• fares (10/5): - المكان جميل ومريح. وبجانبه جميع اللوازم الأساسية لقضاء عطلة مريحة، من متاجر، ومطاعم كما أنه قريب لمحطة الحافلة، وقريب لميدان تقسيم، أما بالنسبة للنظافة فالشقة نظيفة وتعامل صاحب الفندق تعامل جيد جدا، وهو شخص لطيف وتعامله جيد جدا، يعمل على تقديم المساعدة عند الحاجة، المرة المقبلة سأقوم بالحجز في هذا الفندق. وشكرا The place is beautiful and comfortable. All the essentials for a relaxing holiday are nearby, from shops and restaurants. It's also close to the bus station and Taksim Square. The apartment was clean, and the owner was very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist when needed. I will definitely book this hotel again next time. Thank you.

• OLEKSII (9/5): Old Istanbul vibe - The host is a very wonderful person who offered his help with many things. While the building is a budget hotel, it is tidy and not dilapidated as similar-priced offers in Istanbul. The neighborhood gives you an old Istanbul feeling, where you can see how is life beyond the facade of Istiklal (the latter is actually not far away, a 15 min walk upwards). Despite what some people say in internet about this district, we felt no safety hazards there. We were surprised to find a house where Tadeusz Kosciushko lived his final days next door. In the neighborhood there are plenty of meat and pastry outlets which do not overcharge you with tourist prices you see in Sultanahmet.

It was very spacious and all that you could need was provided to us. Pans and pots, washing and cleaning essentials, clean bedding, hot water 24/7 and great heating. Me and my friend had a great time here. Its very female friendly space and environment and very close to taksim square. The host was also very helpful with our luggage by the way, which really showed great hospitality here. Would love to stay again! 💕

The location was perfect — everything we needed was just a short walk away, and it was easy to get around the city. The host was amazing: very kind, always ready to help, and made us feel truly welcomed. It was also great that he speaks English well, which made communication simple and comfortable. Honestly, there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Everything was comfortable and met our needs.
• Olga (1/5): Ужасно - Из плюсов : хозяин встретил по приезду. Рядом магазина 101, Șok, Bim, аптеки, мечеть. В воскресенье работает местный воскресный рынок, где есть: рыба овощи, фрукты, одежда и т.д. Недалеко до площади Таксим минут 10 пешком. До порта Kabataş минут 15 пешком.Отопление было в порядке. Wifi хорошо работал. Были шампуни и гели для душа. Ничего! Не едьте сюда ни в коем случае! Отзывы купленные. Комнатам нужен ремонт, и генеральная уборка с хлоркой, Domestos и т.д. за 4.дня ни разу не убрали и не поменяли полотенца. Шумно очень, у окон вообще почти нет изоляции. Мы были зимой в январе. Окно, которое было возле кровати, там постоянно гонял ветер и из него дуло, мы заткнули его подушкой. Посуды мало. Готовить не рискнули ( из-за " чистоты"). Для купания в душе мы купили свои шлепки. Диван гостевой в номере был сломан, сидеть было невозможно, он постоянно падал назад к окну. благо мы на нем не спали. Комната отделана криво какими-то пенопластовым квадратами. Полотенца все со старыми пятнами, постельное тоже было в мелких пятнах. в ванне плесень, мы приехали воняло очень сигаретами, у меня сразу начало чесаться горло и я кашляла. хотя нас уверили, что нет( у меня аллергия на сигареты, если что). После проветривания хоть стало чем дышать. Был ужасный запах в комнате, воняло то ли сыростью, то ли грязью, я так и не поняла. Как будто затхлым. Район так себе. Куча иммигрантов, похоже какой-то район рабочих, не слишком безопасно себя чувствуешь.
• Maha Zayed (10/5): Very budget friendly and welcoming host - The host is very nice and helpfull and the room is spacious, clean, comfortable and have all amenities and every sunday there is a pazar held infront of The building so it was a good chance for a budget friendly shopping There is 2 near bus stations one is very close but not alot of buses goes there and the other Station near too but if you have a back problems or leg problems it would be Hard as its on a slope but other wise every thing was great and special thanks to the host he really was very welcoming and helped us with the bags and the taxi Diffenetelly recommended

• Simon N. White (8/5): Budget Accommodation close to Taksim Square - The location was a short distance from Taksim Square but not the best neighbourhood. We didn't feel unsafe but it would be intimidating for a few people as the area is noisy and run down. The apartment was easy to find, Mo was a great host, very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. He was waiting for us to check in and made the apartment comfortable. We were only staying 2 nights so it was perfect and within walking distance of the centre. The apartment had a double bed and a very comfortable sofa bed, a small kitchen and a shower/toilet. For the cost we couldn't complain and enjoyed our stay. Perfectly acceptable budget accommodation in Istanbul. No negatives at all. You get what you pay for.

• Fatima Zohra (1/5): Catastrophe - .Rien c'est catastrophique J’avais payé pour 13 nuitées, mais je n’ai pu y rester qu’une seule nuitée en raison de conditions inacceptables. Le logement était très sale, situé dans un quartier populaire en mauvais état, bruyant et non sécurisé, ce qui m’a obligée à quitter les lieux immédiatement. Cette situation m’a causé un désagrément important et des frais supplémentaires. Je vous demande donc un remboursement correspondant aux 12 nuitées non utilisées.

• bogdancr (8/5): - Locația este la 15 minute de mers pe jos de piața Taksim. Am avut mașina parcata in fata locației pentru 5 zile si nu au fost probleme. Strada plina de magazine si restaurante de cartier in care se mănâncă mâncare autentica. Apartamentul se afla la etajul 4 si se urca pe scări circulare. Puțin mai multa curățenie nu ar strica.

If there was anything he would help you out. And there was YouTube premium there.😁 That I stay at the 4th floor with no elevator. People were saying is a bad neighborhood. But for me as a female I did not feel unsafe even 1 day.

• Alfi (9/5): Strategic location from Istiklaal Street, value for money - This is the most cost efficient property ever! They have spatious room with sofa, queen size bed, kitchen, fridge and washing machine. It was my second stay in this accomodation, and I always love how Majid, the host, greet and solve the problems we have. There are slight difference between the room we booked with the actual room we got. But things get done as we paid add on 50$ for 10 nights. Still an affordable option tho!

• Jo (1/5): Not for long stays... - Staff is friendly. Always wanted to make sure that you are comfortable. The place is spacious as described. You'll need to climb few floors. The location is a shabby, poor neighborhood. You can see people selling drugs to dirty streets. You'll need to climb uphill to get the the metro and Taksim square. The place is run down, broken equipments, run down flooring. A part of the floor is missing, they have covered it with carpets. The worst part was the Bathroom , tiny closet where there is no space to sit, and the Bathroom is completely covered in black mould, it's a health hazard if you are allergic. Many equipments are broken, and the sofa fabric is used to weard. Bed sheets weren't clean and felt like it's used. Okay for a night, not worth for more...

Not 5 star hotel clean, but it was passable. Reasonably spacious for two. All in all for the price it was a good value. No elevator and four flights of stairs. Not a good choice for anyone lacking mobility or who is easily tired. The kitchen was small with little counter space. Internet was spotty.

• Azra (1/5): The slum of Istanbul - Avoid This Place at All Costs! I booked this apartment for my stay in Istanbul, but it was a complete disaster. The place was extremely dirty, with broken furniture and in very poor condition (I’ve attached pictures). The apartment is located in Tarlabaşı, a neighborhood known for high crime rates, drugs, and prostitution - often referred to as the "slum of Istanbul." My friend and I left immediately upon arrival, but we were not refunded. I strongly recommend researching the neighborhood thoroughly before considering staying here, as it is unsafe and unsuitable for travelers. Please do your research before booking this place.
• Antonella (9/5): Very good stay - The apartment is very cozy, the bed very comfortable and you can cook and do the laundry, so it is perfect for long stays like mine. The owner is very accommodating and kind. Thank you The area is not the best in Istanbul but I must say that me and my partner did not have any issue even walking there at night. It is close to Taxim square which is the main square of Istanbul and well served with the metro to move around the city centre.
