• Danah (6/5): Overall, it would be a great stay if the check-in process were improved and the bed were fixed. - The location was excellent, and the tower was quiet, family friendly, and perfect for families. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was not smooth, as the host arrived approximately 20 minutes late. Additionally, the bed was broken and made a loud noise with any movement, which significantly affected the quality of sleep.

• Raed (10/5): A perfect stay in Dubai with a clean, well-equipped apartment, amazing location, and smooth service. - I had a wonderful stay in Dubai! The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and in the perfect location. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place and will happily stay here again. -

После выезда 25 июля 2025 года мне до сих пор не вернули депозит в размере 1,500 дирхамов (AED). Никаких нарушений или повреждений квартиры не было, об этом подтвердили при check-out. Несмотря на обещания вернуть деньги в течение 7–14 дней, я уже более 10 дней жду безрезультатно. Служба поддержки отвечает формально и затягивает процесс. Не рекомендую! Отношение к гостям после выезда — халатное. Берегите свои деньги и выбирайте другие варианты.

• Grewal-thethy (3/5): Poor - The location Please take note of my detailed review below. I booked this apartment from the pictures and description both of which have been very misleading to start. There is no reception to enter the building. You must take a dark staircase into the basement in terms of the apartment itself it is old and very tired. The kitchen sink tap is moving by itself. The toilet was leaking in the guest bathroom. The smell in the master bedroom due to the master bathroom is simply horrifying it smells awful. We could not sleep all night and had to leave the apartment early in the morning when I messaged you all that has been done is a shower curtain and changed and the spare bathroom floor wiped the smell remains this is absolutely disappointing and not what we paid for. I shall be asking for a full refund and have contacted Booking.com. My wife has to check into a hotel as she is unable to stay in such standard the furniture is all old and very tired and dirty, including the furniture

The proximity was convenient, and the apartment itself was lovely - but what stood out for me was the service. Jazil from Mint Stay was incredibly helpful, and so accommodating. He made me feel so welcome and went out of his way to assist me.

• Kola (10/5): Exceptional - The location was great... Minutes walk to the Burj and dubai mall. 24hr supermarket right across the road. Check in was smooth and easy. Muhammad was very responsive and accomadating.

Although minor issues really, It would have been better for Mint to clearly state that this was an apartment in a residential tower and not a hotel or holiday venue. There is no reception really as you would have expected in a hotel. The process of paying a bond can be difficult when travelling and booking it from overseas partly due to the huge bond required, so prospective holiday makers need to read the ‘important information’ clearly and Mint should update and clarify the different ways to pay the bond.
