- Mai (10/5): - I really like the location. It’s convenient to get to the station, and the surrounding area has local restaurants that taste great. The hotel staff is also very responsive, and check-in and check-out were really easy. However, the noise was quite audible, but I didn't mind.

- CHANGHONG (10/5): 近距离体验日本平民的生活。 - 这个地方总体性价比是比较高的，预定的房间有独立的卫生间，可以洗澡，面积不算大，价格合理。周边有商业街，不算特别的热闹。晚上可能会误入带颜色的街道。哈哈哈哈哈。算是真正属于日本平民的生活状态吧。 距离车站还是有一定距离的。如果大家乘坐JR线，一定要从新今宫的西口出。

- Jaminna (9/5): It's worth the money and the location is good. It's about 3 minutes away from the train station and there's - The property is tidy, organised and clean. Such a big room space compared to other rooms that we have stayed before in Japan. The beds, towels, blankets, electronic devices are modern and efficient. The host is very responsive and helpful upon checking in. I would definitely recommend staying here when you are in Osaka. The only downside is the soundproofing as we can hear the other people from the next room, the people passing and the vehicle sound from outside.

Getting around is convenient as there are several train stations nearby. The location is also a plus, being close to two large supermarkets where I could buy fruits and other essentials for my trip. The property does not have an elevator, and the staircase is quite steep, which can be a bit challenging if you have a lot of luggage. The hotel dont have place for luggage storage. Additionally, I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom (or shower room or sink), which made me keep the air conditioner running constantly to reduce the odor in the room.

La struttura è sporca già dal corridoio,con moquette sporca ancora prima di entrare in "appartamento". L'appartamento è claustrofobico, sporco già dal pavimento. Senza lavandino, praticamente il lavandino è un mini lavello dentro la doccia... insomma scomodissimo.noi abbiamo dovuto usare quello della "cucina" da cui usciva dell' acqua con una puzza sgradevole. Insomma terribile, rattoppato con scotch in ogni luogo...ba Poi il nome Manga... perché??? Per un copriletto con due disegni in croce...che di manga ha ben poco. Se non fosse che avevo già pagato ce ne saremmo andati via. Ah in tutto ciò non abbiamo mai visto nessuno della struttura.

Al parecer los huéspedes anteriores habían dejado tirada una toalla entre la cama y la pared. No quise sacarla porque no quería tocarla. El olor a humedad era muy fuerte.

Estaba limpio y las camas eran cómodas Algo ruidoso al estar a pie de calle. Por la ventana se filtra bastante frío. Echo de menos algo en el que poder apoyar las cosas y no tener todo tirado por el suelo.

Absence de WiFi pour les deux premières nuit. Le personnel a rapidement réagi et répondu par message mais nous n'avons récupéré la WiFi qu'à notre dernière soirée ce qui m'a fait dépense plus de 4G que souhaitable.
- A (6/5): お値段はとても安くてありがたいですが、消臭スプレーと耳栓必須です。 - お値段が安くて自由にチェックインとチェックアウトが自由に出来て良かったです。 USBケーブルとコンセントが一緒にさせる延長タップがあったのはありがたかったです。 部屋に入ったら排水溝と人の体臭のような独特の臭いが気になりました。消臭スプレーがあれば嬉しかったです。 スリッパはありませんでした。 土足厳禁なので靴を脱いで部屋に入るのですが畳のような床で白い汚れがいくつかありましたので気になる方はスリッパ要ります。 トイレはとても清潔で綺麗でした。 風呂場は浴槽に付いているボタンのような部分？に黒カビや壁の縁部分にピンク色の水垢などがかなり残っていました。シャワーの水圧はいまいちでした。 キッチンの排水溝もヌメヌメしたような感じでこちらも臭いが気になったので、カビキラーのような漂白剤で掃除してもらえたら臭いと汚れがかなり改善されると思います。 ベッドのシーツなどは清潔に見えて良かったですが、枕やカラフルなシーツやクッションなどは洗われてないのかクッションには黄色のシミのようなものが所々付いていたりこちらも臭いが気になりました。こちらも洗濯してほしいです。 上の階に泊まっている方のお風呂の音だと思いますが、深夜にゴボゴボ？ジャバジャバ？とかなり大きな水漏れ音が聞こえてきて浸水しているのかと思ってびっくりして目が覚めました。(最初は音の出処が分からず、ポルターガイスト的なのかと思って焦りました) 耳栓が置いてあったので納得しました。

Tôi đặt phòng giường đôi nhưng khi đến nơi tôi nhận được 1 phòng với giường tầng, khi kiểm tra lại thì tôi mới nhận ra tuy bên ngoài ghi là giường đôi nhưng khi click vào xem chi tiết thì bên trong lại ghi là 2 giường đôi. Tôi rất không hài lòng về điểm này

- Jeida (9/5): Great place! - I really liked the beds here, probably the most comfortable and soft beds out of anywhere i stayed during my japan trip. The location wasnt bad either. Close enough to dotonbori or to walk other places or take a train. The neighborhood was fine as well. I took a walk by myself at night as a woman and felt safe. The walls were a bit thin so you could hear people moving their luggage around but other than that i dont have many complaints.

- Nickolay (3/5): Ужасно, как и в целом в Осаке - В этом размещение был несомненный плюс, так как в период экспо трудно было найти какое-либо жилье по приемлемой цене, то в данном случае цена была нормальной, но конечно она не дешевая за то что предлагалось. И второй наверное самый значимый плюс это наличие вокруг станций метро в 5 минутах ходьбы, поэтому с транспортной доступностью здесь все отлично А теперь главное и это минусы! 1. Сам район нахождения данных апартаментов, это весьма социально-неблагополучный район, грязно, запах алкоголя и мочи будет повсюду, очень много пожилых мужчин, зачастую в нетрезвом виде, в районе так же видно много Дойа отелей (дешевое жилье для неблагополучных людей или поденных рабочих), район производит очень гнетущие впечатления, об этом стоит знать! 2. Апартаменты не оправдали ожиданий, уборка произведена была для вида, в целом было не совсем чисто, неприятный запах с зоны где был расположен холодильник и в целом в номере был постоянно неприятный запах, стены картонные и дверь входная тоже, поэтому вы будете просыпаться жить и засыпать под звуки с улицы и от соседей, а это весьма громко особенно приезжающая в 2 ночи машина для забора мусора (а мусорный бак в одном шаге от вас), плюс в нашем номере, а именно 103 на первом этаже при заселение у одного из окон был перекос створки и оно просто не закрывалось до конца, пришлось своими силами придумывать как убрать эту щель. 3. Отдельно хочется отметить неудобства связанные с ванной комнатой, во время купания (если вы не делаете это сидя в ванной) вода будет так или иначе разбрызгиваться на пол, так как наверное по религиозным соображениям не позволяется хозяевам данного отеля повесить защитные шторки в ванную от воды, так же присутствовал запах и периодически летали какие-то мошки. - Nancy (8/5): - Betten bequem, Lage super, mehrere Stationen in der nähe, einkaufen auch Wände sind dünn. Als hätten wir das Fenster offen. Zimmer direkt an der Straße.

- Albert (9/5): It was a good stay - The bed and the pillow was good. Although there’s no place to store luggage. The owner was very nice and tried to put it upstairs on the hallway! The owner was very friendly and very fast for all my needs.

- Kamil (8/5): - Malá kuchyňka pro uvaření základních věcí. Dobrá lokalita, blízko na několik linek metra. Noční stolek příliš zasahoval do postele, která byla navíc nízká, takže se o něj šlo snadno praštit.
