Guest Reviews
- Aaron (10/5): The best of the best. - It was clean, safe, and excellent location. I liked it all.
- Marie Barthelemy (10/5): Séjour parfait -
- Alfonso (10/5): -
- Jasmine (5/5): Great location but small, needs air conditioning and more towels for guest - Location No A/C or portable A/C .The small fan they had was not big enough to cool off the apartment or even the bedroom. The fan barely blew any air. As much as it cost a night a more efficient Fan or portable A/C could be afforded. We had to take multiple showers during the day b/c it was so hot and they did not supply enough towels. Only gave us two big towels for a week and wanted to charge for extra. Spaces is very small for the price. Only 1 tissue roll for the bathroom.
- Vicki (9/5): A perfect place for me and my sons to stay. My first time in the 1st Arr. and loved the location. - A great location and a very nice space for me and my two adult sons. Will definitely stay there again next time I visit Paris and will also recommend to friends. Enjoyed exploring the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Arr. for the first time and loved the area. Bathroom was small, but I understand that cannot be helped within that space. It had everything we needed though.
- Doris (8/5): Great location! All appliances were very good! - I wish to have a full length mirror to check yourself out when getting ready to go out.
I was disappointed that we could not sit on the little balcony shown on the pictures as they have now locked that door for security reason but wasn’t being told before hand.
- Claire (10/5): Great apartment, perfect location, would definitely stay here again!! - Location, comfortable, had everything we needed! Nothing!
- Diana (10/5): Fabulous fabulous and jagical - I like the location and the people were awesome. I highly recommend this place. It was ideally close to everything and in a safe neighbourhood.
- Connie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Heather (4/5): Aggravation Not Worth Central Location - The flat was centrally located. It was within walking distance to many attractions. The downside was the absolutely terrible customer service, rock hard beds (all of them), lack of sunlight or anyway to get light into the unit and rather dangerous entry into the apartment.
I lived in Paris back in my 20s so I knew what to expect from flats in vintage buildings ... but this, this was downright dangerous... I did not like being charged 30 extra EUROs (as part of the concierge service ... I state this with LARGE air quotes) mandatory to receive the keys to the unit. For the record - Concierge generally means: "A multilingual staff member who makes reservations, arranges tours, etc. Not:
- A French "only" speaking representative
(who then had to be tortured by my maitrisee plutot mediocre de la langue francaise)
- Nor a link to one renown boulangerie that is more than 1500 meters away when, I asked for nearby cafes suggestions for morning breakfast.
- Nor being down-right rude in email exchanges when I merely inquired why the firms email messaging system kept writing requesting me to vacate the premises (even after I was already back at my London home).
For the above stated reasons and more, I would NEVER STAY and hope to WARN ALL OTHERS against opting to stay at this Paris location. I rarely if ever write reviews, (despite having lived on three continents including Australia), but if this synopsis can spar others, it has been well worth my time...
