly new and it was very clean. Easy check in/out with a code. I've got the worse possible room: the one right next to the elevator. The walls are very thin and I could hear the elevator and people coming and going until very late in the night and starting very early in the morning. On top of this, the owner set up the elevator to announce automatically in a loud recorder voice every time it was going up or down. It was a nightmare and I couldn't slip properly the whole night. The shower drain was clogged, I had to shower with my feet in the water up to my ankles - not a very pleasant feeling. The shower cabin was so badly installed that the water overflew into the bathroom.

• Melissa (10/5): Really nice place, quiet and comfortable - It’s really cozy and a nice location. Not very touristic. You need to walk a bit to the city center or get the bus but it’s not a problem. Comfy bed and the check in was smooth. Just needed to learn how to lock the door. Near shops and restaurants. Everything was good but maybe it could have been a tiny bit cleaner. It wasn’t dirty but maybe the bed sheets and the floor didn’t feel sooo clean but it was alright. Nothing major
