• RAFAEL (10/5): 一部を我慢すれば、最高❗️ - 部屋も綺麗で良かったです♪ スタッフの対応も素晴らしい！ 上の部屋が、臭くて使えなかった。 洗面所と廊下や階段が、下水路の匂いが充満していたのが残念。 あとは、設備(ベッド、ソファー)が少し傷んでいるのも気になりました。(子供が寝返りしたら、頭元に落ちそうになるくらいのアナル。)

• olcay (5/5): The room was big and clean but self check in was not convenient for the first time visitors. - Location was very convenient once you find the apartment. It was very difficult to find the apartment. The name of the property didn't match with the name on the booking. It was family apartments on booking but the name on outside of the building door was evergreen hotels. That's why it took 45 minutes to figure out although we were at the right address.

• ゆ (5/5): 寝泊まりするには快適に過ごせた - ベットは3つあって四人で寝るには十分でした！お風呂もトイレも綺麗で快適でした！バスタオルも（有料）とホームページ（？）資料（？）みたいなのに書かれていて足りなくて追加をお願いした時には快く引き受けてくれました（無料）！あとソファーでかくてふかふかで最高 エレベーターが130kg制限だったけど2人で乗ろうとして130kg以下でもピーッと音が鳴って動かなかったこと（2人で乗るコツはドア側の端っことその向こう側のボタン側の端っこに乗ること）と良くなかった訳じゃないけどテレビにFire TVとかあったらめっちゃ良かったです
• Yi-Qing (9/5): 地點超優、機能強大，唯低樓層隔音與動線美中不足。 - 鄰近新宿三丁目站，步行即可抵達花園神社與歌舞伎町。 周邊生活機能優越，居酒屋林立，且步行約 80 公尺就有 7-11， 適合喜歡探索新宿夜晚與美食的旅客。 噪音問題： 民宿位於二樓，靠近陽台的床位車流聲較明顯，淺眠者建議攜帶耳塞。 衛浴動線： 廁所與洗手台分開（房間側無洗手台），盥洗稍微不便。 空間配置： 垃圾桶與回收區設置在床尾，使用習慣上需要適應。

• Horst Schacht (10/5): Fabulous ! - The apartment is so freaking well located, easy to access, on the street level with private entrance. The host was very responsive. The apartment itself is great, you have everything you need. Space is a plus ! I would greatly come back to it. short story: upstairs neighbours (foreigners) were very loud and disrespectful (despite the host efforts on reminding that this was a quiet neighbourhood); we contacted the host for that and they were very quick to respond and take care of the issue. +10 for the host responsiveness.

• yuen man (2/5): Really bad... - Only the location... otherwise all very very bad Toliet is really smelly. Dont realised need to use stair to go to second floor. Very inconvenient and when i book online, it doesn't tell us. The room facilities are very inconvenient to use. No proper table or towel holder. Lastly, the elevator are super stupid. Only one guest can use the elevator, we need to use the elevator one by one. Really not recommended

• Aleksandr (10/5): Отличная тихая квартира с шикарной локацией в Сюдзюку с отличным хозяином - Отличная локация (500 метров до метро, 600 метров до торговых центров Сюдзюку, масса супермаркетов рядом и ресторанов - буквально в 3-5 минутах ходьбы). Теплая (на удивление для Токио, ожидали, что будем мерзнуть) просторная (опять же для Токио) квартира. Вся техника в наличии. Собственный лифт в квартире. Очень тихо и спокойно, несмотря на то что рядом оживленные улицы. Отдельный балкон. Чисто, состояние в целом приемлемое. Крайне отзывчивый и вежливый хозяин - отвечал буквально в течение нескольких минут. В том числе смогли организовать доставку билетов в музей Гибли (заказывали на стороннем ресурсе) на квартиру до заезда. Нелогичное поведение техники (касается в общем-то всего - от умного унитаза до кондиционеров и плиты), тупо нет никаких инструкций хотя бы на английском (какие-то базовые функции в идеале свести в бренд бук - что и как постирать или как включить кондиционер на обогрев), разбирались просто перебирая кнопки. При том, что все модели японские, то есть инструкций на английском просто нет. Несколько сложно найти - при этом, странная инструкция по названию отеля на японском, хотя на двери есть прекрасное английское название (evergreen hotel), если бы работник соседнего кафе не подсказал (практически не искали, так как просто повезло), то не нашли бы, при заселении в идеале прислать фото самой двери отеля. 2 местных водителя трансфера неправильно нашли точку. В идеале также иметь геоточку из местных навигационных программ (и это не гугл). Хотелось бы выезд в 12 (как в обычных отелях) - в 10 слишком рано с учетом расписания текущих рейсов до Китая. Не хватило больших тарелок.
• Sharon (7/5): - Short 5 minute walk to the shopping and train station. Family mart and 7/11 are around the corner. Spacious bathroom. 3 beds next to each other. Overall, clean and comfortable stay for family of 6. Beds and pillows were very flat. No hanger space in the bathroom to hang up dry clothes after showering. Only one person can go up the lift at a time due to weight (kg) allowance. We had to take the stairs up and down each time.
• vipul (1/5): Very poorly managed apartment - Location is fine Property is very poorly managed. I stayed for 3 days. Only at the time of booking the host picks up the phone and during the entire stay he does not respond. So much so they don't take care of the basic issues. Our flush was not working from the day of check in. But the did not even bother to address the problem. Instead kept blaming us that we don't know how to use it. After 3 days they told us to check out and the did not even compensate for their basic facility

• Ryan (4/5): Uncomfortable and disappointing - Location was good. Felt unclean. Instructions to enter the apartment were all incorrect. Took over 35mins to access apartment. Letterbox 2F was not labelled. I accessed multiple letterboxes before finding the correct one with the keys. The bed sheets were stained and not fitted correctly so you wake with the sheets hanging off the mattress The noise from outside and the other apartments were all night stopping only at around 1am. Then loud people returning after a night out.

• Mario (6/5): Great location for touring! - Excellent communication! Perfect location for touring as it was very close to a station and sights. Second floor was helpful with a family of 5 for space. Not 2 bedrooms as conveyed in description- rather only one bedroom and one living space with beds. Washing machine drainage leaked on floor and no clothes racks made washing difficult. We had chosen the place with washing ammenities again as a family of 5 staying 6 nights in Tokyo.
• Mario (7/5): Great location for touring and comfortable for 2-3 people. - Staff kindly added an extension day to our booking to this smaller apartment. All 5 of us in the one room, but it was fine for the one night. Clean and comfortable.
