- van Gastel (7/5): - The location and the staff are amazing!! Breakfast was OK but if you want something more than bread (ie egg) you should actively ask for it. Beds were a little bit stiff and the toilet area smelled like sewer but other than that ok.

- Patrick (10/5): All around 10/10 and must have experience in Fes. Would recommend 100% - This Riad was the best I have stayed during my four times in Morocco! The property was well established and had easy access to whole Medina. The Staff Asseade were the most friendly and helping people I've met. They took care of everything and provided delicious breakfast. The actual Riad was super clean and comfy. Asseade also took us jacket shopping with really good discount and quality. All around 10/10 and must have experience in Fes. Would recommend 100% Nothing, everything was perfect

- MONIKA (7/5): - The main ground area was very nice, so was the rooftop. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were quite small, no wardrobes so longer stays would be difficult, the shower apparatus was rusty and it was quite noisy from 7am as you could hear anyone passing by your room.

Un ringraziamento speciale ad Assad, il responsabile della struttura, che parla perfettamente italiano ed è stato davvero gentilissimo e super disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. Die Bewertung würde ich bei 9.5 sehen. Aber das Rating-System lässt dies nicht zu und stuft auf 9.0 ab. Lag im Detail. Ich bin eher pingelig und finde immer etwas. Aber es gab nichts, was unsere positive Stimmung während des Aufenthalts hätte eintrüben können.

Struttura situata appena si entra nella medina con possibilità di parcheggiare in un loro parcheggio convenzionato per moto a qualche metro dalla struttura. Disponibilità e gentilezza del personale. Non tutti parlano inglese, in realtà anche poco il francese e lo spagnolo ma riusciamo a farci capire ugualmente. Hanno soddisfatto tutte le nostre richieste alla grande e ci hanno regalato un ottimo soggiorno.

Tutto era super pulito, accogliente ed estremamente curato nei minimi dettagli: si percepisce davvero l’attenzione e l’amore per l’ospitalità in ogni angolo del riad. Tutti i ragazzi e le ragazze dello staff, insieme al responsabile della struttura, sono stati incredibilmente gentili, disponibili e ospitali: ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. colazione e le due cene avute al riad perfette. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Asseade, che ci ha fatto da guida portandoci a scoprire luoghi tipici e autentici, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Grazie a lui ci siamo sentite accolte e accompagnate sin dal primo giorno. Un posto che sceglierei altre 100 volte senza alcun dubbio!

La camera che è capitata a noi non era molto bella ed era molto umida. tra l' altro le lenzuola del nostro letto erano strappate. Poi, nel nostro caso, il bagno si raggiungeva attraverso una scala che portava al piano inferiore, anche lì grande umidità e puzza di fognatura che risaliva dagli scarichi.

Posizione ottima se, come noi, avete in programma un tour per il deserto la mattina presto, per la quale preparano anche una colazione da portare via Il giorno in cui abbiamo soggiornato, c’era in corso un matrimonio che non ha permesso in alcun modo di riposare perché la musica era davvero troppo alta

- Petra (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert! - Riad Jnane ist sehr neu, sie haben erst vor wenigen Monaten eröffnet. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön mit einem tollen Blick auf die Medina und die Hügel. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Lage ist auch super, es liegt in einem ruhigeren Teil der Medina. Zu Fuß sind es ca 12 Min zum Bab Boujloud. Das Beste war das Personal, alle sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Manager Salah hat gute Vorschläge gemacht, war stets erreichbar und ein netter Mensch. Man fühlte sich wirklich wohl.

- William (7/5): The property is nice enough, but the service is lacking - The riad had a nice courtyard. We booked one of the rooms on the top floor (it was advertised as a suite, but it was not a suite) and the room was spacious (there was an extra twin bed in the room as well). The working staff were very nice and always greeted us with a smile. This is a newer property (we were told by the host) and the property was clean. The property, while nice, does not justify a 5-star facility level rating from Booking. It did rain during our stay and there was a musty smell in the stairway and in the room. The service also left a lot to be desired. A few examples: My wife's birthday was on one of the days of our stay. I mentioned in conversation to our host and he said he would do something special for her during breakfast. Instead, we were left waiting for our breakfast for almost 20 minutes. It didn't matter there was no surprise (though we initially thought it must have been extra special given how long we were waiting), but it caused us to have to run to our scheduled tour to be on time. There was no housekeeping service for our room even though we stayed multiple nights. That was unexpected for a 5-star rated property. We stayed at a 4-star riad during our time in Morocco and our room was serviced there. And on our departure day, we had to leave before the regular breakfast start time to meet our tour group. Our host said not to worry, they would prepare a takeaway breakfast (which was a nice gesture reflective of a 5-star property) and it would be left at the front desk for us to take. Unfortunately, we were let down as there no breakfast waiting for us on our way out. For the service-related reasons alone, I am scoring our stay a 7 because of the 5-star rating by Booking. The service could have been a lot better, and I hope they do better for other guests.

Je voelt je direct welkom en iedereen (speciale vermelding voor Salah en Abdel) zet zich optimaal in om het je naar de zin te maken, binnen de prachtige accommodatie maar ook met tips voor het bezoek aan de stad. De centrale ruimte is indrukwekkend en de kamers zijn zeer mooi ingericht. De medina is vlakbij en zowel de west- als de oostkant zijn prima lopend te bereiken. Absolute aanrader!

- Hardwig Ritter (9/5): - Super nettes Personal, tolle authentische Atmosphäre. Bewachter Parkplatz für kleines Geld direkt bei der Unterkunft. Alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat uns einen Guide empfohlen, der sich Ali Baba Kusskus nannte ;-). Er konnte ansatzweise Deutsch, Spanisch und Englisch. Wir haben extra darum gebeten, keine Shoppingtour zu bekommen sondern jemanden, der uns herumführt, die Stadt zeigt und uns die aggressiven Händler vom Leib hält, sind aber dann genau da gelandet wo wir nicht hinwollten. Im ganzen war es OK, wir empfehlen aber den Betreibern einen anderen, echten Guide zu vermitteln und sich nach den Wünschen der Gäste zu orientieren.

- SERO VEZZARO (7/5): - Le riad est récent moins d un an ,donc propre et neuf L odeur de remontées d égout dans tout le riad même au dernier étage. Nous avons du mettre des serviettes mouillés sur les bouches de la douche pour éviter ces remontées nauséabondes. Le matelas est vraiment très dur donc mal au dos pour nous deux. Personnels qui manque un peu de professionnalisme même si certains ont été très gentils,un peu trop insistant pour proposer un guide pour visiter la ville de fès, ou pas très organisé pour le petit déjeuner un peu long à mon goût . De plus lors de notre séjour un groupe de touristes chinois sans aucun respect des nuisances sonores le soir tard( 11heures)qui parlait très fort et rigolaient avec le personnel empêchant le sommeil des autres personnes du riad .

- Ismael (10/5): Una experiencia mágica en un auténtico palacio marroquí - La estancia en Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace fue absolutamente excepcional. El riad es precioso, con una decoración tradicional cuidada hasta el más mínimo detalle, que te hace sentir dentro de un auténtico palacio marroquí. El personal fue increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La habitación era amplia, limpia y muy cómoda, y el ambiente general transmitía paz y lujo. Además, la ubicación es perfecta para explorar la medina. Sin duda, una experiencia inolvidable. Sinceramente, nada. Todo superó nuestras expectativas.
- Thomas (4/5): friendly staff but bad organization skills - Positiv hervorheben möchte ich, dass wir (trotz Überbuchung unseres eigentlichen Zimmers) für unsere letzte Nacht in die wunderschöne Royal Suite wurden d ein Abendessen als Entschädigung bekamen. Außerdem möchte ich den netten Service der Riad-Mitarbeiter hervorheben. Direkt nach der Ankunft mit unserem Mietwagen verlangten “Parkplatzwächter” die Zahlung von 12 € und einer folgte uns bis zum Eingang des Riad, wo wir etwa 5 Minuten mit dieser Person in der Gasse warten mussten, weil uns (trotz ständigem Klingelns) niemand die Eigangstür öffnete. Im Riad selbst erhielten wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer, sondern wurden aufgrund eines “Buchungsfehlers” stattdessen in einem sehr kleinen, schlecht belüfteten, Raum untergebracht (siehe Fotos). Etwas schade war auch, dass man nicht auf der Dachterrasse frühstücken konnte und dass keine Früchte zum Frühstück serviert wurden (obwohl das die Fotos auf Booking zeigen). Besonders enttäuschend war die Empfehlung des Tourguides, weil wir schlussendlich deutlich mehr bezahlen mussten als uns das Riad zuvor mitgeteilt hatte (100€ statt 15€), der vermittelte Tourguide wenig über die Stadt erzählte und uns in Geschäfte führte, in denen wir unter Druck zu Käufen gedrängt wurden. Insgesamt war es leider die schlechteste Erfahrung während unserer Marokko Reise.

De kamers waren zoals gedetailleerd uitgelegd en iedere dag weer schoon. Locatie is perfect, binnen enkele minuten en leuke straatjes ben je in de bruisende medina. Niks, het was 10/10 ervaring!

But more importantly the staff at this Riad really make you feel at home. All the staff, Salah, Kamal, Abdel Rahman, Hussain, Duha, went above and beyond to help us with any needs, and made us feel welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Salah for his excellent service and kindness, Kamal for his generosity and taking care of us, and Abdel Rahman for being so helpful and a friendly face whenever he saw us! The room we booked was spacious and we loved the interior and lights. Breakfast was delicious too. The location is great too as it is close to Bab Ziat by 2 mins walk. Just bear in mind that you will have to walk through the medina (10 mins) to get to the shops/restaurants or get a taxi from bab ziat I can’t recommend this Riad enough. I also think the price was very reasonable. Nothing bad to say about the riad, it was great. I recommend you to listen to the advice from staff on how to navigate the medina as a tourist. The Medina of fes is beautiful but challenging to understand at first. I recommend contacting the staff beforehand to meet you at Bab Ziat so they can take you to the Riad.

The staff welcomed us in a fantastic way, Assad and Salah and the others from the staff have been super friendly and always ready for any help. The two guides for the day-tour in Fez and the guide-driver for one- day round-tour to Volubilis, Moulay Idriss and Meknes have also been very, very nice and helpful for all our needs during the visits. The Riad and the rooms were very, very clean, the room and daily service was slso very good, not to mention the breakfast and the dinner, of excellent quality. And the Riad is going to become even better soon with the terrace restaurant, etc....). The position is strategic, at the Medina border, so no need for long walk with luggages an super-easy for taxi pick-up. Thanks to all (also for the reasons they know), to the owner and to the staff for everything, it was a wonderful and unforgettable experience in Maroc. Vincenzo and family. Nothing.

Le point fort de notre séjour reste sans aucun doute le personnel, qui est tout simplement exceptionnel. Leur gentillesse, leur bienveillance et la qualité de leur accueil sont vraiment impressionnantes. On se sent immédiatement à l’aise, comme à la maison. Toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, toujours attentionnée et sincèrement investie dans le bien-être des clients. Ils sont incroyablement attachants et créent une atmosphère chaleureuse et familiale qu’on ne retrouve pas partout. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient également incroyables : des plats délicieux, généreux et préparés avec soin, qui ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus mémorable. C’est bien plus qu’un simple hébergement, c’est une véritable expérience humaine. Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir.

- Dhananjay (9/5): Excellent value for the money - Excellent presentation of the breakfast and everything was freshly prepared. Staffs were very helpful and polite. He came to pick up from the location where taxi dropped us. Also, staffs were available on phone whenever we needed any advice. Explained well about facilities available and 3rd party services nearby. We went for Moroccan Hammam and they arranged someone to pick up and drop back to the Riad. Taxi booking to the airport was very smooth. Decorations are great and it gives a very luxurious and cosy feeling in the courtyard and the rooms. Rooms are huge with very comfy bed/pillows. Very clean and tidy place to stay It will be good if there was a short description of streets to reach the location. It is quite centrally located but a good chance to get lost in Fes as there are so many streets.
- Navarrete-Barr (9/5): A beautiful riad with fantastic staff. - We loved the stunning, traditional and intricate Moroccan decor, the location within the old city walls, and the rooftop view which is spectacular. Most of all, we appreciate the warmth and attentiveness of the staff (especially Ibrahim and Salah) who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and help us with many things such as tailor made tours and exchanging money. The breakfast was great, the atmosphere within the Riad was calm, and we had a great sleep.

Le cadre est tout simplement magnifique et l’accueil est chaleureux dès les premiers instants. Une mention spéciale à toute l’équipe, toujours aux petits soins et très attentionnée. Dès que l’on franchit la porte et que l’on entre dans le hall, on a l’impression de plonger dans l’univers des Mille et Une Nuits : c’est magique, élégant et plein de charme. Le riad est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et met parfaitement en valeur l’artisanat marocain. Les chambres sont très belles, confortables et bien équipées. On se sent immédiatement dépaysé et plongé au cœur de l’authenticité marocaine. Un lieu plein de charme, idéal pour découvrir Fès et profiter d’un accueil exceptionnel. Une très belle expérience que je recommande sans hésiter. Nous avons tout apprécié c’était exquis 🥰

Der Mustafa und der andere Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr nett und haben immer gefragt ob wir was brauchen. sehr hilfsbereit. Es war sehr schön das Hotel Ansicht super schön die Mitarbeiter genauso sehr korrekt und kompetent nur das was mir fehlte dass man da kein Fenster bzw. Frische Luft hatten. Sonst die Ausstattung design hammer gewesen. alles war eigentlich ganz gut.
- Silvia (10/5): Sentimo-nos em casa - O Riad é novo, decorado com muito gosto e muito acolhedor. Fomos recebidos de forma calorosa e sentimo-nos logo em casa. A equipa fez de tudo para nos proporcionar uma excelente experiência em Fes, desde a reserva de guia e transfers até às recomendações de restaurantes. O quarto era espaçoso, bonito e equipado com tudo o que era necessário; a cama, em particular, era enorme e muito confortável. No primeiro dia jantámos no Riad e a comida era caseira, com uma ótima relação qualidade-preço. Um detalhe que marcou a diferença foi o facto de a Sara viver em Portugal há muitos anos e falar fluentemente português. Como único aspeto a melhorar, aponto apenas a drenagem da água no poliban. De resto, estava tudo perfeito!

Die Organisation der Stadtführung war wirklich super und die Führung in deutscher Sprache richtig top. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen Da gibt es nichts.

Prix intéressant et bon petit déjeuner Il est un peu éloigné du centre (+ou- 1km), le prix des repas, le manque d'infrastructures (pas de transats sur la terrasse, pas de spa, pas de garde de robe (obligé de laisser ses vêtements dans la valise), la tv uniquement youtube,..), il n' est absolument pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, l'établissement neuf donc manque d'expériences du personnel.

Service d'une très grande gentillesse, tout à fait esprit "conciergerie", comme dans les hôtels les plus fastueux. Le riad est très bien placé, le sens de l'accueil est extraordinaire, tout est fait pour nous simplifier la vie et rendre le séjour confortable et inoubliable. Riad à recommander de toute urgence !! Pas grand chose... juste revoir la pente de la douche à l'italienne pour une meilleure évacuation de l'eau.

El desayuno, que estaba incluido, rico y variado Un día comimos en el Riad y todo fue casero y buenísimo. El precio muy asequible. El Riad es nuevo y todavía no tenia instalado el ascensor. El wifi funcionaba a ratos pero debe ser un problema de la cobertura de la zona porque por la ciudad también fallaba bastante el internet.
