In order to complete the self-check-in process, guests are required to provide an ID before arrival. If you choose not to provide your ID before arrival, you may not use the self check-in. Instead, you will have to provide your ID upon arrival during normal check-in hours.

Waste management rules will be provided. Failure to follow them will result in a £150 fee.
Standard late checkout fee: £10 per hour for approved late check-outs.
Unauthorized late checkout fee: £50 per hour if cleaners are already en-route or on-site and unable to proceed, plus the cleaning fee.
The refundable damage deposit will be returned within 7 days of your departure, excluding the £3 admin fee, following a successful property inspection.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

- Sarah Flack (9/5): - The house was lovely and in an excellent location. It was great to have two bathrooms. Everything was clean and of a high standard. The mattress on the downstairs bed was not of the same good quality as the upstairs bedroom so sleeping wasn't as good as it could have been for us in that downstairs bedroom.
- Stuart (9/5): Great place. Would definitely come again. - We loved everything about the property. Great house in great location. Clean with good furniture and equipment. We had a problem with the downstairs shower (staying cold). I’m confident that they will fix this quickly.
- Janice (9/5): - The location was perfect, just a short walk to the castle, cathedral and town. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed comfortable. The car parking space was easy to access and a good size. The bath towels provided were fairly small. I prefer bath sheets.

- Jonathon (7/5): Great property, be aware of the £200 deposit and slightly over zealous booking process. - Very clean, well equipped, modern. Lovely property for a short stay. We are a family of five with three big lads, it was probably a little small for us and sleeping arrangements weren’t perfect. However technically it could accommodate a family of five and in fairness we booked it!

- Alison (8/5): A good experience and I would book it again. - A brilliant location and a well organised property that met our needs. All the equipment / heating etc worked well. The parking was easy and right outside the door. The environment was quiet and felt very secure.

Just loved the spiral staircase, beds were very comfy, kitchen well stocked, lounge was great and location was perfect. One small point - right outside number 8, there is a small triangle of garden which, in the dark, is a trip hazard, which two of our party tripped over.

- Mike (8/5): A very pleasant property with great features and close to amenities and historic town of Lincoln - Location was excellent - just a few moments walks from the old town and local shops The sofa was uncomfortable. I understand that it was a sofa-bed for extra accommodation if needed - but it was hard and you're forever shifting trying to get comfortable.
