• Maria Sandra (6/5): Tuvimos un problema con la habitación al llegar - La habitación era amplia y las camas estaban con ropa de cama limpia y eran cómodas. Llegamos muy tarde después de muchas horas de vuelo y cuando por fin vamos a dormir la luz de la habitación no se podía apagar. Eran las 2 de la madrugada y tuvimos que esperar un rato hasta que vinieron a comprobar que realmente el interruptor se había roto y no había manera de apagar la luz. Al final tuvimos que cambiar a otra habitación que tenía el aire acondicionado con menos potencia pero por lo menos pudimos descansar unas cuantas horas.

• Yusuf (7/5): Generally, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean and location was good - The place is close many other shopping areas I had to struggle with my luggage without help from the staff
• JANETTHA (3/5): Due to the staff’s unprofessional attitude, this property cannot be recommended. Based on my experience and the consiste - The bed was comfortable. Staff responded quickly when we requested an iron. Checkin process was smooth (even thought quite suspicious because the staff already asked us to give good reviews after checking out later) The room lighting was poor and overly yellow, making the space feel dull. The interior design looked outdated and the room felt quite small. There was also clear miscommunication among the staff, which caused unnecessary disturbances and disrupted my sleep and peace. Additionally, the surrounding area felt very dark at night, which did not feel safe or comfortable.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to assist my OKU brother and my mother. I don’t remember his name, but I believe he may be the supervisor. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.

• Christopher (3/5): Old place, needs refurbishment. Bad area. - The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was ok. Hot shower. Decent Internet The location is horrible. Lots of people hanging around outside and the general area didn't feel like a very welcoming place at all. The hotel is very run down and dilapidated from the outside, and the inside is not much better. The room was dirty, not the cleaners fault, the actual room itself. Very old. Stains on the walls, mouldy smell. The headboard on the bed was stained and greasy. The sheets and covers were clean as was the floor, but the room just felt very old and badly needs a refurbishment, new furniture and a paint job.There were no toiletries at all, and no water provided. When I asked for water, I was told that they had none and to go and buy some myself (I had to argue with the desk staff and explain that I had no cash and he finally went and got me some water). Very glad I was only there for 1 night. The place is nothing like it shows on Booking. It needs a refurbishment. I don't like leaving reviews like this but I'm just being honest, and the rating this place has on Booking is wrong, it should be a 3 or 4. Also, the way the hotel is listed is wrong, it should only be called Sky Star. If you type in 'Swing and Pillows' to Grab there is another hotel the same distance away from the airport, and the 'Sky Star' one does not show up, so I ended up in the wrong place and had to get another taxi. Very confusing. Overall, a bad experience.
• CHO TECK (7/5): I will be back as they promised to improve - • Very comfortable bed • Cold, functioning air conditioner • Clean floors and furniture • Super friendly and helpful staff • I took a Grab and it took me to the wrong hotel, as the only listing with this name points to a hotel 3 km away. I had to call another Grab. They should coordinate with Grab to correct the hotel name, as this is a popular transportation app. • Weak shower water, and there is no handheld shower—only an overhead shower. • No drinking fountain. The only water source is the boiler in the room, but please check the boiler before use.
