• Iris (8/5): Fijn appartement op goede locatie, alleen geen contact kunnen krijgen met de host tijdens verblijf - Locatie was super, in een leuke wijk met veel winkels en restaurants in de omgeving. Appartement was prettig, bed erg comfortabel. Contact met de host. Op dag 2 wilde ik een melding maken van een gebrek in het appartement, niks ernstigs, maar wilde het wel melden aan de host. Contact gezocht via de Booking.com chat, mail en telefoon, maar kreeg helaas geen contact. Pas de avond voor het uitchecken kreeg ik reactie dat het over het hoofd was gezien. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk, maar vond het geen veilig gevoel dat ik de host de gehele reis niet heb kunnen bereiken voor als er wel iets vervelends zou gebeuren.
• Yonkova (7/5): Not a good first impression - The location is in the old town and near to good restaurant, the castle. There is coffee provided so I considered it good detail. We arrived at 23:30 and we had problems with the key...after trying to unlock the door for 5 min. we notified the host for the problem and anlu them they send the instructions how to use these Spanish key. Even after the instruction we had problem opening the door and managed to enter inside after 10 more minutes. Also the floor is very cold so please bring slippers with you. Also prepare for a freezing first night as there is only one heater not enough for the whole apartment to keep a normal temperature.
• Cristina (7/5): Venir sans voiture, rapport qualité prix pas mal - L’emplacement Bon l’appartement il est un peu humide, manque de lumière, super difficile à trouver la clé pour ouvrir la porte difficile le parking dans la rue tout le temps plan donc pas de parking
• Olga (8/5): Gut ausgestatetes großes Appartement für Leute, die gern zu Fuß gehen - Das Zentrum, Tejo und andere interessante Orte sind gut erreichbar. Auch zu Metro kommt man in c. 10-15 Minuten. Sehr viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Das Apartement hat drei getrennte Räume - Wohnraum, Schlafzimmer und ein Zimmer mit einem Kleiderschrank und einem Arbeitstisch. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit einem großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Die Dusche ist warm und der Wasserstrahl hat genug Druck - eine Bedienungsanleitung wäre allerdings gut. Alles sehr sauber und um das schöne gemütliche Licht haben die Besitzer auch gut gesorgt. Das Viertel ist nicht für jedermann (Rauschmittelhändler). Mit dem Türschloss muss unbedingt etwas gemacht werden - die letzte Drehung fordert sehr, sehr viel Geduld und Gefühl und wenn man müde ist und/oder im Regen steht, nervt es. Das Taxi kann nicht direkt vor der Tür halten (Strasseneinfahrt mit Sperrung) und man muss seinen Koffer ca. 50-70 Meter eine steile Strasse selbst hoch tragen.

• Tiphaine (5/5): Tres compliqué d’ouvrir la porte d’entrée (explications evasives) et personne n’a repondu au telephone quand j’ai appelé - La situation géographique, lieu propre Un bruit fort et insupportable en continu (chaudiere?) dans l’entrée/living room qui ne permet vraiment pas de se reposer et d’y sejourner agreablement. Sans bouchon d’oreille, impossible de dormir. Ce n’est pas normal.

• Róbert (9/5): Remek helyen van, ár-érték arányban nagyon jó választás. - Gördülékeny ügyintézés, ár-érték arányban nagyszerű. Turisztikai szempontból jó helyen található, de az apartman közvetlen megközelítésénél javasoljuk a nagyobb, forgalmasabb utcákat választani, mert egy-két közeli sikátoros utcát érdemes elkerülni.
• N.Senada (7/5): - La posizione Il messaggio al checkout poi prima di partire, che mi diceva di pulire e buttare i rifiuti, magari lo dite al check-in e un po' si organizza con tempo...
• Martine (7/5): Nous avons bien profité de Lisbonne en voiture, tramway, bateau .. - Appartement bien situé et bien équipé. Merci pour la bouteille de vin. Une seule petite fenêtre sans vue sur l’extérieur. Nous étions avec notre voiture et le parking conseillé sur l’annonce est privatisé et nous n’y avons pas eu accès. Pour se garer dans le quartier, ça a été galère. Notre arrivée à Lisbonne en a été très perturbée et ça nous a beaucoup affecté.

• Maria Luisa (10/5): - Casa molto accogliente e provvista di tutto il necessario. Posizione perfetta e vicinissima ai mezzi pubblici ( lo storico tram 28 praticamente sotto casa). Collocata al piano terra, niente scale ( da non sottovalutare nel centro storico, dove le case sono quasi tutte senza ascensore)
• Eszter (9/5): It was a good choice - The host was very kind and helpful. We got a bottle of wine and coffee and tea for every day. The beds were cosy and the appartment was clear. -
• samantha (8/5): I had a very pleasant stay, the location in Alfama was ideal, quiet yet close to everything. It was a perfect base to ex - The apartment was really lovely, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped. I appreciated all the small details that made it feel like home, from the Wi-Fi and washing machine to the toaster, microwave, and kettle. Everything was perfectly functional and comfortable.
