Elvan (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this villa and can truly recommend it from the bottom of our hearts. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly smooth — we always received a response within minutes, no matter what we needed. Whether it was arranging a taxi, asking for recommendations for attractions, or even dealing with small issues like insects in the villa, someone was there to help us immediately. The team was extremely friendly, reliable, and attentive. Special requests, including additional cleaning, were handled quickly and professionally. Everything felt very well organized and guest-focused. The villa itself was in perfect condition — everything seemed brand new, the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dishes, and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. And the view… absolutely stunning. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and would come back anytime. A big thank you to the whole team — we will definitely recommend this place to others!
Rachel (9/5): Great Villa - Very spacious and the pool was large and caught the sun. 2 parking spaces. Amazing view but did mean was up a very steep hill. They ran a shuttle down to the main road which you could then walk to the beach (across the road) or get a taxi. Ken and Googgai were beyond helpful. Was a little tired in places and quite plain but was clean and functional. The hill did mean we drove a lot but that worked for us.

Персонал очень отзывчивый - нам надо было эктсренно уезжать - мы написали об этом в 1 час ночи - утром все было готово. Вид с террасы открывается шикарный. в общем если вы на своей машине - то это прекрасное место. Можем смело рекомендовать!
Csilla (7/5): Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub wir werden wieder kommen aber eine andere moderne Villa nehmen . - Aussiehst , saubere Zimmer, sehr nette Mitarbeiterinnen, sehr schöne Lage Alte Möbel , sehr schlechte Sonnenliege , zusammen gesuchte Geschirr. Im Swimmingpool fehlte die Mosaiksteine. Sehr stahl Aufstieg nicht alle Taxi sind hochgefahren und abzuholen. Die Villen sind nicht gleich ausgestattet. Mal modern und renoviert mal abgerockt Zustand
Zoltán (10/5): Rendkívüli kilátás és kényelem, segítőkész és barátságos személyzet! - A szállás a hegytetőhöz közeli elhelyezkedése miatt páratlan kilátással rendelkezik, az egész sziget Észak- Keleti része szó szerint a lábaink előtt hever! A villák megközelítése a terep rendkívüli emelkedése miatt nehézkes, főleg esős időben, ajánlott a 4x4 kerék meghajtású jármű használata. Kissé kopott és használt felszerelési és berendezési tárgyak, néhány részlet felújításra szorul.

It was a perfect couple of days in a stunning villa and we all had the best weekend there. Even got a Grab food delivery there! I’m just nitpicking here, but a couple more outside seats would have been great. It’s worth being aware that not all taxis can get up the hill so you have to book the one up from the cheapest. Tiny things though that didn’t impact the stay!

Sharma (6/5): Average not necessarily value for money - The view is stunning and I like there was a private pool. So far up in the hills, very steep hills to get to property. There was a power cut when we got there so was without electricity for a day, they did let us use another property to shower and stay until the electricity was back on. I do not like that you have to go outside to get to the rooms. When it is raining the balcony gets wet and the mosquitoes and around. The shower in the room was broken and the bathroom door would not close.

It’s is absolutely stunning and very comfortable . Beds are so Comfy . The only 1 point I would like to let others know is that there is no sun on the pool from 10.30 am . So if you wanted to have a day around the pool you lose the sun . Wasn’t an issue for us as we were out every day exploring . Recommend Jungle Club , Jump Shack and Lamai Beach . Ark Bar is great we spent New Year’s Eve there . Boys went fishing at Koh Samui Fishing lake and loved it . Would definitely return . Nothing

Además, lo que lo hace mejor es el servicio que Ken, Googgai y todo el personal dan. Absolutamente nada. En muchas reseñas veo que se quejan de la cuesta para subir a la casa, pero es imposible que no haya una cuesta cuando estás alquilando una casa en la montaña con vistas a toda la isla. Firas (5/5): View is good , services and villas presentation should be me more clear - The view The property was advertised as a 4-bedroom villa, but in reality, all villas are 3-bedroom. What they count as the fourth bedroom is actually a small room located under the stairs outside the villa. It was not convenient for use—especially for kids—so we ended up not using it. On top of that, the 4th room had zero view. The categories and pictures of the villas on the booking website were misleading, as they were mixed up and did not accurately reflect the actual property. Only one shuttle pickup was available for all villas. It was a small 3-seater, forcing the rest of the guests to sit outside on the pickup, which was not at all convenient or acceptable for a so-called “luxury” stay.
MARIOSCARACELI (2/5): Decepcionante - Lo que me me gustó es las vistas que tenía, aunque había una casa delante que nos impedía ver parte del mar Hay varias cosas, una de ellas lo primero que nos cobrasen un suplemento bastante importante por una cama extra, otra, los olores de una habitación eran insoportables a desagüe, no va el agua caliente, los seguridad por la mañana se ponen hablar y no dejan dormir, hay lagartijas por toda la casa parece que viven con nosotros. Los servicios que nos ofrecen eran caros, tanto excursiones como los taxis. La piscina, el agua sin limpiar durante los tres días finalmente estaba bastante sucia

Willa posiada znaczne zużycie, wiele mebli jest zniszczonych i niskiej jakości. Brak możliwości bezpiecznego pozostawienia rzeczy, jedyny system zamknięcia to okna balkonowe z plastikowym zamkiem. Podczas pobytu nie było 3 razy prądu - raz ze względu na ulewę, dwa razy ze względu na awarię - co skutkowało brakiem klimatyzacji, a nawet wody przez kilka godzin. Polecam jako lowbudget, a nie obiekt premium.
Alex (6/5): - הנוף מהלוילה מדהים ממש!! הבריכה כיפית ונעימה. הוילה ממוקדת על גבעה והדרך לשם תלולה מאוד, נהגי מוניות לא רצו להגיע לשם ואלו שהסכימו ביקשו מחיר יקר מאוד!! כשהגענו לקחו מאיתנו דמי פקדון והראו לנו רשימה כמה נשלם על כל נזק שיגרם, ביום העזיבה הגיע העובד כמה דקות לפני ועבר על הציוד ברמה שספר כטסות וצלחות, אחרי שהחזיר לנו את הפקדון עמד שם והשגיח עלינו ממש עד שהגיע מונית, אז הוא צילם אותנו עולים עליה כששאלתי אותו למה מצלם אותנו אמר שמעביר לבוס שלו, בחיים לא נתקלנו בדבר כזה, תחושה מאוד לא נעימה. בנוסף לשים לב שבסמוי יש הפסקות חשמל ובניגוד למלונות אין כאן גנרטור וכנראה שבגלל המיקום גם מתקנים מאוחר יותר, באחד הימים היתה הפסקת חשמל מהצהריים, נסענו למרכז העיר וכשחזרנו בסביבות 10 בלילה עדיין היתה עפלה מוחלטת במתחם כאשר במהלך הנסיעה ראינו שבכל העיר היה אור, ממש לא נעים לשהות במקום בלי אור וגם כשאין חשמל אין שם גם מים. בדיעבד היה אפשר למצא אפשרויות טובות יותר במחיר כזה!

The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, arranging sightseeing, transportation at good prices, sea activities, and local eats suggestions – truly amazing people. Their connections made everything easy for newcomers. The stay was exceptionally comfortable, complemented by a beautiful view, and the pictures and location were completely accurate. I highly recommend this villa for a perfect, stress-free getaway. A huge thank you to the team for making our visit so memorable! The steep access to the villa.

But you hire mopeds or a car. We got taxi’s on grab app. Plenty taxi’s available all hours of the day/night.
