Prakash (1/5): Thoroughly disappointed - Very old hotel, room does not look anything like the picture shown while booking. Horrible internet, beds are just ok. Way too expensive for the kind of hotel it is. While it is portrayed as a four star hotel, reality is it deserves to be called a two star hotel.

Chiraz (5/5): Ok pour un court séjour - Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, avec une literie agréable. La vue est jolie, le personnel est serviable et l’emplacement est pratique : proche d’un petit centre-ville et à environ 15–20 minutes à pied du principal quartier touristique. L’hôtel semble globalement un peu à l'abandon. La salle de bain manquait de propreté, avec des traces de moisissure, et la salle de sport était déserte et poussiéreuse, la chambre manque de prises. Je n’ai pas utilisé la piscine. L’isolation est assez faible : il semble que quelqu’un ait fumé un soir et l’odeur s’est propagée jusque dans ma chambre. Ayant l’habitude de voyager en backpacking et de séjourner en auberges de jeunesse, cette option représente pour moi un bon compromis pour un peu plus d’intimité à budget raisonnable, notamment grâce aux installations proposées. En revanche, pour des personnes habituées aux hôtels classiques, l’expérience pourrait sembler assez moyenne.

Les costó bastante tiempo repararlo. La limpieza es muy mejorable. La habitación 1347 tiene un gran ventanal pero está muy sucio.

Alvin (3/5): A nice location with decent staff but really need an upgrade before it turns to a roach motel. - Location The building actual Interior looks of the hotel, rooms do not match their ad photos; everything are so run down, from dirty elevator floor carpet, basic hotel amenities, cannot provide guests a bottle of water that a hotel should provide. The breakfast foods and std are so poor and needs help.

Sabrina (1/5): - None of the things in hotel were liked. We were waiting for the check out time the next day. Honestly worst experience ever in my life. The hotel’s parking arrangements were extremely poorly communicated, with no visible signage or staff available to guide guests upon arrival. This created unnecessary confusion and inconvenience from the very beginning of our stay. The lobby’s cleanliness was only average, and while the staff were present, they were unable to provide any meaningful assistance in resolving the issues we encountered. The lift was in an appalling condition it was dusty, emitted an unpleasant odor, and gave the impression of being neglected for a long period of time. The corridors leading to the rooms were dimly lit, poorly maintained, and lacked proper signage, creating an unwelcoming and unsettling atmosphere. Upon entering the room, we were immediately met with a foul smell. The bathroom walls had visible fungal growth and mold patches, the cabinet was damaged, and the towels provided were visibly unclean. To make matters worse, the bed linen had old stains that appeared to have been left untreated for a considerable amount of time, raising serious concerns about hygiene standards. The air conditioner stopped functioning in the middle of the night, from approximately 12:30 a.m. until 2:30 a.m. Despite multiple attempts to contact the reception, our calls went unanswered. As a result, we were forced to remain in an extremely hot, stuffy, and uncomfortable room throughout the night. Breakfast was equally disappointing and unacceptable. The bread served was stale, dry, and hard, clearly not fresh. The overall cleanliness and atmosphere of the café were deeply unpleasant, making the dining experience highly off-putting. Due to the poor hygiene and unappealing conditions, we were unable to finish the meal. I strongly urge that this hotel be removed from the booking platform, as this has been one of the worst hospitality experiences I have ever encountered. The rating displayed on the app was completely misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the property in any way.
