• Rashed (1/5): Extremely disappointing and frustrating stay due to poor service, rude staff, misleading booking details, and an overall - The suite itself was spacious, but unfortunately that was overshadowed by the poor overall experience. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The service and staff attitude were unacceptable. When I made the booking, it clearly stated that the suite would have two beds, but upon arrival there was only one bed, which was misleading and very frustrating. One of the female staff members was extremely rude and unprofessional in the way she spoke and handled the situation. I specifically booked this suite because I wanted to have a massage in the room, but my booking/request was canceled, and I was forced to have the massage in the massage room instead, which completely defeated the purpose of booking this suite. Breakfast was delivered very late, which was another inconvenience. On top of that, the staff kept calling repeatedly in the morning to the point that it disturbed and ruined our sleep. Overall, the poor service, rude staff, and lack of professionalism made this stay extremely upsetting and far below expectations.

• أم حسن (7/5): - الغرفة وسيعة ودورة المياة كبيرة ايضا ، لكن يحتاج السجاد للتنظيف . التكييف سيء جدا و الشاور في دورة المياه كان ضعيف جدا في تدفق المياه والافطار ما عجبني ابدا كان جدا يفتقر الى التنوع وكان بيض وخبز وكم قطعة جبن و فواكه !! والمبلغ الذي دفع للافطار في الفندق ما يستاهل ابد غالي . كان في ريحة اثناء طبخ البيض انتشرت الريحة في المكان كله مافي شفاط في المطعم للاسف ملابسنا كله صارت ريحة البيض والزفر !! . وتم ابلاغ موظف الفندق نفس الوقت .

The view of Burj Khalifa was stunning & the room quietness was so comforting. * We waited in the car for too long at the gate but no one came to check if we have any booking although the team were free “just standing by the gate”, then we had to call one of the guys to help us with the luggage.
