- sangeetha (2/5): Poor! - Very Clean Property issues! I experienced noise all night due to the proximity to the road and ongoing repair work. Do not stay in this area (501 Yogne Street) if you expect to sleep peacefully at night. There was no ceiling light in the bedroom, and the curtain rod in the bathroom fell apart when I tried to close the curtain! Company issues! I have stayed with Global Stay Company a couple of times, and while they provide a long list of instructions and do's and don'ts, their troubleshooting process is very inconvenient and poor. Every issue requires a photograph or video to be emailed to them. They notified me about the road repair work only 24 hours before my stay, even though the information was available earlier (according to the date on the circular). When I expressed concern about the noise and requested to cancel and receive a refund, they refused. This feels like a scam! -I haven't encountered any other company that requires guests to do place the dirty laundry into thr washing machine, adding detergent and starting the machine. -No one else expects guests to take out the trash themselves! -Moreover, I was asked for a $200 security deposit (previous stay) - And to send a picture of myself with my photo ID. Overall, my experience with Global Stay Company has been very frustrating and POOR!

- DJLady6ixx (9/5): Home away from home feeling :) - Location is perfect! Building is secure and safe Unit was clean and well stocked from laundry to kitchen to bathroom! Quiet!!! The unit is smaller than it looks in the photos, when I arrived there were a few pieces of funiture that could be removed to prevent the space from feeling cramped. 4/6 chairs is perfect. The wifi was shotty and the tv was super slow and most times unable to connect, I was able to watch Youtube and PlutoTV but everything else was a hassle to load up.
