• Rich (7/5): - Budget friendly and recently updated. Good location for walking. Good for short stays Small shower and no where to put your luggage. Location is right off the street so it can get noisy. All in all worth the money. Nice, clean and comfortable place to sleep. The check in can be confusing and they use an automated system so make sure you look at the pics and pay attention to the doors.
• Calin (5/5): Nice apartment, unresponsive owner, definitely need to improve, will not come back in these conditions. - Property was clean, had all the facilities you could need, pretty close to the center, had supermarkets really close. Asked the owner 2 days in a row for towels because there were just a couple for 2 people and they said they will provide it but they brought it in the last day when more or less it didn’t matter, the bathroom toilet paper was not new and i ran out of toilet paper also, only one trash bag in the kitchen and i had no place to put the trash. Had leakage for one whole night in the bathroom, had to close the water so the bathroom wouldn’t get flooded. The leakage can happen but the owner could learn a thing or two about taking care of guests.

• Basso Gioele (8/5): Lovely place at a good price - Brand new apartment equipped with everything you need. Self check-in. The host replies very quickly and gives a bunch of useful information before the arrival. The mechanism to open/close the door (smart lock) should be explained better with the given instructions.

• danilo (10/5): Ottimo - Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito con tutto il necessario, noi eravamo con due bambine che hanno dormito comodamente sul divano letto, la metro a 5 minuti e a due passi supermercato, il padrone di casa molto disponibile e risponde sempre a ogni esigenza, all'occorrenza deposito bagagli in un negozio vicino a 3€ a valigia. Molto consigliato!

• Leandro (8/5): Bien! - La limpieza y las instalaciones en general. Todo funciona muy bien. No habia abrigo en la cama para el niño. Solamente una sábana. Eso y que quizás podrían dejar algo mas de café para el desayuno, ya que eramos 3 y fuimos 4 noches. Sólo eso.

• Leszek (2/5): - The appartement was wery clean and modern Bedding are 100% polyester, it was impossible to sleep, like being covered with a plastic bag. And it ruined everything, otherwise I would give 10/10.
• Marie (6/5): - L’appartement est sympa et il est bien situé dans Valence Les rideaux sont trop fins du coup on voit la lumière extérieure et on ne peut pas dormir « dans le noir » L’appartement mériterait un rafraîchissement car certaines petites choses sont cassées ou un peu abîmées

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse por la zona, y además cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Sin duda, repetiremos.
