I felt like I was on a cruise ship! Loved hearing the waves crashing as I fell asleep. The shower was modern and impressive. A generous amount of crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses. The welcome sign on the table and chocolates were a lovely touch as we stepped into the unit!

Nothing, the place was amazing and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The host is an absolute legend as well!

• Simon (9/5): Clean, well equipped beach front apartment with breathtaking sea views. - Superb location, cant get any closer to the beach!!! The inverter was a real bonus and made the stay a lot more pleasant with the presence of continuous load shedding. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family!!! An airconditioner would have been a nice luxury in the apartment. A washing machine in the unit would have also been a huge plus to sort out dirty laundry before departing.

Braai facilities were always kept neat and tidy as well as the maintenance on the complex. The staff were very friendly and always there to assist you if need be. Sandy (the host) was excellent and always there if we needed assistance. Will gladly stay here again. it would be handy to have a second set of keys for the number of people staying in the unit. Everything else was perfect and have no complaints.

• Motlalepula (3/5): what is brokage refund?beach bag worth R1500 - the view is beautiful and calming,the apartment was clean.the air in ballito is very different from where from we were made to pay R1500 as a brokage refund.we were only told about it after paying for the stay that its not included. after we left Sandy tells us that we broke a bag and she is going to charge us for it.mind you we were not given a list of the items,they checked by themselves.Sandy told us she is going to charge us irrespective,i asked what is brokage refund she didn’t tell me she didn’t give me a list of the items she only told me about the inverter,yes the place was nice but we were comfortable when we were outdoors because we didn’t want to break anything .I really don’t comprehend house is a beach bag R1500.im not happy with her treatment.I don’t know how many people have changed that brokage refund

The host was extremely friendly and proactive in providing relevant information prior to our arrival. Perfect location, right by the beach, which made it ideal for those morning walks and afternoon swim. We felt extremely safe. The place was kept clean and the cleaning lady was very friendly. Theres convinent shops and restaurants are nearby. Honestly, I cannot fault anything...

Very comfortable, well positioned accomodation for a family with young children. Restaurants and Shops close by. Beach literally on your doorstep with access to the promenade for walks. Loved going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the Ocean. The host was informative and easily accessible for queries. Great WiFi connectivity as well. We had a small hiccup with the TV on our first night, there was no picture or sound. The host tried her best to assist. By the morning the TV was in working order and had DSTV & Netflix access which the kids loved.
