• Srivilai (9/5): We stayed for 5 days and everything was clean, easy to use, good location wise, and the owner was extremely friendly. - I enjoyed how spacious the place was— private kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms. It was very nice and very clean. I also enjoyed how easy it was to coordinate with the owner for early check in and house-key access. The owner was always easy to talk to when needed. The beds were a pretty hard, especially the one upstairs on the left with all the windows.

• Stuart (8/5): - Good value for money, I would recommend here. We had a car so transport no problem and good town location. Clean with good facilities. Well presented house. The mattresses were not comfortable. The surrounding houses and area were not great. The bottom of the front door needs trimming as it only half opened due to rubbing on the ground. The sliding ground floor bathroom door doesn't offer full privacy.

• riryn (9/5): All in all, i’d definitely stay here again if i visit Chiangmai with a rented car. - Check in and check out process was really smooth and it’s done independently. The host was exceptionally responsive and kind. The neighbourhood where the house was located might be a bit old but the house itself was really new, very clean, fairly spacious, and well equipped. I like the safety and calmness of the neighbourhood with gated security area, the house’s outdoor space, the gated parking space, the dining space, plenty f seating and lounging area, the facilities provided like washing machine and drying rack, fridge and eating utensils, microwave, comfortable bed, fully functioning aircon in all the rooms, and beautiful interior. The distance between the house and city center was appoximately 15 minutes. We have no problem driving from the house to all the places we visited while staying 4 days 3 nights here. What I don’t quite like I’d consider as trivial things, like the probabaly broken stove, the absence of hanger inside bathroom, the smaller space and less functioning showerhead and drainage in one of the bathroom, the almost broken faucet in the kitchen, few broken lights, the absence of washing detergent, limited roll tissue provided and the absence of facial tissue, the limited mineral water provided. In one of the room, there were few bed bugs as two of us was bitten since the first night at the back of our leg and lower back area.

• Tim (10/5): Luxueus en comfortabel op een toplocatie! - Het huis was zeer comfortabel voor een reisgezelschap van 6 personen. Alle comfort met 3 ruime slaapkamers en twee mooi uitgeruste badkamers. De kleine attenties bij het binnenkomen maakten het welkom af! Nicky is een fantastische host die makkelijke bereikbaar is en steeds behulpzaam is bij elke vraag. Echt een aanrader als je Chiang Mai wil bezoeken.
• ZHUWEI (10/5): - The room is very beautiful, tidy and clean. The layout is reasonable and the facilities are convenient. We loved this house all day. It was very quiet at night. We stayed for 12 days and fell in love with this place. There were a lot of geckos. One of them even got into our suitcase and almost went back to Shanghai with us. Besides, the shower head in the bathroom on the first floor was broken.

• Maureen (9/5): This is a must stay for a family…everything is clean comfortable and very modern ! - This lovely home provided comfort and a modern setting .. everything we needed was provided for my family except the upstairs tv didn’t work but the downstairs one worked well ..there were many great restaurants nearby and a surprise and well kept up nature walk and great kids playground were available to enjoy .

Reached out to the property owner but did not get a response, however if any of the messages sent went through (so not a deal breaker)
• Andrew (10/5): To say this was value for money would be the understatement of the year - I loved everything about this amazing beautiful property. When I saw how amazing the property was I tried to book for another 9 days but it was fully booked. There is 24 hour security and it is so quiet and totally safe. I you want to go for a meal and a drink they are just minutes away. You have a fully functioning kitchen so no need to go out anyway. I honestly can not speak highly enough of this property and the host was was.vwry friendly, helpful and spoke good English. There was nothing to dislike about his property, absolutely excellent.

Next time If we have more time we will stay again this house more longer day. Property provided all facility Hair Dryer .Bath Tower , Cooker , washing machine , tea pot , oven and all kitchen accessories . When we stay there ,we feel like our home . The house is warmly , clean and nice . We would like to recommend for group ,family to stay this house . Property owner also so friendly . We request to check in early they allow and no need to pay extra charge .

• Christina (9/5): A fantastic villa, I would highly recommend - The Villa was excellent. A home away from home that our family were able to use. The host was amazing, providing lots of communiciton before check in and lost of loacl advise on the area during our stay which we really appreciated. The property was modern, clean and well preesnted. The welcome drinks and food on arrival was a nice touch also, as we were a taxi ride from a supermarket. Logistically the location was further out than expected, but we used Grab to get about, so this wasn't a problem. Was nice to get home to a quiet place in the evening
