Ik hoorde de muziek van de restaurant tot 23:00 uur in mijn kamer, dat vond ik niet zo chill, maar verder het is een leuke hotel

Breakfast included was delicious with generous servings. Rooms were very clean with an enormous bathtub! The staff are amazing and helpful. Special thanks to Dev - she made our stay memorable by helping to arrange birthday surprises.
• Ranford Neo (10/5): Close to nature and monkeys 🐒 - Great location with a clean room and nice balcony view of the rice field and pool. As the location is near the monkey sanctuary, expect to see monkeys at your balcony in the morning. Just beware that the monkeys might attempt to take your food when you're dining in at the restaurant 😂 If you are a monkey lover then this place will be perfect for you! 🐒

• Tibor (10/5): Happy stay at a great place - Very central, next to Monkey Forrest, easy walk to the Palace and Ubud Market. Great restaurant with great food. Staff is incredible, quiet, big room, good pressure hot water. It's not a negative just a heads up; it's next to Monkey Forrest so expect monkeys 😉 They're not aggressive, but don't leave anything on the balcony and don't leave the door open

• Jenny (10/5): Fantastic hotel in a great location - We just spent 4 nights here and had a fantastic time. The room was amazing and we couldn’t believe the value. The pool area was clean and well kept, and the bedroom/bathroom was also clean. There is daily room service if you want it. The breakfast was included which was great! The restaurant is attached to the hotel so it’s super convenient. We’ve been travelling SEA for 4 months and this is the best value hotel we’ve stayed in. Definitely ignore the 1 star reviews, this hotel is great. The location is amazing, it is pretty central with lots of shops and restaurants, and is also right next to the monkey forest. Just beware of the monkeys, as they will come onto your balcony so leave the door shut whilst you’re out. I would highly recommend this hotel.

La habitación es sencilla, amplia con un baño grande también. Quizás para corregir el armario debería de estar mejor ubicado y mas amplio y amurar la caja fuerte ya que esta suelta, pero son detalles. Si bien el lugar esta limpio, las habitaciones del primer piso cuentan con muchas hormigas, si bien no molestan se notan con claridad. También de casualidad me cruce una rata bajando del pequeño santuario y corriendo por el pasillo y subiendo la escalera, no creo que sea de mayor problema ya que vi una sola en toda la estadía.

• Agustin (10/5): Lovely hotel and staff - The best place to stay in Ubud. Modern facilites, nice pool next to a rice field and lovely staff. Thank you so much. I had a pool view room and highly recommend to book it as there is a road on the other side and other rooms seem to be noisy for the traffic.

They need to install wifi in the room, i literally had to stay 1 day without wifi. Had some work, which i had to do from the restaurant. They were overall trying to help as I could tell. But the facility was just not there
• Marta (10/5): Great spot with excellent location and amazing pool! - Tropical space was a great spot to stay at with my friends! We got two rooms next to each other. The pool was amazing; and we were able to see monkeys by the pool and from our balconies. Spacious closet space. Pancakes for breakfast were delicious! Loved how close it was to Monkey Forest. Would definitely recommend!

• Aaron (10/5): Very peaceful stay and delicious restaurant - This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at for a fairly good price. The room was clean and comfortable, only 1 year old. The TV was a smart tv and the room had a fridge.
• Piste (9/5): The hotel location, staff and rooms were excellent. The hotel staff treated all guests like family - Location of the hotel is super convenient to access other tourist places, and it is quite center to all required facilities for the tourist. We had had our breakfasts at the hotel for couple of days so won't say that we were bored of the options available but the staff at the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and ready to assist with whatever issue you had. Even if you don't like the breakfast selection, there are lot of options around the hotel within walking distance to treat your test buds. Some of the photos the hotel is using on booking platforms are old ones meaning it was surrounded by rice fields, now those rice fields are converted into Monkey Forest. The hotel still has a decent view if your room's balcony is facing Monkey Forest. Please make sure you keep your balcony access door closed at all the time when not in use as there are monkey around who can sneak into your room.

Еще много кафешка и рестораны есть, а бесплатные breakfast было просто вкусно. Если хочешь жить район Убуд тогда этот отель можете арендовать👍

So convenient to exploring ubud on foot, delicious breakfast, and very kind staff. 24 hour reception was great for my late night flight arrival. Only bummer is that the rooms facing the street get a lot of street noise (there’s virtually no insulation from the walls/windows). Light sleepers should try to get a room facing the beautiful rice fields.

• Zane (4/5): Just avoid, many other better options - Pool and breakfast were nice and well used, bed comfortable and good deck. Good wifi. Noise is terrible, you need earplugs to sleep, on the road by monkey forest were heavy traffic is constant and many whistle blowing at all hours. Staff were difficult with room choice, felt like i was almost being scammed as my room type was unavailable although selected on the app and paid in advance. Tried to get me to pay for a more expensive room and no refund option was available. Once i kicked off it was sorted, but I shouldn’t have to kick off. Tv didnt work and hadn’t for awhile. Shower drainage was poor and creates a wee pool in bathroom and smells the bathroom out. Wont be back

• Lydia (9/5): Loved it - would stay again! Shame about the TV. - Loved the outside pool area - so relaxing with the field and view. Could sit there all day (and did). The free breakfast was really tasty (I had banana pancakes)! The room was stunning - really clean and modern. Bed super comfy. Balcony was lovely. Really loved the room. Traffic noise was very loud, could hear bikes etc all night. TV didn’t work - was just static on every channel and not a smart TV. Bath plug also got stuck and wouldn’t drain.
• Rilana (10/5): Geweldig 🤩 - De ligging en het uitzicht van het balkon op het zwembad en het rijstveld , de prachtige badkamer , super schoon en geweldig aardig personeel, het ontbijt was ook heerlijk was zo tevreden dat ik nog een extra week erbij heb geboekt ps ik had wel de suite aan de achterzijde van het hotel wat rustiger lag en luxer was 🌺 Ik zou het niet weten

• Jennifer (4/5): It was hard to sleep at night due to traffic noise. - It was close to everything. Because it was on the main road it was unbelievably noisy and impossible to sleep without ear plugs. The air conditioning kept turning itself off (or the staff did it somehow). There was no fridge or safe in the room as advertised but they did bring a fridge from another room when asked. There are no laundry facilities for guests to use but they will send you laundry out for a fee.
• Ali (3/5): We didn’t like it - The only good thing about it is that it’s in the same road as all restaurants and shops directly so you don’t need a taxi or grab I understand the “you get what you pay for” concept but this was over and beyond When we checked in i was surprised that there’s no hand soap and the container is empty! And when i tried to shower and drainage seemed kinda clogged and the water didn’t drain properly The pictures shown are outdated just like the place Zero soundproofing, you will hear everything .. scooters trucks and people talking loudly at night Not to be disrespectful but ants are all over the place because of their “Canang Sari” The bed is squeaking Not recommended

• Maëva (10/5): Un séjour exceptionnel grâce à l’ensemble du personnel - Le personnel est exceptionnel. Toujours souriants, bienveillants. L’hôtel est très propre très bien situé.
