• Ellie (9/5): Great value for money, amazing location - It was really central and it was great value for money. The property itself was spacious and has everything you would have at home. Had an issue with a smell coming from the drain in the shower, but staff were incredibly quick to reply on WhatsApp even really late at night. Like I said there was a smell in the shower which was slightly off putting. There were no staff other than a security guard who sits at the entrance, though the area is very safe so don't think that it's there because of that. The balcony in the photos were bigger than the one we were assigned so was a bit disappointed. Was only enough room for one person, maybe two with a squeeze on the balcony.

• THEODORA (10/5): - Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένη και ικανοποιημένη από τη διαμονή μου στο κατάλυμα. Η διαδικασία του check in ήταν εύκολη και η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, δεν χρειάστηκε να πάρω κανένα μέσο συγκοινωνίας για να εξερευνήσω την πόλη. Το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμο, όταν ήθελα να ρωτήσω κάτι και το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, όταν το βρήκα. Παρέχουν μπουκαλάκια με νερό, καθώς επίσης έχει και βραστήρα, καφέ και ζάχαρη, για να πιεις τον καφέ σου στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

In a queit neighborhood, there are some really nice cafes and eating places in the immediate vicinity. Close to the university's conference building.

• Lindsey (9/5): Comfortable apartment in good location. - Having stayed in that location last year we knew the area which is only a 5/10 minute walk to the main square. The studio was very comfortable & clean with a large balcony to sit out on if the weather had been good enough. The lack of proper reception facilities & there were no left luggage facilities which we needed. We had to walk 10 minutes to an alternative apartment block To leave our luggage there.

• Katie (9/5): Excellent, comfortable , clean and homely - Amazing modern apartment, lovely shower and bathroom , also had a small kitchen with cups /cutlery /small hob and all cooking utensils . Also lots of tea coffee and sugar The 1 and only down side was the windows didn’t seem double glazed lots of outside noise from the road but don’t let this put you off we got used to it and didn’t affect our stay we would definitely be back

• Petra (8/5): Ubytovanie bolo tiché, čisté, praktické, komfortné a personál bol nápomocný. - Raňajky neboli poskytnuté. Súčasťou ubytovania bol kuchynský kút, v ktorom sa nachádzalo všetko potrebné: chladnička, mikrovlnka, konvica, vybavenie kuchynky (príbory, riad, poháre atď.). Na kuchynskej linke bola k dispozícii balená voda, neska, zrnková káva i čaj. Toto veľmi oceňujem. Občianska vybavenosť v dome aj v jeho blízkom okolí bola výborná: potraviny Žabka a reštaurácia N´Pizza priamo v budove, v blízkom okolí rôzne iné reštaurácie, kaviarne, cukrárne, mliečne bary, raňajkárne a pod. Za budovou sa nachádza záhrada. V pešej dostupnosti (cca 700 m) sú viaceré parky. Výborná dostupnosť na MHD, vlaky, autobusy (cca 2,5 km) a pod. V pešej dostupnosti sú galérie, kiná, múzeá a pod. Všade je možné platiť kartou alebo hotovosťou. Obyvateľstvo rozumie po anglicky aj po slovensky (treba hovoriť pomaly). Celé okolie je "tourist-friendly". V hoteli sa mi páčilo všetko vrátane obrovského okna na celú stenu, čo však malo aj nevýhodu, pretože tam neboli žalúzie. Na oknách boli ťažké závesy, ktoré neprepúšťali svetlo - to je výhoda v noci, ale nie počas dňa, ak na streche oproti renovujú dom a ak nezastriete závesy, "poobdivujú" Vás všetci stavbári na streche. Renovácia naprotivnej budovy bola hlučná - za to však ubytovanie nemôže. V noci bolo ubytovanie tiché a pohodlné.

• Elena (8/5): Muy buena experiencia - Todo excelente. Me gustó mucho tener una kitchenette en la habitación y un balcón. La ubicación es inmejorable y la cama es perfecta para descansar de verdad. Muy recomendado. al entrar notamos un olor a tubería muy penetrante. Por suerte, tras airear un poco y dejar el extractor del baño encendido un rato, el olor desapareció. También echamos en falta un bidé en el baño. Por lo demás, una estancia muy agradable.

• Edward (8/5): - Prima en schoon appartement. Lekkere regendouche. Keukentje met voldoende benodigheden. Er was zelfs koffie, thee en suiker aanwezig. Bed is aan de zachte kant, maar ligt lekker. Het is een appartementencomplex zonder personeel, de codes voor de deur krijg je toegestuurd. Ontbijt in dezelfde straat op 100 meter afstand bij White bears coffee. Keuze uit verschillende soorten ontbijt, die zeer lekker zijn. 1 koffie of thee of jus, wil je wat meer dan betaal je dat zelf. Al met al een fijn verblijf gehad!

• Antonio (10/5): Posizione top e qualità per visitare Cracovia - La posizione, vicinissima alla zona pedonale e quindi al centro città. Nel breve tragitto inoltre ci sono molte attività commerciali (bar, caffetterie, qualche ristorante, negozi di alimentari aperti anche fino a tardi per ogni esigenza), locker per valigie, un piccolo parco e fermate dei tram per spostarsi ancora più agevolmente. La struttura è moderna, con una reception notturna e codici di accesso per non avere chiavi da portarsi dietro. L’appartamento era spazioso e ben tenuto, con un affaccio sulla via interna che dava su di un parco - privo di rumori o altro. Il bagno con doccia è allo stesso modo ampio e con prodotti di base offerti dalla struttura. Lo staff è molto attento ad ogni esigenza e/o problema, dando anche consigli se richiesti. Sono inoltre intervenuti tempestivamente quanto ho segnalato una lampadina (del bagno) bruciata, per mandare qualcuno a sistemarla. Nulla, era tutto perfetto onestamente. Giusto il materasso ed i cuscini, ma rientrano nelle abitudini personali: troppo duro il primo e morbidi i secondi, per i nostri gusti. Segnalo inoltre che in questa sede non hanno una reception fisica gestita da loro dove poter lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, ma ti suggeriscono la sede più vicina (800 metri) dove portarli, oppure locker privati in zona. Ad ogni modo ti assistono tempestivamente via whatsapp per trovare la soluzione a te più congeniale, quindi poco male!
