• Kinga (7/5): Ogólnie fajny apartament. Można by trochę bardziej o niego zadbać. Ale na krotki pobyt dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. - Dobra lokalizacja, obiekt robi wrażenie. Apartament bardzo fajny- trochę zaniedbany Zimna woda w jednej z Łazienek.

• Diego Elias (6/5): Pricey for its quality. - The location, the building is very nice, big appartment. Confortable beds and kitchen. Nice views. Only one toilet with hot water. Sofas dirty, some bedsheets dirty. I also asked for an early checkin because my relatives have special needs (i asked for it 5 days in advance and the same day very early). Not only they did not allow it but also they were late cleaning my room. We had a late checkin and waiting 2 hours downstairs. I think also that the appartment is poorly maintained for the cost of it. Also one of the toilets did not have hot water.
• ΣΥΜΕΟΥΔΑΚΗΣ (4/5): - Η θέα ήταν φανταστική Η καθαριότητα ήταν τραγική βρήκαμε γυναίκες τρίχες στο διαμέρισμα στην μπανιέρα η οποία κατέβαινε οριακά το νερό βρήκαμε δύο κατσαριδάκια το νερό δεν ζεσταινόταν στο ένα μπάνιο και το air condition δεν λειτουργούσε καθόλου

• Leah (2/5): Unacceptable stay – property not ready, unclean and uninhabitable - We entered the apartment and were immediately met by cleaners and plumbers walking in and out with no communication whatsoever. As a group of young girls, this was an extremely uncomfortable and unsafe start to our stay in Dubai. We had paid for a 12pm check-in, yet arrived at 2pm to find the property still being cleaned. Courtesy would have been to inform us rather than leaving us to walk into chaos after travelling for 12 hours. The apartment was dirty, unhygienic and poorly maintained, with mould in the bathroom, flies, and a broken sink. We raised serious health and comfort concerns, but instead of being offered a full cancellation and refund so we could leave, we were told to keep waiting. After much back and forth, only the early check-in fee refund was offered – and we never even received it. To make things worse, we were advised not to contact Booking.com, only to later discover that the host had already contacted them first – how sneaky and unprofessional. Despite multiple messages, nothing was properly resolved, and Booking.com said the matter was the host’s responsibility, leaving us stranded without a suitable place to stay. Overall, this was a distressing, unsafe, and unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone against booking this property.
• الهنائي (10/5): Highly satisfied, the apartment was modern, spotless, and quiet. An excellent stay in a clean, cozy, and well-located ap - The apartment was great – super comfortable and well-located! Everything about my stay at the apartment exceeded expectations.
• Begi (7/5): Ok place - Big rooms. Rude receptionists. The guest washroom needs some renovation or smth. It was always super windy at the pool during our stay.
