- ASIYA (9/5): Отличное жилье недалеко от исторического центра - Мы с друзьями снимали 2 разные квартиры в одном комплексе. В целом-прекрасное жилье, очень близко к центру. Есть посуда, мебель, посудомоечная машина, даже таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Есть чайник и кофеварка, а также сами капсулы с кофе и пакетики с чаем. Очень приятный бонус. В доме есть подземный паркинг, включен в стоимость. Места для большой машины узковаты, но его наличие-уже огромный плюс. Квартиры находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от колеса, а там уже и до центра близко. Рядом с апартаментами есть Жабка, работающая до 11 вечера. В общем. отличные апартаменты по соотношению цена-качество. Мы с друзьями снимали 2 разные квартиры в одном комплексе (7 и 20). В апартаментах 7 только 1 зеркало в ванной, очень не хватало зеркала во весь рост. В апартаментах 20 нет стиральной машины, хотя в №7 была и кодовый замок на самой двери. Поэтому, приходя каждый раз домой. надо было искать длинный код от двери, очень неудобно.

- Annija (9/5): I would recommend staying here, it is very clean and beautiful apartment. The sofas are very comfortable, but the bed is - Very nice and clean, very good location. The mattress for the bed was very thin and sleeping on it was very uncomfortable. Could also use some night lights next to the bed.

- Evaldas (4/5): Bad experience - The building itself is nicely designed and well-maintained. It is also located fairly close to the Old Town. I had a very bad experience due to an incident that occurred in the apartment. Upon arrival, while unpacking and placing items into the wardrobe, I opened the upper door and an unsecured wardrobe panel fell down, seriously injuring my finger. The staff did not ask whether I needed any assistance. Instead, they only offered a bottle of prosecco and a later check-out, which is completely inadequate in such a situation. As for the apartment itself, the layout is poorly designed — the bedroom is combined with the kitchen, and the bed is placed right next to the refrigerator, which makes it difficult to sleep due to the constant noise throughout the night. Additionally, there is a lot of construction around the apartment, and the noise starts early in the morning.

- Małgorzata (10/5): Apartament idealnie wyposażony i czysty - W apartamencie było nieskazitelnie czysto. Łóżko było wygodne, a dodatkowo niczego nie brakowało, wyposażenie było doskonale przemyślane i można było poczuć się jak w domu.

- Igor (7/5): В загальному непогано, але не ідеально - Сучасний дизайн інтерʼєру, меблі з якісних матеріалів. Зручні та комфортні апартаменти. Наявність кавоварки . Сковорідки зношені, було не надто приємно їх використовувати. Посудомийна машина є і ніби непогана, але чомусь свою роботу робить недобре, доводилося в ручну домивати. Лійка душу також потребує уваги, в змішувачі на кухні потрібно поміняти аератор. Порада представникам гарячої лінії - якщо клієнт телефонує щоб дізнатися номер паркувального місця то напевно варто його надати, а не нагадувати декілька разів про посилання яке було вислано.

Było dość chłodno w apartamencie podczas pobytu gdyż grzejniki nie grzały w pierwszy dzień przyjazdu a w kolejne były tylko letnie. Brak osłony odpływu liniowego pod prysznicem sprawia że nie jest dość swobodnie z niego korzystać.

Napewno skorzystam ponownie z downtown apartments Pobyt i wszystko super. 9/10 (a nie 10/10) dlatego, że znalezienie wejścia nie jest intuicyjne (zdjęcia bym zmienił bo są mylące), a dopiero po wejściu można dostać się do garażu więc wcześniej trzeba znaleźć miejsce by przystanąć na 20 min + w łazience nie było nawet 1 wieszaka na ręcznik.

- Krzysztof (6/5): - Budynek nowy, dobrze zlokalizowany Brak kablówki, nie jest to nie zbędne to życia ale to jest standard dostęp do serwisu informacyjnego. Jak się okazało w budynku była awaria i nie naprawiono mi zgłaszanego problemu. Powinna być informacja na stronę że w lokalu nie działa telewizja tylko sam Netflix. Z tego co ustawiłem obsługa wiedziała o awari i siedziała cicho a serwis miał być zamówiony na 3 lutego. Co do czystości to jedno zastrzeżenie do podkładu na jednym z łóżek. Pościel była czysta ale podkład wyglądał tak że aż strach było kłaść na niego czyste prześcieradło. Zdaję sobie sprawę z tego że podkład jest wielorazowy ale naprawdę jego stan już prosił się o bezwłoczną wymianę bo był bardzo brudny, bardzo.

W pierwszej kolejności w instrukcji zakwaterowania powinno być napisane że jeżeli chcesz wjechać na parking to najpierw musisz wziąć klucze do których jest przyczepiony pilot do szlabanów i bramy garażowej . Mieliśmy problem z wjechaniem i otwarciem bramy i szlabanu ( jak się zorientowaliśmy że może są przy kluczach to minęło sporo czasu i nerwów a później nie można było otworzyć bo baterie były słabe . W łazience nie było papieru toaletowego!! W łazience grasują rybiki a na kanapie w salonie sporo włosów po poprzednich gościach .

- Mariusz (10/5): Miejsce godne polecenia - Lokalizacja i samo mieszkanie super. Po wyjściu z osiedla można popatrzeć na statki przepływające przez Motławę. Na plus miejsce parkingowe w cenie.Wszędzie blisko spacerem z dziećmi. Kontakt z biurem też super, bezproblemowo załatwione wszystkie sprawy.

- Kurzydlowska (9/5): - Wspaniała lokalizacja, bliziutko centrum. Apartament przyjemny, pięknie urządzony. Miejsce parkingowe tuż pod mieszkaniem, więc mega wygodnie. Polecam i chętnie skorzystamy ponownie. Minusiki niewielkie, ale gdyby zostały poprawione byłoby wspaniale. Jako, że apartament jest na pierwszym piętrze, brak firanek i ogromne okna powodował, że czuliśmy się czasem skrępowani. Minusem jest też pływający, super miękki materac, ale każdy lubi co innego.

Największy problem był ze znalezieniem odpowiedniego budynku, słabo jest oznakowany. Ale daliśmy radę. Ogólnie polecam i na pewno jeszcze skorzystam

- Artur Halinowski (10/5): - Wszystko było super. Jedyne minusy to słabo działające : Pilot do bramy i hali garażowej. Piloty do telewizorów. Baterie powinny być wymieniane częściej.
- Dominika (10/5): - It’s very close to the centre, very well equipped, very clean and the building is in excellent conditions. Just pay attention if you’re by car because you have to go to the apartment to get the garage keys first. 10/10 apartment would totally recommend.
- Krzysztof (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Budynek ładny architektonicznie z windą i garażem podziemnym. Wewnątrz kilka drobnych niedociągnięć wynikających z wykończenia wnętrz oraz zużycia, nie mających żadnego wpływu na funkcjonalność obiektu.
- Andrea (8/5): - To enter to the accommodation was a little bit difficult. 5 minutes before 3 I got a code for enter. And I did not like that there is no any reception in the building. If somebody arrive earlier or leave later then 11, needs to go 10 minutes with baggage to another place to leave it.
