Tall people & those with disabilities - Great location and a design that leans confidently into quirky without losing its sense of style. The generous public spaces are a real plus—plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. Communication with the owner/agent a breeze. It’s not the most practical choice for anyone over 6'1" or for older guests. Some of the stairs are a bit slippery, the low eaves require frequent ducking, and one of the shower heads is positioned lower than expected. Also worth noting: the shared bathroom shower setup feels a little unconventional and may not suit everyone.

Appena sono entrata sono rimasta senza parole, è tutto semplicemente meraviglioso. La cura dei dettagli è incredibile: persino gli interruttori della luce sono unici. Non manca davvero nulla: dagli elettrodomestici al materasso super confortevole, fino alla pulizia impeccabile. I proprietari sono estremamente disponibili, attenti e rispondono subito a qualsiasi richiesta. Tornerò sicuramente in questo alloggio: dopo oltre 400 prenotazioni nella mia vita, questo rientra senza dubbio nella mia top 10!

• Katarzyna (10/5): I would definitely stay again! Thank you Maria for your hospitality! - We stayed for almost three weeks in the second-floor apartment. The design is beautiful — you can tell someone poured a lot of heart into it. All the appliances are very high quality, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a rental property. The space has a wonderful, feel overall, with four large windows and good sound insulation, the shutters are fantastic as well — perfect if you like sleeping in complete darkness. The location is very good — just a 10-minute or so walk from the beach. The host, Maria, was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome in the flat. Once a week, the apartment was cleaned and the sheets were changed, and she even offered a complimentary breakfast delivered to the door once — a very nice gesture! Overall an amazing experience! There is a parking garage nearby (Saba) that offers a discounted rate (€7 per day) for longer-term stays — you can book a pass online and check the rates. The layout is open, with the bathroom accessed via the main living/sleeping area. For groups using the bunk beds room too, this means walking past the main bed, so just something to consider if you’re looking for more separation.

We were given a location to store our luggage and the lady qat that location walked us to the accomodation, explaining the door codes and how to access the free wifi, and all the kitchen appiances. Wnętrza robią ogromne wrażenie – stylowe, klimatyczne, z pięknym połączeniem kamienia, drewna i industrialnych detali, a jednocześnie bardzo komfortowe. Apartament jest przestronny, świetnie urządzony i dopracowany w każdym szczególe. Dzięki dużym oknom można uczestniczyć w życiu miasta, nawet będąc w środku, co dodaje temu miejscu wyjątkowego charakteru. Lokalizacja to duży plus: ścisłe centrum, przy placu, wszędzie blisko, a jednocześnie przyjemna atmosfera. Pobyt był bardzo udany, wszystko przebiegło sprawnie i bez jakichkolwiek problemów. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić.

• Neil and Finola (8/5): Wonderful apartment with few drawbacks - Wonderful apartment on the top floor. Beautifully furnished and clean. Perfectly located for exploring Alicante. Loved it. Very well equipped with dishwasher,fridge, freezer etc. ample space for 4 people and wonderful views. Lift made accessibility easy too.decoration and fittings were quirky, rustic/industrial with a few sharp edges here and there. Stunning overall. It would have been lovely to have the de minimus of 4 plates, 4 mugs, 4 wine glasses as we were constantly washing up, rendering the dishwasher redundant . Oven was cryptic with no instructions and no roasting tins or trays which made it largely decorative. We had to buy tea towels and other everyday items to make a 1 week stay more practical. At this price point 3 water glasses between 4 people seems a bit ascetic.

Die Kommunikation mit Maria war unkompliziert und sie reagierte rasch auf WhatsApp. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch ist im Bad alles vorhanden. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Jolita (10/5): Wonderful apartment in the city centre! - Wonderful apartment in the city centre, close to shops and great restaurants — everything is easily walkable. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need, including toiletries, a hairdryer, an iron, and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the living room felt very cozy. The host was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and store our luggage in lockers after checkout. We would definitely recommend staying here. -

Mit 2 für 5 Tage sind wir als Selbstverpfleger nicht ausgekommen. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat keine Privatssphäre. Von der Treppe aus durch Glas einsehbar. Nur durch eine Mauer zum anderen Schlafzimmer getrennt. Ansonsten alles offen. Als Familie ok. Für Freunde vielleicht nicht optimal.

• Karis (9/5): Wonderful space and place! Would love to stay there again - Great little Apartment with nice elbow room so to speak after being in Hotel Rooms during our 2 week travels. Great to have Access to a lil Kirchen and washer dryer. Location is wonderful. Place was very clean and loved all the Windows. Really really glad we chose this place. A few things were noticed that could use improvement. Though the Rest of the House was really clean, there were stains on the Sofa- so we covered the Sofa with a blanket to sit on it. Also I had to YouTube the stove to figure out how to use it. It would be nice to have had both Salt and Pepper available. We found some Salt, but that’s really the only thing there, besides nice little welcome cookies and 2 espresso pods- no cream . There is only the nespresso machine , so for morning coffee we had to wait until coffee shops/ bakery opened in the area - (earliest available at 7:30 AM) to get our first cup - usually a 5 minute walk- which I actually loved doing. so as you can see just minor things😊

• Suzanne (10/5): Fabulous stay in a beautiful apartment in a lovely city with great hosts! - The apartment was spacious, well decorated and very clean. Beds were really comfy & plenty of storage in rooms. Location was fantastic, close to everything with lovely views over the square (good for people watching too!) Plenty of places nearby to eat or have a drink. Although we didn’t use it, there was a lift available. Communication with the hosts was great - we were able to check in early which was much appreciated. You could hear some noise from the street but that was to be expected in such a central location & it didn’t detract from our stay.

Alles wat je nodig hebt qua faciliteiten is aanwezig. Heerlijke douche. Fijn contact met de host/eigenaresse. Geen separaat toilet (zit in de badkamer), niet altijd even praktisch als je met zijn vieren bent. Tip: wat extra koffie en theezakjes zou het helemaal afmaken (2 koffie en geen theezakjes voor 4 personen is wat weinig).

Property overlooks a beautiful little park with a little outdoor bar that we would visit each day. Property was quirky, overall comfortable and has all amenities needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely return again with my family. I felt the sofa and rug needed updated, they appear well used. Beds were comfortable but only one pillow each and was not the most comfortable, spare pillows in the wardrobe would be an advantage.

A lot of space in the apartment We did not realise the two bedrooms were actually two open spaces on a mezzanine floor , so there was little privacy between the two sleeping areas.

Location was excellent & apartment very good design, layout very nice. Secure access. The pillows were not enough making sleep less comfortable. The blankets also were not good quality& need to be more. We noticed the floors were not absolutely clean when we arrived but only a little. The hot water in the shower didn’t stay hot for very long.
