• Josh (10/5): Great value and AC is great and location is good - For how cheap it is, it’s very good and in a great location for needing to clean or dry clothes or even go 7 eleven it’s literally a 30 second walk across the road. Also a lot of good street food outside. No mirror or sink

• Isabelle (1/5): AVOID AVOID AVOID - no sink to wash our hands, bed was rock hard, mold growing in the fridge, walls were dirty. The building the room was located in felt uncomfortable and unsafe. Our key was left in our door for check in, no communication with the renter once we ran into problems, we checked out within 1 hour of being at the property! AVOID

• Nellie (7/5): Decent value for the price you pay! Tad bit far from tourist attractions. - The room was quite big, which was a nice surprise! The shower has a nice strength. No roaches! It hadn’t been cleaned well. Luckily, the bed sheets were fresh, but most of the floor was a little dirty, and there were spider rags in every corner of the room. The room also had a problem with ants, but I didn’t really mind. There is no sink. The shower holding apparatus is broken so you have to shower while holding the showerhead in your hand. The least pleasant thing about this accommodation however, was the fact that you can’t really close the window, which caused some noise.

• Stephen (1/5): - low price (£220) clear check-in instructions a secure building entrance a non-touristy location (personally what i wanted) A helpful cleaning lady when approached directly Extremely poor communication from the accommodation provider when problems were raised via both email and Booking.com messaging When escalated through Booking.com, the property denied the issues, despite them being genuine and ongoing Fridge contained visible mould Overall, cleanliness was poor throughout the stay The window was damaged and patched with cardboard due to a broken pane The room was significantly more rundown than the listing photos (misrepresentation) Bin emptying and bed linen change took almost two weeks, and only occurred after I personally approached the cleaner Towels provided were not clean Numerous ants and bugs were present on arrival; I had to purchase and use insect killer myself The bathroom leaked water into the bedroom Significant external noise at night, likely worsened by the broken window Soap and shower gel dispensers were diluted with water. They gave me a clean towel that had stains all over it and not sure it was actually clean. WiFi was inconsistent and unreliable, making it difficult to stream or watch TV as advertised Ignore messages about concerns but replied within an hour with check out instructions. The refund experience has been horrendous. Now almost 72 hours since I checked out and raised complaint and the policy is resolve within 48 hours which I can only assume they are now ignoring booking.com.

• KonstantinKurz (2/5): Gewöhnungsbedürftig und von mir bestimmt nicht nocheinmal buchbar. - Der unkomplizierte Zugang zum Gebäude. Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Allerdings ist der Preis von ca. 10€ pro Nacht der Gesamtsituation angemessen. Das gesamte Objekt ist ziemlich abgewirtschaftet. Die Sauberkeit läßt sehr zu Wünschen übrig. Während des Aufenthaltes von 8 Tagen keine Reinigung des Zimmers. Staubfäden im Zimmer und Treppenhaus. Das Zimmer hatte einen schmalen, vergitterten Balkon, der schmutzig und mit Unrat belegt war und über die Dusche/Toilette erreichbar war. Es fehlten ein Spiegel und eine Kofferablage.

• Marcel (1/5): - Einzig gute ist der Preis Das Bad hat kein waschbecken, fugen schimmel, tür oben schimmelig, die Toilettendusche sieht widerlich aus das man sie nicht nutzen mag. Der Spiegel hängt im wohnbereich zum rasieren des gesichts bescheuert. Eine ameisenkolonne war an der wand zu meinem Mülleimer unterwegs. Am nächsten Tag hatte ich abends ameisen im bett. im bad krabbelten auch welche. Das fenster kann man nicht schließen und eher selten und auch nur kurz röhrt nebenan die lüftung auf dem dach. Der fußboden ist so grün mosaik finde ich nicht schön, sieht man zumindest nicht obs wirklich sauber ist.
• Blake (1/5): 100% Hotel Nightmare - Nothing. I came to stay for 10 days because my housing contract expired, and I needed somewhere cheap. The photos and reviews seemed ok. When I arrived, the room was so coated in mold I couldn’t stay there due to an intense allergy and had to leave at 5 am the same day as checkout. I informed the property owner immediately and tried to get a refund as I couldn’t stay even a single day, but then they proceeded to drag out the ordeal as long as possible while I pleaded with booking.com for assistance and showed them the state of the room, with mold coating the walls in the room and bathroom, bugs crawling on the mattress, and water dripping from an open hole in the bathroom. While I attempted to cancel with booking, when booking finally convinced the property to refund me for my stay, the individual in contact still scammed one more day by refusing to accept the cancelation at the time he initially said he agreed. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen in Thailand. It’s not about price it’s about standards and respect, and this hotel has neither. I have more pictures I’d share if I could, but only 4 allowed.
