Obwohl das Zimmer ein nicht Raucherzimmer war, hat das Zimmer nach Rauch gerochen. Auch das Treppen haus richte stark nach Rauch. Die Heizung/Kliemaanlage steht direkt neben dem Bett mit Windrichtung Zum Bett. Zudem ist sie ziemlich laut.

• L’Heureux (9/5): Great for solo travel - Only 5 minutes from the subway, 2 stops from town center. Check-in was easy and property was clean and quiet No negatives. Improvements could include a full length mirror somewhere and slightly better light blocking from the curtains, but these are minor issues and the property overall was great.

• Hussain (9/5): - We had an excellent stay at Crest Court Kita-Dai Mae. The apartment was exactly as advertised—very clean and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a big plus. The location was convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the subway, and roughly 1.8 km from Sapporo Station (a quick subway ride or a pleasant 20-25 minute walk). A standout feature was the heating system, which was exceptionally good—very important for a Sapporo winter! The apartment stayed wonderfully warm and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, using codes for the main building and apartment doors. The layout was just like the pictures, with the washroom and toilet in separate rooms, which is always convenient. We would happily recommend this apartment and stay here again on our next trip to Sapporo. The one downside was the absence of any contact from the owner before or during our stay.

• Alysée (8/5): Comfortable autonomous appartment - Having a whole appartment to yourself is very refreshing! I could even cook if I wanted to! Check in and check out were also self-done which is very handy for shy people and tourist who are scared of the language barrier. Everything was explained in details and very well in a mail. The building and appartment felt safe. It's very well situated, a short 7min walk to the nearest station. The price was also very good ! This is not entirely the owner's fault as I have been notified that such hot summers are not, or were not, common in Sapporo. Meaning that aircon isn't as common as in hotter areas of japan. Be aware that there was no aircon in the room ! That is my only complaint. There was a very high tech fan which was the slightest relief, but with a heat wave like this one, with no cold air even at night, it was a bit hard because it nust keeps fanning hot hair to you. Again I do not judge that too harshly because of the circonstances but that's something to keep in mind if you plan to book a stay here in summer.
