- Sally (5/5): the most basic of basic - Central location and very close to excellent ethiopian resto Noisy high street, when a truck goes past the room shook like an earthquake. Very basic amenities though I guess you get what you pay for. Had to climb 4 flights of stairs

- Muhammad Abdul (1/5): On the scheduled date of my stay, I arrived at the hotel but found the situation extremely unsafe. - On the scheduled date of my stay, I arrived at the hotel but found the situation extremely concerning. Several rooms were locked and appeared abandoned. I checked multiple times, but there was no hotel staff available, no guests present, and no reception service. I repeatedly tried to contact the hotel using the phone number provided on the booking confirmation, but there was no response.
Due to the unsafe and suspicious environment, I felt frightened and uncomfortable staying there. As a result, I had no option but to leave the property immediately. I informed nearby people about the situation and arranged accommodation at another hotel, which required an additional payment.
I would also like to inform you that earlier this morning an email was sent stating that the property is a “self-service hotel.” However, I only noticed this email later while writing this complaint and checking into another hotel, as I was travelling at the time and not online. This information was not communicated in advance or in a clear manner and appears to be misleading, especially considering the complete absence of staff, instructions, or access support at the property.
I have taken photographs of the hotel premises to document the condition and environment of the property, which I have attached for your reference. Based on this experience, I strongly believe that this hotel listing is misleading and potentially fraudulent.
This incident caused me significant stress, inconvenience, and financial loss. Therefore, I respectfully request a full refund of my advance payment. I am also concerned that if Booking.com continues to list such properties, it may negatively affect the company’s reputation and customer trust.
I kindly request your urgent attention to this matter and look forward to your prompt response and resolution. - Peter (6/5): Gerade so ok für den Preis. - Zentral. Es war sehr schwierig, die Unterkunft zu finden und im Zimmer funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht richtig. Weniger als 26 Grad bekam sie nicht hin. Es kam lauwarme Luft aus der Anlage.

In morning there was no water for shower or even toilets all morning, so I checked out and asked for a refund for the next day because I had paid for 2 days. But they refused, I guess they think it's no big deal if theres no water.
Room very basic, pallet bed base and v thin mattress, no table and chair or fridge.

I had to take the key from the dispenser manually. Self check in. It doesn’t work.
I had to put my hand up in the machine hurting wrist to manually dispense it. It’s not fit for purpose this place. The machine doesn’t work. And the door didn’t lock from the outside either! Check the other reviews wisely. The good ones are Thai people with no comments. Don’t book it’s a scam. There is a reason the bathroom isn’t photographed. It’s horrible. I am now £60 down I didn’t stay Everything.
