• almaz (1/5): اسوأ تجربه ولم يسترد المبلغ والسبب منهم - ليس فندق انما شقق وكان مزدحم من الجاليات الاسيويه واستقبلنا صديق المالك وهو خارج الامارات والشقه تفتح بالارقام السريه تجربتي سيئه معاهم يوم وصلت الشقه ودخلت الرمز ان الغرفه مستخدمة وغير نظيفه وعند مراجعه المالك قال لا اعرف من دخل الشقه وع طول كنسلت الحجز وخرجت لا يوجد امان في الشقق وقالي المالك خلاص كنسلي وبرجع فلوسج ولا رجع الا نص المبلغ حراميه الصراحه واشتكيت عليهم ولا فايده ليس مكان امان

• Amur (9/5): - تقييم: 9/10 أقمتُ في شقة Luxury Two Bedrooms Apartment لمدة ثلاثة أيام، وكانت التجربة ممتازة بكل المقاييس. تتميز الشقة بموقعها الاستراتيجي في قلب مدينة دبي، وعلى مسافة قريبة جدًا من دبي مول وبرج خليفة، حيث لا يتجاوز وقت المشي خمس دقائق، ما يجعلها خيارًا مثاليًا للراغبين في الاستمتاع بأهم معالم المدينة بسهولة. عملية الاستقبال وتسجيل الدخول كانت سلسة وسريعة، دون أي تعقيدات، كما أن فريق الإدارة كان متعاونًا ومتجاوبًا بشكل ملحوظ، مع سرعة في الرد وتقديم الدعم عند الحاجة. بشكل عام، الإقامة كانت مريحة وراقية، وأوصي بها بقوة لمن يبحث عن موقع مميز وخدمة احترافية في وسط دبي. The property is clean and has all the amenities you would expect from a 5 star property! Location is the best, super convenient with a hug option of dinning and super near Dubai Mall! A must book for a great weekend in Dubai!

Cuando llegué no había sábanas para el sofá cama, según el anfitrión tenía que haberlo solicitado antes, y no nos informaron de eso, además de que tuve que pagar un recargo por poder tener las sábanas del sofá cama. Después de pagarlo, al día siguiente dejaron una bolsa de plástico con las sábanas en el suelo, delante de la puerta. Cada vez que necesitamos algo, el responsable solo pedía pruebas de ello mediante fotos. Todo eran preguntas y no daba soluciones. La primera noche no había agua caliente en la bañera, al segundo día tampoco funcionaba el lavavajillas, no vino nadie a solucionar, después de haber avisado…

• Meshal (8/5): - الشقة جميلة المطبخ كامل الادوات تقريبا النظام الأمني عال قد يعتبره البعض مبالغ فيه ، 1- النافذه من الارض إلى السقف لا ستاره عليها ، تكشف من بالداخل مساءا ، تم ابلاغهم . لم تتم المعالجة . 2- هذه بعض التعليمات التي يجب أن يعرفها النزيل قبل اختيار الشقة لأن هذه من حقوقة ، وقد يوافق البعض عليها وقد لا يوافق عليها آخرون ، وأنا شخصيا أوافق عليها لكن أوردها في النقد على أعتبار أنه كان يتعين معرفتنا بها قبل اختيار الشقة . فيجب معرفة أنه هذا ليس فندق ، وبالتالي لن يكون هناك خدمات فندقية ، وهناك تعليمات يجب الالتزام بها عليك معرفتها ومنها : - أي نزيل يخالف قواعد المجتمع يعني المبنى أو يترك القمامة في الممرات، سيُغرّم بمبلغ 1000 درهم إماراتي كحد أدنى. -إعادة كل شيء مكانه بالشقة وإخراج النفايات إلى مكب النفايات قبل المغادرة النهائية . -في حال فقدان بطاقة الدخول غرامة 1000 درهم .

The building reception officer confirmed my identification details; however, the reception officer still refused to allow entry into the appattment without the host being present

• Kamal (10/5): Perfect and Super Comfortable Lush Look Accomodation for family - Accommodation was perfect for my family of 5 with extra large double bed for main bedroom and 2 single bed for other bedroom. 1st time entering the unit, I was greeted by the lush look of the unit. Owner makes a point to stage the house. Owner is fast during enquiry or even rectification. Everything in the home was there to utilise. From utensil for cooking to washing machine cum dryer. Thanks for making my family a wonderful stay in Dubai There none could deduct a single rating of the review. It is minor improvement that the unit could have a vacuum cleaner instead of a broom
