• Sabine (8/5): - Sehr liebevoll mit vielen geschichtsträchtigen Details dekoriert. Kostenloses Wasser und Kaffee für die Gäste. Schöner Innenhof und mit einem sauberen Pool. Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
• Julien (9/5): - Très bonne communication par mail et WhatsApp avant notre arrivée. L'hôtel est à 10-15 minutes de la place centrale et des principaux restaurants. Le patio est agréable, la petite piscine permet de se rafraîchir (mais pas de nager). La chambre était spacieuse et la literie confortable. Le débit de la douche est faible. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de prendre le petit déjeuner sur place.
• Michelle (4/5): Some lovely aspects but spoiled by noise in the area - A nice building with pleasant garden/ pool. Bed was comfortable and shower good. Staff are responsive and helpful I’m afraid that the almost constant barking ( and howling) of multiple dogs nearby made it difficult to relax, either in the garden, on the balcony or even at night ( kept us awake). This made us regret the booking Chairs on balcony were uncomfortable. Even some cheap cushions on them would have helped

• Matthieu (6/5): Très beau et belle cour et belle piscine, mais très bruyant sur la rue et avec les chiens des voisin - C'est un très bel hôtel, objets, construction, propreté, etc C'est au milieu de la vie mexicaine, donc pour ceux qui peuvent dormir même si les chiens aboient très fort derrière les murs non insonorisés c'est ok mais pour nous c'était pas le confort idéal. La chambre disait donner sur la cour intérieure alors qu'il n'y avait aucune fenêtre sur le dehors sauf le passage.

Great facilities - comfortable, spacious rooms with great showers and hammocks, lovely pool area and free water dispenser on site. Close to the centre and bus station. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They assisted us with a tour and also with our onward journey. Every single staff member I encountered was brilliant. The WhatsApp communication was very useful. If you are staying in Valladolid, I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thank you! It was a great stay. Couldn’t fault the place.

Morgens gab es Kaffee und es hatte immer einen Wasserspender. Das Frühstück im anliegenden Café war fantastisch! Es war recht hellhörig.

• Marc (10/5): Beautiful property and amazing staff - Lovely little hotel. Good location. Only a 10 minute walk from the centre. Quite peaceful. Slept very well. Restaurants nearby. Staff fantastic. Really welcoming and responsive. Went out of their way to cater to every need. Rooms immaculately clean. Loved the view of the pool from our balcony. Great they provide filtered drinking water and coffee so you dont need to buy your own. A beautiful property. Very on brand for Valladolid. Pool mostly in the shade and limited / not very good sunbeds. That's all I can think of.

Las lámparas hermosas y la maca me encanto. El personal muy amable. Volvería a quedarme ahí. Super cerca del centro. Todo excelente.

A bit of an oasis in the town of Valladolid There’s not much the hotel could do about this, but because of the heat in Mexico when we first went into the room, there was a humid smell

• Gabriel (10/5): - Hat uns sehr gut gefallen und würden es sofort wieder buchen. Sehr sauber, zu Fuss unweit vom Zentrum gelegen und trotzdem recht ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal. Keine Ablagen für Koffer und keine Aufhängemöglichkeiten für Kleider und Tücher. Zum Beispiel wenn man von den Cenoten mit feuchten Badesachen kommt. Die Zimmer zum Gang sind etwas dunkel.

Un café indépendant de l’hôtel se trouve à l’entrée et ouvre de 17h à 22h. Une épicerie juste à côté assez pratique. Hôtel À 500m du terminal de bus Impossible de dormir à cause du chien du voisin qui a aboyé toute la nuit. Cela a fait sourire la réception le matin …

• Danielle (10/5): Lovely hotel, friendly staff and good value - Great service and friendly staff. Well located & just a short walk to the centre. Comfortable rooms and communal space. Nothing, it was lovely and good value for money. The one thing I would say for future guests is to bring earplugs as there is a cockerel nearby that is very vocal in the morning.

Toutes les chambres sont identiques et les lits Queen Size (2 par chambre) sont un peu étroits si vous y dormez à deux mais sinon tout était parfait

• Anna-Lena (9/5): Good location & kind, helpful staff - It was a good location close to the best tourist spots and nice restaurants. The staff was very helpful and friendly and they offered free coffee in the morning + there were lot of water dispensers everywhere for free. We also liked the balcony and the hammock in our room. Price is good for what you get. Rooms are clean. It’s not the most comfy room from bathroom and style but it’s clean and it looks like in the pictures, so it’s fine.

• Beverley (7/5): Decent place, comfortable, inexpensive - It was a reasonable price and for what we paid I think it was a comfortable room and it was fine for an overnight stay. Bed was very comfortable, the shower was decent (had to run it a bit for the hot water to come through). The pool is small but at least there is one. And the staff were very nice. Friendly and helpful In common with other places we stayed, there are not enough loungers for the number of people relaxing by the pool area. We were four couples but only 4 loungers so two couples could relax properly and two couples had to sit in chairs that don't recline.

• Richard (8/5): Nice, small hotel close to town. - Great location and nice decorated premises. Comfortable beds, though the pillows were totally flat. Staff was friendly. There are a couple of very nice restaurants nearby and downtown is just 10 min away. I recommend requesting a room in one of the higher level floors for a quieter experience. The pillows were hard and flat and the floor needed a wet mop run thru it. No dust or visible dirt, but my white socks and feet were very dirty after walking thru the floor. The wi-fi never worked despite being offered so not good for working or watching streaming services. We stayed two nights and it was perfect for our needs since we just needed a place to sleep and shower.

• Kelly (8/5): Mooi hotel op een fijne locatie met behulpzame medewerkers - Het is een prachtig nieuw hotel, de kamers waren mooi en schoon. De bedden lagen top. Joel heeft ons vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen en stond altijd klaar om ons te helpen of adviseren. Het hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum dus je kunt ook savonds veilig terug naar het hotel.

• Julia (9/5): Super Tag in Valladolid - Die Unterkunft liegt gut in Valladolid und ist sehr ruhig nach hinten mit einem Garten ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es einen kleinen Kühlschrank Leider gibt es keinen Parkplatz
