• Maria Iulia (9/5): - Locația este super, langa magazine, farmacie non-stop, stații de autobuz și nu numai; ușor de ajuns oriunde. Locuința este dotată cu tot ce ai nevoie (fier de călcat, uscător de păr, farfurii, smart TV etc). Foarte curat și frumos amenajat. Cei care se ocupă de cazare ne-au transmis și o listă cu luggage store si am beneficiat și de un discount din partea lor. Pentru cei care sunt sensibili, recomand dopuri de urechi pentru dormit. Noaptea mașinile mai trec și se aude zgomot de la ele.
• Ori (9/5): Monolocale per due persone perfetto e comodissimo sia per la posizione che per i servizi - Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni pieni e ci siamo torvati davvero benissimo. Il locale è provvisto di tutto il necessario, sia nel bagno che nella cucina che nella camera da letto. Noi abbiamo viaggiato portandoci da casa solo lo stretto indispensabile, quindi i nostri saponi/creme e i vestiti/scarpe, tutto il resto lo abbiamo trovato disponibile nell' appartamento (asciugamani, phon, detersivo piatti, detersivo lavatrice, carta igenica ecc...). È presente anche una macchinetta del caffè. Inoltre la posizione è meravigliosa e comodissima, a piedi riesci ad arrivare in 30 minuti in pieno centro a valencia, a 10/15 min arrivi alla metro, ed infine ci sono fermate degli autobus ovunque. Infine, nonostante il locale sia praticamente sulla strada principale la sera siamo riusciti a dormire benissimo (mi ero portata anche i tappi per le orecchie essendo che mi sveglio facilmente, ma non li ho usati). Le uniche cose che a nostro parere mancavano o sono da migliorare erano: - Degli appendi abiti aggiuntivi, perché ce ne sono davvero pochi nonostante il posto per metterne c'è; - Una tendina o una porta che chiude la doccia, perché essendo aperta l'acqua tende a bagnare per terra; - Un cestino nel bagno, che è sempre utile e soprattutto comodo; - Il rullino che fa scendere una delle tende presente nell' appartamento era rotta, e nell' altra tenda era presente un nodo che bloccava la distensione completa (non abbiamo voluto snodarlo perché non sapervamo il vero motivo per cui ci fosse); - Le lampade che scendevano dal sottiffo sul letto sono a parer nostro troppo basse. Il mio ragazzo alto 1,80 cm le ha colpite un sacco di volte senza volerlo rischiando quindi di rompere qualcosa o di farsi male; - Abbiamo trovato difficoltoso contattare la struttura per chiarimenti prima di acquistare il soggiorno.

• Cristian (9/5): - The apartment is lovely and super cozy and is equipped with everything you need for a short stay. The guidelines for accessing the apartment and some of the facilities were not clear enough, but we managed. They could consider providing a short information pack for guests. Also, the room is on the ground floor with direct access from the street, which makes it a bit cold and noisy.
• Keith (9/5): A wonderful base for experiencing las Fallas - near enough to all the action without too much noise! - Very comfortable and great location I guess that you can’t see out, but it is ground floor so prefer the privacy

• ivan felipe (9/5): Muy Agradable - Tenía todo lo necesario, de normal en los estudios suele faltar algo, pero este lo tenía todo (utensilios, lavadora, plancha, secador de pelo, etc). También me gustó la facilidad del checking y checkout (respuestas inmediatas a través de WhatsApp) Buena iluminación. La decoración también era agradable. La calidad del gel de ducha.

• JORGE (8/5): Bajo puerta calle cuco, pero ruidoso - La decoración, la limpieza, la ubicación. Muy ruidoso, al ser un bajo acristalado parece que las motos están dentro de la habitación, en cuanto al cheking tuve que meter los datos en dos aplicaciones diferentes, las instrucciones para abrir la puerta eran un poco liosas, estuvimos dos personas tres noches y nos dejaron sólo tres cápsulas de café ( un poco justo quizá), no había posibilidad de dejar las maletas tras el check out.
• Alessandro (8/5): Beautifull place, strange problem solving...? - Beautifull accomodation, VERY well located, staff always responsive and kind, price on point. Water leaked into the room very badly, after i told the staff (and sent photos) they just responded with "we are sorry" and I had to contact booking for a change of accomodation (for free) wich they provided quickly (but only after i contacted booking).

• Luis (9/5): Der Aufenthalt war rundum unkompliziert und angemehm. - Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Eine nettes kleines Studio, top ausgestattet und in guter Lage. Sehr empfehlenswert.

• Domenico (9/5): Superb - Modern and completely equipped studio with a great bed, perfect for short stays. Access system via website, would prefer a keycode or keys.
